The easiest and smoothest experience Ive had yet with a security company. So pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. They want to get everything done right for you in a timely and efficient manner. Not to mention the fantastic price!!

We have had protection 1 for our non profit after school center for over 6 years.. for the past 7 months our services have NOT been working and protection 1 has NOT tired to fix it. When we try to terminate the contact they tried to tell us we had to pay over $2000 to close out our account- mind you we pay every month on time and has been for the past 6 years and will not pay any longer for services that are not working. We work with inner city children and the community. For being a loyal customer for over 6 years that has paid over $20,000 to this company already is ridiculous. All they care about is Money and not their customers. Once your services go out they WILL NOT FIX YOUR STUFF!

System worked poorly, sensors were always going off line, repeated calls never got the issue fixed. We are moving, called to terminate service, they asked why I didn’t want Protection One in my new home. After explaining, I was told I had to buy out my contract, the “customer service” representative couldn’t have cared less about the issue, didn’t offer any kind of compensation or discount, nothing. Very poor company, poor product, poor service.
