I called to find out some info and was so rushed and spoken to horribly. Would have loved to start a relationship for future event, but its sad that its really hard to find good customer service.

Hospital cart taken in for repair in April. Hard to get call back for status. Concerned after going to the shop so I could lay eyes on shuttle. No one there. Please call me!

Recently purchased a club cart from Complete Cart Services. Ordered it with lots of bells and whistles,i.e., 6 lift kit, extra fast electric motor, rear seat, extended top, chrome wheels and brush guard, speaker system that works with iPhone, etc. Everyone from management on down was very knowledgeable and professional. Cart was delivered to my home on time, and with everything working perfectly. There was a little mix-up on the type steering wheel that I wanted, but that was corrected immediately no questions asked. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a golf cart purchase.
