They were professional, courteous- even when understaffed due to the pandemic, they did their best to make things happen. We had two great techs, I can recall one named Max - he was beyond fast and friendly. The other one from the Springfield office was just as great, they made sure to help with re coding your clicker remotes in cars, outside key pads the works! Thank you Overhead! We recommend them ! Prices are beyond reasonable and they call before arrival and keep you in the loop of what is going on with parts ordered or diagnosis. Awesome Company!

The aging springs on our garage door finally broke. Overhead Door came out the next day and replaced the springs. Came on time, came quickly, reasonable price, and the new springs are super-quiet! It would be hard to find something to complain about! Good job!

All I can say is WOW! Was very professional in explaining to me what he was going to do...got to work and when he told me the cost I was even more pleased. I also asked for an estimate on a total door replacement which was done in 10 minutes. Explained the payment plan possibility and the 6 month same as cash. Second time we have used them and second time I was impressed.

Mike Conde did everything he said he was going to do and then some. He kept me up to date with expectations of how long the process would take, and came by to make sure the finished product was up to expectations, he even did two follow up calls. Didnt order the door the first time around.that was in april. Now its going to take 10 to 12 more weeks new door was ordered June 1 so it looks like August or September now. The overhead Door in columbia is not very good dont know what the problem is or was but Springfield overhead Door is now taking care of things.

Outstanding in so many ways! One of our door springs failed. I called in the morning and was given choices of times a service provider could arrive. The problem was assessed. The most practical scenario was to stabilize the door and return in two weeks with the correct parts. Unfortunate, but realistic. Instead, the service provider drove back to the shop and warehouse. He obtained the correct part and completed the job that afternoon. It was late Friday and I know this interrupted his dinner and the start the weekend.This was a warranty job, meaning: No profit, no break even, but a money losing event for the company. They replaced the faulty spring. Plus the remaining spring at no extra charge to ensure we would have no further trouble.So if you are looking for a professional company. That does the right thing for you, their customer. Look no further. They will always have our business!Even if you are not in their immediate area. Be careful. These folks do good work but will try to convince you that your opener is “under sized” and try to sell a new one rather than service the existing opener. The “under sized” opener had been in service for years.

OHD only had my satisfaction on their mind. When the model I had installed was missing a feature we thought it had OHD went out of their way to make it right. Couldn’t be happier!!!! Max and Becky were terrific!!

Overhead door, came out the same day to fix our garage door which the main spring had broke, and we could get in or out of the garage because of how heavy it was without the spring and the guy (Matt)was great did the job fast and accurate very reasonable rates. Had a spring break, called another company that had previously worked on my door. They would not replace spring because a had crease in one of the panels and tried to sell me a new door. Called Overhead, they were there the next day.. Clamped the broken spring so the door would work right away. He went back to their shop and made the springs I needed and returned the next day and fixed it. If i could give them more than 5 stars i would.

At $175 per hour and a minimum of two hours, its not worth the very impersonal, rude, and unprofessional dispatch person. Good luck to these people with their current level of customer service.
