You may have lost a client. Ive had a set of phonak brios since about 2014, whenever there was an issue the staff, especially Gary were always more than ready to help. Today, I brought one in that had begun to malfunction. I explained the problem and the girl didnt even check it out, the one at the desk informed me that since they were originally over five years old (although both were replaced early 2020) that there was nothing they could do. That was it. I asked about a replacement pair and was briefly shown the display with no effort to help besides giving me the number of a possible repair outside of costco.I wasnt there expecting a free service, and was almost willing to buy another set there though I left feeling as if they did their best to get me to leave. Sorry I was dressed in work clothes.The experience left me so sour I felt like dropping my membership card off at customer service on the way out.
