Customer service (when buying) is pretty good. Decent selection and product knowledge. Post sales support is what earned this 1 star. Bought a matrix t50 due to the service plan they offered. Turns out it isnt an in house team that handles it. They contract out to a third party company. Bought an item a year ago and it broke four months ago. Continually calling them to try and get if fixed with no resolution. Terrible follow up. Regret buying from them.Buyer beware. Buy somewhere else that has a better service plan.

I miss the old crew, they took GREAT care of us.Customer Service doesnt seem to be of importance to them anymore.

Visited the store to purchase a treadmill....received poor customer service. The sales associate didnt appear to want to help. I wont be back and I ordered a new treadmill on line.

What a fantastic store! A great variety of prices and brands, but the reason I am writing is because of the sales person. Fantastic salesman, very personable and low pressure and highly knowledgeable about fitness/wellness. Loved the whole experience and the equipment I purchased!

My husband and I visited this store more than once. On the first visit, the sales man took us around the store showing us and explaining to is how things work & their quality. We picked out the equipment we wanted, paid for it, and told them we would come back to pick it up when we had a better suited vehicle to transport the product. Our second visit, the sales man, different one this time,helped my husband carry the product out to our vehicle. The third time we were in the store, both gentle men showed us equipment that we were asking about, both helped carry it to the car and explained the best ways to utilize the products. All in all, great customer service!! 😀
