This store is laid out in such a confusing manner. And to find an associate to help point us in the right direction was damn near impossible. What a fall from grace.

I wouldn’t take a chance even shopping at Home Depot. They fail to tell you about their return policy which includes denying your refund over a store credit. It’s not stated any where on their website nor is it stated on their receipt. I’m glad we have other options to shop at for example lowes! So good luck shopping there!!! Talk about WASTING MONEY!! Can’t wait to cancel my credit cards!!!!

I’ve been going to the Commack Home Depot to buy black rubber mulch. Today There we’re 6 bags available, but 3 were ripped. I found George R and told him there was another full palette on the next level. He said he’d get a wheeled ladder. He unwrapped the palette and give me the bags I needed— 9 more. He handed them to me and then accompanied me to the cashier. George R, in the garden dept. did a great job. Many thanks Al

Has most of everything you would need here as compared to other Home Depot stores. Although the layout of the store can be confusing for someone who doesnt use the store frequently. Its not the typical generic Home Depot square/ rectangular floor layout. But I still use this store as my Go To. Convenient store for the Huntington area.

This Home Depot is extremely convenient and they have everything. Best place for home improvement.

Ordered and paid for online with store pickup. the box had no outer box. in that we could not wait for another shippement we took it. we are shocked the air conditioner is functional. home depot should have rejected the shipment based upon the box condition. Covid rules followed, and otherwise a 5 star.

My favorite home depot on Long Island. We typically come in through the Garden Center and checkout there when only purchasing garden items. The store is usually pretty busy but they do a good job at ringing up their customers as fast as possible so it is never too bad of a wait. Store is usually very clean and there is ample parking especially if you dont mind a little bit of a walk.

Called to ask if they had sand bags or weights for pop up tent -- the call was picked up & transferred to appropriate dept. After a few rings, was disconnected. This happened a couple of times.

Very nice helpful staff. They answered questions for privacy evergreens and showed me some healthy looking plant options. Ill go back to get 2 big Euonymus plants after I dig the holes. The chickens and ducks walking around are cool.

I love coming to this Home Depot. Its super organized, clean, easy to find items and they usually always are in stock of s variety of items I need. For the manager of this store, I want to say great job at keeping the store looking great all the time.

I knew it has been hard to get anybody to help you in the depot for many years, butbsomeonebwill be here in a couple of hours that could move a pallet of pavers. Better off anyway as the paver assortment is garbage. Two pickup trucks- both broken. Once upon a time they were good for all.

Very courteous and helpful staff. I was trying to saw a piece of wood with a hand saw, and a staff member came over and offered to cut it for me with a circular saw. It saved me a lot of time.

Went in there to purchase a vanity light fixture went home opened it someone put there old rusted vanity back in the box, then went to get paint for my bathroom label had paint on it so I took advantage of there advertisement of paint matching and of course it was down or the guy was just lazy and didnt want to do it, everytime I try to purchase something there either out of stock or machine is down. Off to Lowes where at least there in stock.

The employees here are great. Andrew was in the nursery a couple times and he’s just awesome, always smiling and willing to help. There was a gentleman in electric/lights department yesterday who was very helpful as well didn’t catch his name. Thank you to your entire staff for staying positive. We appreciate you.

I needed someone to lift my multiple bags of landscaping stones and put them on my car. They sent an associate with a flatbed to assist. He was courteous and polite. He did want I asked if him with no problems.

They were alittle busy, but they have toilet paper for $.88 a roll and 24 packs of Bounty... They have a great selection of Veggies, ready for planting and a large assortment of outdoor plants... The lines move fast, use the construction entrance and make sure you check out there too.. Fast....

Trish at check out was very helpful & pleasant.

I bought bunch of stuff a month ago, including 10 2X4 . Once done tried to return 4 unused 2X4 they gave me such a run around and after 45 minutes waiting in line and on the phone... They rejected my return. Because partially was purchased using store credit/gift card and didnt have the receipt. Even though they were able to pull it up using my credit card.I am not giving them my business unless I have no other alternative.

If you cant find here ask the staff, very helpful.

A comparatively large home Depot. Helpful staff. Big selection of tools and lumber and household items. Better maintained than compared to other home Depot locations. But theres room fore improvement. Can have better selection and be cleaner and more organized. Just look at Lowes

I stopped in for a new cordless drill. I asked for help but I was left waiting for 20-25 minutes. Someone finally came over to the tool area, but instead of coming over to help me, he ignored me and helped random customers. I ended up leaving the store and headed to the nearest Lowes. That is where I got great customer service and a fair price for the drill. If you want to be ignored and waste your time, go to Home Depot.

Was followed around by a kid who made it uncomfortable to shop I guess he thought I was stealing if I wanted to I would have taken his lunch money his mommy gave him. Good luck pal

It was difficult to find anyone to help with our selection of shower heads. Store shelves were not well maintained or stocked and store was visibly very dirty. Will not be returning to this location to make purchases in the future.
