This location is always nice and clean, and the employees are helpful too. The bakery makes macarons that are absolutely delicious! Also, the kitchen staff makes fried chicken that tastes homemade.

Typically, the customer service at this location is excellent. Staff always seem friendly and eager to help.A consistent negative when we visit this location is the traffic leaving the parking lot if you are turning left onto Sparkleberry.

Jose at the pharmacy was extremely courteous and administered flu shot promptly and professionally. Subsandwiches from the deli are superb. Order ahead to avoid waiting.

The Best Customer Service Ever!! I ordered 30 box lunch salads and sandwiches for my staff. It was a Sunday night, last minute, for Monday lunch. They came through. Constant communication about my order, substitutions etc. No store can touch Publix customer service. I think it is mandatory to be nice in order to work there.Also The layout makes it soooooo much easier to find products; workers are polite and ready to assist when called upon. The cleanliness, ambience both inside and out makes it A+ for me!

So happy with my daughters smash cake. They cake was delicious and beautiful!!! (Butterflies were purchased separate off Amazon.) The bakery employees are all so sweet and professional. Placed my order and it was ready the next day. Pricing is great also. I will definitely come here for now on for all my cakes.

Im Plantbase. I love exotic fruits from other countries. I usually have them shipped from places to my house. But Everytime I come to this location they something new every few months. I found whole jackfruit, passion fruits, frozen soursop, papayas, star fruit, dragonfruits. All the other produce is fresh. I be so impressed.

Publix is always a fun trip to the store. Like getting boutique groceries. Cut fruit us actually delicious and ripe! What! Store brands are decent also. Go for it!

The Cashier that I had name Geno is an excellent example of good customer service . He held a little conversation with me, asked me what I have planned for the weekend and asked if there is anything else I needed. He was just an all around pleasant person to talk to. Its a very easy and convinent place to shop because we know where all the items are located. It also has accessible parking, with take out assistance, when and if needed.

I shop Publix from time to time when Im in the area however there is no Publix in my hometown so unfortunately I and forced to shop at that sorry no good for nothing Food Lion. If Publix was in my hometown they would be my primary grocery store.

Price is little High comparing to other local stores of the same area. I love their produce. They do have a good collection of plants specially those fancy ones for indoors. The only thing I would encourage everyone to do is to see if the plant is healthy that you are buying. When I had a question on a plant which was actually kind of partially dying, the manager Saidoh that is just the cycle of plant life, then my thoughts were like then why do you sell the dead plants or half dead plants...... I ended up not buying it.

Publix is my grocery store. Its clean, bathrooms are always kept clean, employees are all super nice, they bag your groceries and will put them in your car and are not allowed to take tips. Plus they put their ad out weekly on the internet in an easy to understand format and my favorite deals are the BOGOs. Buy 1, get 1 and you will still get the half price if you only buy one.I dont know what more anyone could ask for in a grocery store. They can be a little pricey on some items but with the BOGOs, you still save money in the long run.

I frequently shop at grocery stores in the northeast section of Columbia. I specifically purchase food from the deli/hot food department at Publix. I would be remiss if I did not share two acknowledgments with upper management at Publix NorthPoint store.1. Often I receive patient and courtesy service from the Deli department (especially over this first quarter of 2021).2. The aforementioned service is conveyed by all of the different personalities on the staff.Food is a needed commodity; therefore I frequently come back to Publix because of the service; “it’s refreshing!!!”

I love this Publix but hate getting out of the shopping center. They need to cut the shubry at the end of each isle. You cant see around or over.

I used to prefer this Publix over all others. However, even before the pandemic, specials (BOGO) are often gone before I can get to there. This WASNT the case for this particular store; I always found what I needed/wanted. And what is up with the fried chicken now? The coating is entirely too thick. I had to exchange a box of chicken from this store to another store. The other store had lightly breaded, crispy chicken. Think Ill just go to another Publix. Im very disappointed with this Publix.

Fantastic customer service at this location. Had an item of dairy free cheese not discount properly which was a $10 savings I didnt get.And Geno in customer service desk helped rectify the problem and was very kind and apologetic. Thank you Geno for taking such great care of me.

The shopping experience is really good but trying to get a job there is really hard one of the managers told me they were hiring and they kept giving me the run around when the new hire manager was gonna be there then when me and my job coach finally talked to her she said There was no jobs available so if you plan on trying to get a job at Publix I wish you the best of luck and hope you get it but I really loved how the manager was very polite

We shop here for the food in the deli and we buy all of our birthday cakes from here. The cakes are always fresh and taste great.

Their pharmacy is top notch, especially their pharmacy manager. I get constipated regularly and he has helped me choose therapies that could help me such as suppositories. He has a great deal of sympathy because he has an even more severe case than mine, in fact, when I walked up to the counter to ask for help, he was scarfing down prune juice. Great guy.

Cust. Service Mgr. has no clue what she is doing. Two employees (Ty and Merideth) were completely incompetent failed miserably. STORE MGR. very likeable and made aware of his weak links.

The service was a lil slow in the sub department.. but other than that its been great!

I like Publix but a recent trip shocased several employees wearing their masks on their chins or under their nose. Many patrons in the store also not wearing masks correctly. COME ON PEOPLE.

ALSTON has great customer service in the Deli. As promised, he provided a courtesy call informing me that my chicken was ready at my reserved time on Sunday, 06/28. When I arrived, ALSTON realized another colleague had given my order to someone else in error. My initial thought was Oh no! but ALSTON had it all under control and corrected the mistake quickly, so I can be on my way. Management, please share my review with him and encourage him to keep up the great work. The closest Publix to Blythewood is the Rice Creek location, but Ill rather drive the extra miles for excellent customer service at Two Notch. See you soon!

What a pleasure it is to shop here. Clean, bright atmosphere. Its been a long time since I shopped at Publix. Usually across the street taking advantage of the deals and getting fuel points. I couldnt believe how smoothly our cart rolled here. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that its just so darn expensive. But for a treat every once in a while, its totally worth it plus their bakery is second to none
