Prices were competitive with other local retailers. Unfortunately the specific appliance I am looking to purchase is on backorder with everyone. Salesperson was very helpful.
I ordered a range from them and had a delivery scheduled for 10 days later. The day of my delivery I had to call to find out the time and was given a window of between 10am and 2pm. At 3pm I had to call again to find out where my range was, and was informed that the range wasnt put on the truck and that the warehouse didnt have it. They offered me no solution other than to wait potentially a month and a half for one to come in (no guarantee that it would) or to just give me my money back. Horrible experience.
Terrible customer service received by Mondy. I’m shopping around for 48” gas range and asked for an affordable/economic range she has in stock and she was asking her supervisor/boss for an INEXPENSIVE 48” gas range, talking out loud and even pointing at me. I never requested an INEXPENSIVE product, I’m being smart in order to have the kitchen of my dreams. Her coworker noticed how rude was this lady and came to help us.
Great service, quick and helpful when I needed a washer and dryer ASAP! Was able to get new ones delivered in 2 days! Highly recommend.

They have a great selection of major appliances at competitive prices. The staff is friendly, professional very knowledgeable in the products they sell... with so many products it can be very confusing...but they take the time to help us make the right decision for our needs.
Just bought a $5000 appliance package for a kitchen remodel and was thrilled with Gringer and Sons. in Commack. Best prices around and awesome customer service!!! Knowledgeable with rebates and helped us save a lot of money. A small snag was so pleasantly and professionally handled. Will never go to a big box store again. We purchased a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator From Gringer herself she stated it was top of the line. The first week it came home the ice maker broke twice and had to be fixed, the two light bulbs that it came with melted the top of the unit, then the draw molding started to crack. When I went back to Ginger she said we will take care of that she never did a thing. The doors never stay shut and the alarm goes off constantly. The ice maker brake a third time. This fridge is not only the biggest piece of crap but is rated one of the worst. It turns out that Gingers sells very high priced items that are third rate.
Called this store today to advise them of defect in product. No manager was on duty today AT ALL. The woman answering put me on hold 5 times, and then directed md to call their other location. They dont seem to stand behind what they sell and their customer service can be best described as Dont call us, well call you if we get around to it...

Complained of washer the day I got it. I kept getting put off. Basically told theres nothing they can do and its my problem. Ill never go back.
This is the second time Ive used Gringer and they have definitely earned my future business. I purchased a new Electrolux gas range from them and it was installed with no issues. Less than a month later the outside glass on the oven door shattered. I went through Electrolux for warranty repair and that turned into a 2 1/2 month nightmare. Electrolux does not care about its customers. I reached out to my salesperson, Arline, to see if she had someone at Electrolux I could speak with. Instead I receive a call from the general manager, Allen, who was more than happy to help me. After a couple of calls it was determined I would be receiving a brand new range which was delivered promptly. I was also informed they have their own team of repair people and if I have any issues in the future to contact them. This is a company that cares about its customers.
The worst customer service I have ever come across. I would never recommend anyone to go here. They sell broken appliances and then do nothing about them. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Questionable sales practices
