The salesman was very informative and very nice, wasnt trying to push any sales or hound you to buy anything just appreciated that folks stopped by and even though he was the only one working that day, he took his time to make sure to answer questions we had.

When we first went to Cedar Creek my wife and I were impressed with the quality of homes and the selection .Then unfortunately they were hit by lightning and it knocked out their phones which gave us a scare. However after talking with the owner we decided to buy our home from Cedar Creek. ( even though they were two hours from us)They had the best deal we have found. Knowledgeable staff who are extremely friendly and willing to help. We purchased a home from them and are very satisfied with our decision. I would highly recommend that before you buy a home anywhere you check out Cedar Creek I know you will be surprised at how much more you can get in home and service.

PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL!! Thats the words I would use to describe Cedar Creek Homes. My husband and I stopped by there last Friday afternoon and both salesmen greeted us and then Bob ( i believe his name was) walked around with us, showing us all of the beautiful homes they have in stock and explained in detail what our options were as far as purchasing in stock or ordering, etc. Afterwords, we went back into his office and he explained all the options for financing and what our next step should be. The team at Cedar Creek Homes are just down to earth and easy to understand and detail with. Thank you again and again for your time! You made purchasing our home feel less stressful and we will most definitely be purchasing our home from you guys

These people will do anything they can to get you a home. But thats it. Once its yours, good luck to you. Ive been in this mobile home for 2 years, brand new off the lot. And I have an entire list of problems that all stems from shotty installation. Insulation completely ripped out underneath that lead to frozen pipes the first winter. Back window that is still cracked, missing moldings.The final straw as to why this review is getting posted is the brand new a.c. unit is dead. Its under warranty still but its been over a week of over 90 degrees and no one has shown up to fix it.If this is the kind of issues you want, go for it. But I hope you have better luck than I have

BUYER BEWARE!!! Found a home that we loved, went to the bank the next day, got the loan... Called Bob and told him that we got the loan and we wanted the mobile home. He said great. We went back 2 days later to finalize everything and he said that it was already sold. He sold it underneath of us. So then he said that we could purchase a new one for $5000 dollar more. Bob was the sales person and he was rude, smart with this answers and thought he was right and when he actually lost a sale. Also, we found the exact mobile home somewhere else and it included everything. Piers which this place didnt, under pinning which this place didnt and their sales person was so nice and worked with us. So buyer beware. It is a scam. they will tell you that the mobile home is yours and then tell you that it was sold so you will have to buy a new one for more money. 2 weeks have gone by and the trailer is still there ready to sell. Imagine that

The Gentlemen were very helpful here and very accommodating for families with children. No pressure in purchasing a mobile home and were able to answer all of our questions about purchasing one and prices on the ones we liked. We hope to visit this place again next year after we save some money up for a down payment on one!

Everyone that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Even went so far as to show us a less expensive home that fit our needs better than what we thought would. Yes I would recommend both the homes and the staff.

Great homes that you could build visited to see if we wanted to build one although we have not yet it’s a great learning experience if you’re ever interested in a modular home building you just have to buy land first and get things approved and they can help you from A to Z

This place was good until after the house was set in place. We had a whirlpool tub added to the house but was shipped without a switch and a motor, so the tub cant be used. There are doors that are hung crooked, the countertop edge are peeling off and have sharp edges. We have already caught one and broke it off. There might be a day and a half worth of work but cedar creek doesnt seem to want to fix anything. The service after the sale sucks. If I was to do this all over, I would definitely go somewhere else. So if anyone else reads this save yourself some headaches and try some other dealer.

Beautiful homes but their prices are really high.

My home was placed June 2010. The shingles have blown off several times since then. I have contacted Cedar Creek Homes over and over again to fix issue. Not once have they come out to my house to even look at the issue, let alone fix any of the shingles.I have fixed the ridge cap -- about 2/3 of it came off.I have fixed several other areas as well.After the last time several shingles blew off around March April-2013 I called the state Manufactured Housing inspector and they came out and confirmed the shingles on my roof are installed wrong.The report was generated and sent to Cedar Creek Homes around April 26th 2013.As of today 10-May-2013 there is still no one fixing my roof nor have I received any calls from Cedar Creek Homes trying to set anything up.Now I am not an unreasonable person but I refuse to let this go. I bought this home in good faith and at the time of purchase I was told that the quality was second to none. That may very well be the case but what was not disclosed to me was that if I have an issue with the Dealer that things may or may not be taken care of.At this point my house is not being taken care of. Cedar Creek had no problem taking my money for this house so now I ask Why dont you come fix the issues you created?To be fair if and when Cedar Creek fixes my issues I will repost. But until that happens I will leave this up in hopes that the reader will be aware of the true nature of business they will get into if they decide to buy from Cedar Creek Homes.
