We live in the Powell/Dublin area, and would definitely recommend Elite Fence. The entire team did an outstanding job. Craig was awesome, he came over several times to survey the property and explain various options, Jason was extremely professional and thorough in his scheduling and project management. Nick and the on site install team were terrific. They were extremely detailed oriented and courteous while working on our property and around our family. Very satisfied with the entire experience!!

Jay and the A-Team did a great job. They were very professional and friendly. They called when they were coming out. We weren’t sure if we would get our fence installed before the first summer holiday. We saw a gap in one of the panels, they said they would be out after the Memorial Day holiday. They ended of coming out the same day we called, it didn’t take long for them to fix. I would recommend Elite fencing and their crew. We really love how the gate to the fence locks from both sides.

Craig Fischer from Elite Fence did an amazing job on installing a fence at my house. I met Craig first at Columbus Home and Garden Show. He took my contact information and called the very next day to schedule an appointment and he promptly provided a quote which fit nicely into our budget. They completed the job on time and it came out gorgeous. He know how to go an extra mile in providing the services. I had to call him after couple of months to temporarily remove couple of columns of the fence to get some heavy equipment into our backyard to get some work done and he very promptly sent the the right people to take care of it. I would highly recommend Elite Fence of Columbus.

I just had a six-foot wood fence installed by Elite Fence. They did a great job, and I am very happy with the results. I worked with Pat Doran and he was magnificent. He answered my calls at night, came to my house, helped move stones out of the fences path, and had a smile on his face the whole time. I have a warrantied fence. From the moment one of the locks was installed it was faulty. I let them know and asked for it to be repaired. Its been months where Ive asked multiple times and was told they would send someone out but no one has come. The winds yesterday finally broke the lock off and I wasnt aware, so when I let my dog out today she got out.I just needed someone to help me.

We had a deadline with the township. The guy showed up, we made a plan and then silence. I sent texts and called the guy. Finally, a week later and one day before the deadline, he leaves a voicemail stating that they werent comfortable using the method (that was his idea in the first place) and that they could just stick the fencing in the ground around my pool. I wouldnt have taken the time to write this if he would have just communicated this to me in the first place but I feel that others might want to know. And by the way, I didnt go through home depot. I called direct. Ill move on to another company and suggest that you do the same.

After speaking with Lucas i was made aware of things that were going on behind the scenes that caused my fence install to take longer than it should have. Lucas took the time to clear things up and resolved everything much quicker than I expected, my fence looks great i would recommend Elite Fence to anyone who wants to get a fence for their home.

Went through Home Depot for a new fence and Elite Fence of Columbus contacted me a couple days later to set up a site visit. After i signed the paperwork I didnt hear from them for a while; I had to call the person that performed the site visit to see when I would be scheduled. They came out a couple days later and installed the fence in one day. Im very happy with both the quality of the install and the look of the fence.

If I could give them zero I would. The crew came and put up a fence on my property in January. I complained about it being so cold but they assured me the job would be done correct and as long as the temperature was above 10degrees everything would be fine. The guys left would and nails all over my yard and didn’t clean up after themselves. My fence looks like a hired someone off the street. I can see directly through my fence to my neighbors yard. I called and complained and the person who came out said the wood would expand and I know the would doesn’t expand but it shrinks. Everyone complains about how tacky my fence looks and now the gate lock mechanism is not working and pieces of the fence is already falling apart. After all of my complaints Elite fencing told me to call Home Depot and complain to them since they referred me to them. I am very disappointed and this was a waste of money. I took multiple pictures the horrible job and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have hesitated to post my experience with Elite Fence as the guys are polite with seemingly sincere intentions, and even use a tone of regret that my concerns have not yet been addressed. However, a passerby recently stopped, complimented the fence design, asked me who did the work. I had to answer that I would not recommend the contractor based on their lack of service, scheduling challenges, and warranty shortfalls. I did not tell them the contractors name. The fence looks great, but the double gate remains out of plumb, the closing/locking mechanisms on both gates have failed, and my numerous calls to have these issues corrected have not been productive.My experience may be an anomaly in deference to the other reviews, so just tread cautiously. You may be better off to go to Home Depot if you are considering vinyl. They have the same designs and can crew-up for any job. Oh, heres another hard lesson learned: Elites crew drilled the post holes and did not clear the soil from the area. That resulted in buckets full of drilled out soil packed around the fence posts, killing the grass, making mud with every rain. When I asked why they didnt remove the dirt excavated from the fence holes, the crew leader stated that no one does that anymore. They could remove the dirt, but it would be extra $$. So, whomever you select, make sure you ask what they do with the dirt drilled out of the post holes! Nasty mess otherwise for months!

$1200 dollar service call to even look at my fence. Person who answers phone sounds like they have a high school education and was unable to be helpful at all. Would recommend a company that cares about customers.

CWas built, posts are farther apart, dog ear pickets has regular small pickets in it. Looks funny to me. Fence seems to be good quality. Should have strengthened gate posts, gate wont stay shut when wind blows. Brandon sent em down twice, still block has to set in front. Where gate latches not right. They filled different size pickets around the gate area. ELITE FENCE is ok

I have had my fence up for about 10 months and have enjoyed it. But recently, my gate has a problem were the screws are coming out. Called Home Depot because they outsourced it to Elite. Got transferred and told the person about the problem. And sent pics. He calls back and tells me it is the manufacturer fault in design, my hoa, and the best they can do is put bigger acrews into it. So they want to put bigger screws in a hollow post?? Was suppose to hear back from them and when they were going to fix it. Nothing. I, too, was left a bunch of dirt around post and was told they didnt have the equipment to take it... I have called Home Depot a few times and their customer service has not responded either. Would not recommend either of the companies if you are looking for a fence.
