Catherine Reynolds is the worst designer of all. Dont be fooled by her disguise skills and professionalism. I hope her fake ridiculous laughter that she presents in her clients appointments especially with Asian Americans gets her nowhere but straight to trash. This place is very ridiculous. I will never go back and go somewhere where people respect diversity and not big on trumpeters.

Just finished our master bath remodel and could not have done it without the guidance we got from Linsey Hydrick. Her design ideas really made the job turn out better than we expected.

Expert design, incredible selection, thoughtful and helpful advice. Able to settle on a design choice quickly - no fuss, no muss - and very happy with the selections.

My employee came to order some tile for a job, he has been doing this type of work for about 8 years so he knows what is needed for the project, he told her what was needed and the rude customer service women yelled at me because she ordered 2x the amount needed for the project and wont own up to her mistake. I paid for the material but will never refer this company to anyone again and will never use them again. There are plenty of other tile shop out there. No need for rudeness, life is too short for people or businesses like this one.

Did a home renovation and our contractor recommended Palmetto Tile. Glad he did. We received great service, they showed us what we we wanted, and more. Made the final outcome of the bathrooms elegant and spectacular. Thank you Palmetto Tile!

Great customer service and great people

I walked into the showroom overwhelmed and not having a clue where to start. Tracy listened to my renovation plans, paint colors, size of room, feel of tile, etc. She brought several tile samples until we nailed it down perfectly 😎THEN we moved flooring and her expert eye selected the perfect LSV to compliment the bathroom and kitchen tile.She made the experience soooo quick and easy! Thank you, Tracy, you are the best 😁

Everything is a little more expensive here.... But the quality is really good and the service is amazing. They let you take home a sample tile of any that you think might match your house and look at it for a week or 2 before bringing it back. Really really helps when trying to make this long term of a decision.

I love the options that Palmetto Tile has to offer. So many unique styles and great cost for those on a budget. Customer service is always fabulous and you get unbeatable value for your money. I dont buy tile anywhere else!

As a tile contractor, I do all my business here. Best setting materials, designers, and warehouse staff in town. Ive been to all the other stores in town and always wish I had come to Palmetto Tile! I see some bad reviews about returns.... If you do your math correctly, you shouldnt have to return anything.

A full line of tile without a doubt, but not the place to go until you have a contractor.

Return policy is not disclosed PRIOR to sale. Attempted to return an item and was told AFTER the fact, their policy is 30 days and 20% restocking fee. Receipt did not detail this information and neither was I told about it verbally.

Be careful what you buy. Their return policy does not exist - even if they recommend purchase amounts.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a store. The woman who helped me was rude, disrespectful, & unwilling to answer questions. I will not be going back.
