The staff (Krystal) and the doctors with this group are amazing! We suspected my son has Auditory Processing Disorder but we searched high and low to try to find an office that was trained to test for it. Even though Carolina Hearing & Tinnitus couldnt do the testing they went well above helping me and found someone that could help do the testing for my son. After he was diagnosed they even helped me find someone to get his hearing aids started! They are wonderful!

Very professional yet easy to talk to about your hearing concerns. The testing took 2 hours to complete and they explained the results clearly.What more could you ask for? They were also very likable, which is important.

Michelle Turner was wonderful! I came as a new patient moving from another city/practice, and i was having problems hearing well with my existing hearing aids. I was fully expecting to be pressured into buying a new set - but instead she adjusted and refitted my existing ones, at a very reasonable price.I am very impressed with her skill and integrity and will continue going to Carolina Hearing (where i DO expect to buy new hearing aids when truly needed)!

I had a hearing emergency and they were able to accommodate my needs. They moved urgently and saved me a trip to the ER. The staff is wonderful and the customer service was superb.
