Loved the selection, pricing, and service here. We wanted a unique counter top that was also fitting to the style of our 1890s home. We love what we found.

Show room is excellent, staff is very helpful, and customer service goes over and beyond.

Disappointment. I am all for going outside the city limits to help the small businesses but honestly this one was not worth it. When you are making a large purchase and with Granite you are, please dont go to Prestige Granite. To make a long story short they were not in my home 5 min before drilling a hole in my wall and hitting a line (see photos attached). Then I had to (not them) call a plumber fix their mistake. They promised to pay for the plumbing bill; however they didnt pay 45 days later. I had to follow up with them (3 calls in 1 day) to confirm they actually paid the bill they promised to pay originally. Bill Fuller is a salesman and will tell you I Promises to make things right but does not follow through. My kitchen had a hole in the wall for over 6 weeks before he got it fixed. Dealing with Prestige Granite was not worth the heartache. You work hard for your money dont give it to someone who doesnt respect your home.

I had been running around for months( along with 2 major surgeries) looking for granite for my kitchen counters. Found one that was ok from HomeDepot. I called Prestige to see if they had a slab to look at. Eric said yes.I went in and he showed me the slab and then said I have one better to go with your cabinets. He showed it to me and said this will look sharp! So I said ok lets do it!!Well my White Ornamental granite is absolutely beautiful!!! Eric nailed it!!It looks so sharp. Thank you so much for all your help Eric. You have no idea what a help you were.. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. The guys that installed it were Clean, neat and polite. Great guys!!I highly recommend Prestige Granite.

This was my first experience with replacing countertops and I could not have asked for a better team of people to work with. From end to end they explained and paid attention to every little detail and I love the result! Thanks to you all!

We built a new house and Prestige was the supplier for the granite. While there to pick our slab for our big kitchen island, We explained that we have two kids under 3 and wanted something that holds up. We upgraded to Shadow Storm Quartzite which we were led to believe that would meet our needs. After a month in our new house we’ve started to experience etching. This is where the finish becomes rough instead of smooth. We weren’t using any harsh chemicals to clean it and learned hot objects, fruit, coffee, etc are the causes. We tried to resolve it with Prestige but they said it wasn’t their fault. After talking with other neighbors, multiple people are having similar issues and had similar experiences.While I take responsibility for not double checking what I was buying, I feel Prestige up-sold me a product that was the opposite of my needs. In writing this post I researched online and found where stone yards are mislabeling products. This would support why I thought I was buying one thing but got another.If you have a choice I highly suggest using someone other than Prestige. I also suggest not buying/upgrading to Shadow Storm, it is worthless and will not hold up.

I worked with Eric, and he was very kind & knowledgeable. The installers did a great job, I have a beautiful finished product, and at a good price. My next project with them will be my kitchen. Would recommend Prestige Marble & Granite.

I used Prestige about 4 years ago prior to them growing and expanding. I try to go local and with the smaller businesses if at all possible. I thought they did a good job back then so I have referred several friends to them. And they were happy. Moving forward to today, they have apparently gotten so big they do not need the little people anymore. We went to look at what they had and discuss pricing one afternoon with Eric. He was not that interested you could tell and only talking to us because he had to it seemed like. I brushed it off as him having an off day. Called about a week later once we were ready to get Eric to come out and measure, left him a voice mail on his cell. No call back, so couple days later called the office, put on hold then sent to his voice mail. Next day still nothing so decided to send Eric an email thinking maybe this is a better form of communication. Still nothing. So in the end, found another company eager and willing to drive from Murfreesboro to show me samples and measure. I am glad they are growing and busy, but they do not need to forget the little jobs the locals in their area have as well. Or even just a simple phone call back to the customer explaining that they are just too busy at the moment to do my job. Hate I had to go elsewhere, but will not be back to Prestige. Need to work on customer service for sure as you grow.

If I can give a zero star I would-RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! THEY STOLE MONEY FROM US AND NEVER DID THE JOB! WE WILL BE SENDING THEM TO COURT- THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP! They refused to refund us 800 that was paid ahead and never did any work for us. no granite or work done, sending to court

Prestige has done a couple different kitchens and bathrooms for my boss.. They did great work on everything and they had no complaints after installation. I recommend prestige to anyone that asks.

The experience was great.Shay was very patient and worked with us to find a matching slab to go with what we had already, since we did not want to replace all the granite in our kitchen.They were timely and professional. I would use them again!

I had an issue with my quartz countertop but the company that installed it has since gone out of business. During my research Prestige Marble and Granite was highly recommended. Owner Aaron Cook understood my situation and after he saw the photos he sent a crew to my house. Jesus Rivera and Jesse Roberson were very professional and did a great job repairing my countertop. It looks even better than when it was first installed. I can’t thank you enough Aaron Cook. I would definitely use this company again.

I had new kitchen counter tops put in a year ago and not only did the stone look fantastic, the installers were friendly and quick!!!
