I expected to leave my bike for a few days and the guys at Gilbane got me in and out the same day. Badass shop and great location. This is my go to shop from here on out.

We purchased our scooters over the phone and email. They were hard to find. The day we picked up our scooters Justin our sales rep was not there. The parts guy even though he was nice really did not care. No one took the time to show us how to start them how to open the seat what kind of fuel to use nothing. One of the scooters was dead had to kick start. The only praise I can give is the Tech who helped us load them and tie them down deserves 5 stars. Spent 5k and not even a follow up from Justin. One of the grips fell off. Called the manufacturer and they were great. They sent a grip to me on our trip in NY. The dealer they sent my grip too MotoZ great guys. They took the time went over the scooters with us and all they made was $13 for some oil I needed.

The guys here always take care of us. Service department is excellent.

Staff is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I took my bike there because it wasnt shifting correctly. They fixed the issue very quickly and didnt charge me a arm and a leg. This is the only place I will be taking my bike from now on.

Great place to take your Harley! These guys are helpful with understanding what needs to be done and upfront about what to expect when they get into diagnosing the repairs. Price for labor is good, as they dont waste time!Recently brought my Street Glide in for a service prior to a long trip to Daytona next month. They went through the whole bike and made sure I was all good to go! Definitely will be staying with Gilbane!

Was referred to Gilbane when another shop wouldnt work on my ATV due to its age. So happy to have found such a great shop! The guys went above and beyond to get me back up and going in a short amount of time - even aired up the tires on my trailer when I came to pick up. Now that is some excellent service. I have a 1962 Harley Sprint H that had not run for 30 years, these guys took in over the winter when thing were slow, rebuilt the carb, top end, points and more and got it running and back on the road. They were truly great to work with!

Seriously this is the place to go. I made a purchase there last week. A 2021 Genuine Buddy 125. The staff is friendly, helpful and know anything and everything about what they sell and work on. My purchase went totally smooth. Gilbane is now my go to for any maintenance needs.

Didnt actually do business with yet, them just placed a phone call, but I will say they were phenomenally helpful, patient and eager to help with services. Now I know when I can get maintenance and adjustments made on my bike without traveling 2 hours to a dealer.

Way better than mid-america

Called to get a price on a tire change. When given an estimate of 200 dollars, I brought up that I was told of a place in town that did it for 40-50 a tire to include balance and rear alignment. When I said this the individual over the phone talked down to me about what I didn’t understand about a tire change and told me 200 was a fair price. That may be the case. 50 would also be a fair price if someone is willing to do it for that. What it boils down to is someone else can do it with greater efficiency, and that sounds pretty fair to me. Their price is no issue; I’ll shop somewhere else. The gall, however, to insinuate my desire to have it done is because I am incompetent and don’t understand how to CHANGE A TIRE.

Great to work with! Very courteous and attentive. Offered me tips and advice on bike care. Gave me a good deal on a new tire, installation, and an oil change. I just bought my bike - used. The saddlebags had locks but no keys. They pulled the lock for me and knew to send me to Jims Bike & Key to have keys made. They then reinstalled the lock for me - no charge.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys! I have gone there multiple times and each time they came through for me. On my most recent visit I was headed out west and had a breakdown near Kansas City. They got me back on the road very quickly and saved me from having to cancel my road trip vacation that I had been looking forward to all year. Took in my Honda ST1300 for oil change and repair of a shaft drive rear seal leak. They did a great job and had it done in just a couple of days. Very reasonable price and great customer service. Thank you for helping me get my bike ready for some summer touring.

The staff was incredibly helpful and genuine. Ive been to other dealerships and shops where I felt I was not taken seriously or cared about, or where they just wanted to sell me things. That was not the case here. Gilbane Motorsports took the time to listen to my needs, look over my bike thoroughly and get it running better than ever before. They repaired my scooter tire, tightened the brakes, and did a bunch of other work for a very reasonable rate. They will not overcharge or suggest/perform unnecessary services (asked for an oil change and they said it wasnt needed). Helped me load and unload the scooter and made sure it got home safe. Very good work and friendly service.

Been dealing with them for about 6 years, good guys, a Harley is a money pit, if ya wanna play ya gotta pay, they have done me good over the years, ive put more money in my 2005 1200c sportster than what I bought it for, but I love my bike and realize that if you want performance and the bike to reflect your personality it takes greenbacks, these guys love their scooters too

Being a rookie rider, I felt super comfortable with the service I got at Gilbane. Matt is honest, down to earth and works super fast! He is my first resource for anything motorcycle related and Gilbane has undoubtedly earned my long term business.

I took my motorcycle in for an inspection. Being a woman, I was a little skeptical (or afraid) that Id be taken advantage of. The guys were all awesome and friendly, yet professional. They checked my tire pressure, aired up my tires, and gave me some great advice. I am very impressed and recommend them to one and all.

Matt is a mechanic who checks over your whole bike,which is a rare thing. Previously I had my HD in to an authorized dealer for service,and they missed a critical vacuum leak on the throttle body,a loose exhaust manifold,and a cracked saddlebag bracket.I am getting back into motor touring,and G.M. eases my mind. Recommended!

I had my 2002 Bombardier Quest 650 XT in for an installation of a New snow plow and starting, running issues. David and the crew there are some amazing magicians when it comes to motorsports. I had to have my machine back before deer season so I could use for my 73 year old dad to hunt. This machine ran so Amazing it didnt run this good when it was New! I also had to use it to retrieve my deer aprox 1/4 mile into some nasty woods and winch my deer 200+ feet and my machine Again Performed Amazingly!!!! Gilbanes Motorsports & Crew are Motorsports Specialist!!!!! Extremely fair priced parts & labor! You wont be disappointed from parts to service!

Took two of my motorcycles there for general service and was charged $2000. I paid $70/hour to wash one bike and it came covered in dirt and dust. I was also charged $500 more than the original quote on the first bike and over $300 from the quote on the second. In addition, after having just returned from a vacation while the second bike was being repaired, I came in to pick up the bike and was charged an extra $140 due to the extra week the bike had to stay in storage, and I never once received direct communication or even a phone call that this was occurring. This is a horrible business and needless to say Ill never be going back and will certainly recommend against anyone else considering going there for service!
