Might be a good place for oil change, inspection or tire replacement. But for anything else, forgot about it. My car has some rattling noise for 1-2 minute when starting up, bring over to take a look, they charged $139 and then hours later telling me they dont know why and claim its something within AC to the back of the car, and want another $400+ to open up everything involved AC just to figure out why!Few days later, a friend found out its just something loose in center console, reseat the tray and noise was gone. I have been a customer with them for many years, but this incident make me completely lose confidence on their skill and good faith on fixing a car.

Kristofer, District Team Leader provides top notch customer service. He adapted to my situation quickly and set up the the new tire sale through my fleet manager after a lot of hard, effective work. I can’t remember a time when I went to a car repair center / tire shop where I had such a great experience. Had there road hazard on my tire. Had several nails stuck in it. Called ahead to make an appointment. They said it was fine just come down. I had called at 2 and said I could be there by 330. I got there at 320. They took over forty minutes to figure out my car tire was still under warranty. Then asked if someone was going to pick me up as it wouldnt be ready until 6 when they closed. I explained I called to find out if I could come at the specified time and I needed between 430 and 445. I would not have left work early if I knew I was going to have to wait two them to get my warranty together and such. Which they never really fully accomplished. I would went there initially as I knew the manager who ran it for years. But since he has left the lot is always empty.

I always get the right advice and they do a great jo on whatever my car needs. Happy to have my car serviced here.

Great customer service!! Came in for a oil change. Guys in the back perform a free safety check and recommended couple of filters. Oh my god ! if you seen the condition of these filters ! I got 40,000 miles on my car and never had them changed out. They also brought me to the back showed me my tires and recommended an alignment. I went with the package, after a coupon applied it was around $189.00 for 3 year warranty! Which i think was a very good deal! I love this shop and love the energy of the people that work here. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area !!

As soon I pulled up khaleem greeted me. I told him my tire issue.He explain everything I needed. by the way he explained i know he knew his stuff. He gave a quote on 4 tires with alignment, also road hazard protection. He also did a safety check and found out my air and cabin filter was dirty. He saved my engine He also explain how a goodyear credit card would save me money and i end up saving over $ 200 which is more then I would say if I was going to pay cash. I will never go to small shop again that a waste of money . because of good year I am having a great year. Thanks you are the best i would recommend this place anytime.

Went there recently to have an oil change and have them screw something on to my car that came off. They wanted to way over charge me for the fix, but did it anyway before confirming the price with me. When I did not agree to the price they asked for, they un-did their work claiming they “don’t work for free” when I never even asked for it to be done for free. Except…..they did double the work….for free. Never coming here again.

Excellent service at this Goodyear on multiple occasions. Alexander Bicocchi was the employee who helped me each time. My car was serviced quickly and Alexander kept me posted on the status of my car which made me feel better knowing my car is in good hands.

Great shop in the commack area. I usually dont like going to auto shops because they try to upsell you garage you dont need. The guys at good year especially Scott showed me everything I needed for my car with examples. They showed me how warped my brake rotors were in person and proved to me I actually needed to replace them instead of trying to sell me snake oil. Much respect to this good year location. Ill be back!

Great customer service, the front counter guy jack was great, while waiting Khaleem called me to the back showed me my tires and recommended that i get my car align due to uneven wear on my tires ! Terrible Place - Do not Take your Car (they will attempt to rip you off, waste your time or both)My wife brought her car in after driving with a screw in her tire for 3 days. They claimed that it could not be fixed because it was in the shoulder of the tire, it was not, it was dead center of the tread. New tire would be $210+$30 install and it would take all day. She went to All-Weather in Huntington and she was out in 10 minutes for $16 dollars. Good Year had also given her the wrong size for reference. Do not go to any good year tire center, they are either incompetent or liars, either way do not give them your business.

I had a bubble in my tire at 330p on the Sunday before the big snowstorm last week. I took the car in, I had the insurance on the tires, I had two new tires and got my car back by 630p that night (even though they closed at 5p). Khaleem at the Commack store was on top of everything, had me in and out, and even had the pressure checked again for me in no time at all a few days later. Won’t go anywhere else!!!!

And then, the store manager Kris was very professional and helped explain that my struts were bad and unsafe. He also noted that my wheel bearings needed to get replaced. He explained thoroughly what needed to get fixed. And then, he even had it fixed in a speedy manner. I was going on a long trip so I was more than happy Goodyear fixed this before a potential breakdown. I’m Very happy with my auto repairs here. Highly recommended!!

Im sorry, I can;t recommend you go elsewhere strongly enough. This establishment, from what we can all tell, has a long and suspect history of nefarious dealings. My friend brought his car in and was recommended some things that were unnecessary and at a premium price. The salesperson was nice enough, but the business acumen of this store is simply not one I would feel comfortable with and refuse to go back.

Hey i was shopping here about 2-3 weeks ago and i came accords one of your staff members and thought nothing of it untill i got to speak to him he was super intoxicated i think i caught a glimps of his man it was like Alex bicocchi and he kept slurring words repeating him self i would like to know if anything could do anything about that

They were on the news for scamming people. Claiming there car needed all of this stuff when it didnt. PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! THIS LOCATION!!!!!
