Great Great Location...Felicia was amazing very professional and caring....my clients needed Hearrings Aids...this was the 5th Hearing Aids place that we had visited...she wasnt pleased with the other 5 places...but Danielle was amazing..wonderful..patient unbelievably understanding and caring .... Shed listen to what my client needs and she met her need.... We got top of the line service and I would recommend anyone who has aging adult parents to go to Miracle-Ears

In the process of updating my hearing aid needs for my mild to profound hearing loss, I visited Miracle Ear in Harbison. I was thoroughly examined and tested and was given a pair of rechargeable hearing aids to take with me to see how they worked in different situations. It was a 30 day free trial. Danielle was great! Very pleasant and professional. The Miracle Ear hearing aids worked great and noticeably improved my hearing and speech comprehension. Rechargeable vs battery is very convenient and what I would prefer now. I am still unsure if this is the best solution for me only because of the cost of the hearing aids. Apart from that, I would comfortably recommend this product and location.

Danielle helped make my grandfather so comfortable. He really wasn’t excited to have his hearing checked. I was extremely grateful for her guidance and putting him at ease! I highly recommend Miracle Ear on Bower Parkway.

Over the years I stayed away from miracle ear due to various reasons ie; they are too expensive, they don’t care about the customer, just want you to buy: I hv purchased aides fro Costco, and Sams . Still hv them wear them at times But I wanted something else. Went to see MEar on bower pkwy. Danielle was wonderful, very patient. Her person in the front Felicia was very pleasant. I had a nice time ( one usually does not say that about hearing aid staff. I am very pleased and when I go back for an adjustment or new pieces for the aids. No problem. I am so glad I tried MEar

Lori and Danielle were very helpful. They didn’t just try to sell me a hearing aid but helped me realize my hearing loss is a medical concern. They also saved me a gift card to use for my medications.

I have been coming to Miracle Ear since 2017. Always a wonderful experience.Because of COVID I had to rearrange my yearly check up. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from both Felicia (Customer Care) and Danielle (Hearing Instrument Specialist) Danielle gave me a thorough exam and also cleaned and reprogramed my hearing aids. She was very professional and friendly. She took her time and answered all of my concerns. I highly recommend the staff at the Bower Parkway location.Marie Buchner
