Cecelia was such wonderful help. We were unsure of what we needed space wise and she pointed us in the direction needed, perfect fit, and showed us how to make a reservation online to get a better price. Very happy with Public Storage.

We moved our child’s belongings into this storage facility due to the location. When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk and she helped us get into the building and was super friendly. We did run into a snag with our couch not fitting in the elevator but with her quick thinking she offered us another location to store the couch on the first floor. This location is very clean and well organized. Thank you Cecelia for all your help !!!!!

Very clean facility. Registration was simple and quick. Staff were very helpful and pleasant setting up the unit.

We have had several unit here over the last few years. The management under Cecelia is execellent. The facility has recently upgraded its lighting and it is a very welcomed improvement. This has been a great storage place for us.

Being a military customer, my standards are quite high but I must say that this Public Storage location is awesome! Very clean, orderly and secure. The location manager Cecilia is amazing. You can tell that she really cares about the customers, the facility and loves what she does. She made being there a super smooth and easy experience. Hats off to this location and to whoever hired her. Would definitely recommend to my fellow military buddies in transition.Easily 5 stars across the board!

We have had a unit here for many years. It is a great location for us and we find the facility clean and the staff helpful. Cecelia told us about the new PS App and while hesitant at first, we downloaded and have found it very useful. I often come with my grand children and they now love pressing the button on my phone to open the doors. Thanks Cecelia for the tip.

Sarah is great to deal with. Condition inside of the units is always clean. Today was the second unit I rented there. Employee is great!Corporate policy does not allow any special deals for current customers, even if they rent an additional unit. For example, the move in special does not apply to existing customers, yet the admin fee is charged with each new unit. Corporate needs to step up and not be so greedy to loyal customers...

I needed a secure storage facility as Ive had problems with theft at storage units in the past. This is a very secure location.The rates at this facility are very low as well. The only issue I had was that my over head door was not working properly. I trusted Deidre to keep my spare key so they could fix my unit. Deidre cares about her customers and is very friendly!!

Nia at the Rosewood and Assembly Storage facility was a tremendous help.She went through everything with me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Its an excellent climate controlled storage space for your things. I recommend it to every one.

Called today and asked about the rental process and spoke with Cat (I believe that’s her name). She was very knowledgeable and polite, even asked me to stop by to come look at what’s available.

Will never use this facility again. this was supposed to be a climate controlled facility but when i moved out most of my items that i had in boxes had gotten wet from water and were all destroyed. I had items that had mildew on them and smelled really bad that even after washing 2-3 times I couldnt get the nasty smell out. Not sure how water even got into this place but it smells really bad also upon entering the building like a bad mildew smell. I have used storage units before and some were even outside and I never had a problem with any of my items being destroyed .front desk employee had an attitude both times when i spoke to her over the phone. I had an issue after I moved out and she wasnt very friendly at all not at all like the employee that I met when i first moved in.

We just moved out of our unit and Jelyn was very help in making the process easy my company has been with this company for a while and they are always fair and very by the book Diedra was also very helpful while we were storing thanks so much we will definitely rent again when we need it !

As a result of USC closing campus, we were in need of a storage unit prior to the previously scheduled end of school. But had no idea when wed be able to get back to campus and empty the room. We called Cecelia who worked with us as we waited for a move out date. When the date finally arrived, Cecelia walked us through the entire rental process. She went all out for us.
