Time is valuable to me and I spent a lot of money there so when I feel like Im being rushed to shop I dont like that you have one time put up and then when people are shopping youre rushing them and youre telling your clothes in the store early but youre still letting people come in and rushing out others !? I cant really say nothing bad about their service they have really good service they work with you on prices as well but lately one particular worker attitude is very different than the rest her customer service skills are not there and its slowly turning me away from their business

Cheap china stuff, selling for high price. Not worth, waste of money.

This place has the worst customer service. No returns. Holiday exchanges within 3 days. Ridiculous!!!! Most people wont even be back from holiday trips. This is one business that will NEVER see a penny from me. Their prices are commical. Im just so DISAPPOINTED

Avoid if possible. Amazon will have better prices and better policies. Purchased 2 hats and one had multiples threads and seams busting out between bill and cap. The other they gave me the wrong size. When I returned within a week to exchange, Mrs. Pam cut the threads off, ultimately busting other seams when I later put the hat on. And then told me there was nothing she could do for the other. I just wanted to exchange for a non damaged hat and a hat that fit. She would do neither.Last week when I purchased the hats for over $40, I thought I had found a store I could be a long term customer of. After this visit, I will never shop here again. This is not how you run a business.

They are dishonest! I called 3x to check availability of items BEFORE driving 2 hours.They refused to hold merchandise, stating we have plenty just get here at 10 am. I arrived and FOUND nothing!!! They claimed they never received phone calls and didnt speak/understand English! Pissed and disappointed! Save your time and money!

Terrible place to shop. Dont go there to buy a gift. Especially if you only have 5 days to exchange it.I purchased a jacket for my mother and it was too big. When I called to let them know the lady said if it is after 5 days I was pretty much stuck with merchandise. Once I said I will not shop there anymore, then she tries to be nice.People really need to get back to the basis of customer service and quit treating us all like thiefs!
