Easy process. I called and told them exactly what I needed. I received a quote same day. It did take them 8 weeks to come out, but that’s exactly how long they told me the wait would be. When they came the crew was very professional and the job only took 3 days, would have been two but I needed a large gate that required a metal frame that had to be welded to my measurements. Overall I highly recommend this company. And bonus my final price was $250 less than the estimate.

Terrible place, give you one quote for a price for the whole yard fenced front and back, then when you get them to price just the back yard with regular privacy fence . He trys to go to 21, 000 For just a back yard, that is a small back yard. . Which would be putting 10,000 extra forfeit in his pocket. Do not use this place, they quote you one price then change it, its a reap off . Dont use this place, they will over charge you . I am glad I didnt go with them .

Stay Away!!! I Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. We had a $6000 fence built and ohhhh if only I could post pictures!!! #1 the fence doesn’t reach the ground (and the reason for the fence was to keep our dogs in the yard), #2 none of the three gates latch which of course you pay extra for those, #3 it took them 4 months to come out to start on our fence which was ok we understood that so that wasn’t really a big complaint BUT when you have to end up stuffing concrete blocks under the gaps in the fence to keep your dogs in the yard YES it’s a Problem!!! The large gate that cost a considerable amount more to have doesn’t even open because it wasn’t installed correctly. And on top of all this when we contacted the company to let them know about the problems they sent someone out, and all that was done was wood was stuffed under the fence where it didn’t reach the ground. So we now have a $6000 fence that our 2 small dogs can get out of anytime and run down to the road, with 3 gates that don’t close!!!!And better than all this when I called the company the lady on the phone actually had the audacity to LAUGH AT ME WHEN I TOLD HER WE NEEDED THE PROBLEMS FIXED!!!

I never write reviews on companies because I have never had great things to say about them, and I seldom have high expectations for any contracting company. They usually dont do what the say they will, or the quality of the work is sub par at best. Columbus Fence isnt one of those companies. I had my fence installed in May 2018 and the job was done wonderfully from start to finish. Even months later when I had a problem with one of the posts warping (NOT the fault of Columbus Fence, just the nature of wood) they came out redid the section that was affected by the squirrely post quickly and professionally. Jaime, Matt and the entire crew was fantastic to deal with. Its nice to know that a company stands behind their products and work, and I highly recommend them for fencing to anyone. Other local companies should follow suit and learn from Columbus Fence and their outstanding customer service. Treat a customer with respect, honesty and integrity, and you will be rewarded ten fold.

FYI...If you are going to do business with Columbus Fence Company... be sure and get a price quote in writing. They came to our house to do some work on our electric gate. The representative/worker from their company quoted my husband a price for labor and for equipment needed. Based on this price, he okayed the work to be done. When we got a bill in the mail it was over 2x that amount.. $500+ verses $200. He called the office and the manager told him that person shouldnt be quoting him prices(?????). He also said they were there for 1+1/2 hours, which was untrue. We paid the bill, but will NO longer be using them or suggesting them to others. Thought this might be good info for others to have.
