Very positive and enthusiastic worker. Helped me find 2 hats I liked. Did custom sticking for me and really did look out for me as far as setup etc.The ONLY drawback (and I should have been more diligent about what I wanted) was the embroidery wasnt quite what I wanted but it was still acceptable and Ill know what to be specific about next time.

This locations store hours show 11-7 online and I called the mall and to confirm those hours are correct. It’s 11:15 and there is no one here. Waste of time.

Most unprofessional workers at this store!! Hat was marked $25 but rang up $30. Girl said that they Mark the hats up but forgot to fix the tag! Wouldn’t sell the hat for price on tag. Then she sold us a hat box, but after going to get it, she stated they they were out. We had already paid for it, so instead of opening register to get the money, she took the cash out of the Christmas donation box!! My husband told her to keep it since he wasn’t going to take donated money!!! Dishonest workers!!

That manager need to work on better customer service!! I am disgusted with everything about LIDS at this point !

Went in this store today with a friend who was buying hats and met San who was the epitome of good customer service. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and professional. I will definitely be back for gifts this holiday season

The staff here is exceptional. This store always has polite staff that ready to help.The is one staff member there with real long dread locks who is awesome she monogramed a hat and my son was so excited to help( he really just stood there and watched).

So I ordered a Buffalo Bills cap online and got an Arizona Cardinals (not even the same style cap I ordered) in the package. Called about returns and the only postage free option was to drive 20 minutes to the local store. Easy return policy! Local store open 10-9 supposedly. Arrived at 2 pm to a gated store with a sign saying on mandatory break due to 12 hour shift. No time when returning. Its now 2:50 as I am leaving this glowing review. No one in sight. What a great experience!

They do not have a large selection only a selection for the most popular. Go elsewhere.

Ordered two hats online with a gift card. Went to pick them up and they could only find one. When I arrived I immediately found the hat I had purchased, but they wouldnt give me the hat because she had already cancelled it. I was told I would be refunded and never was. Horrible customer service...

Boyfriend ordered a south carolina jersey in black online and we received a navy notre dame jersey instead when picked up. store called someplace and they said they were out of stock and would issue a refund. When talking to customer service online later, we find out the jersey IS actually in stock and we were told to re-order. What a mess!
