Always a great experience at Mattress Firm. I have purchased a few mattresses and pillows from this company. The sales person is always very friendly, attentive and helpful. The quality of the mattresses is very good! They have a really good return policy.... even though Im sure that doesnt happen. Would highly recommend this company for your mattress needs.

Overall, it was a great experience. We came in to purchase our first king size bed and the sales person did a great job explaining our options as well as the current promotion in detail. We were able to schedule delivery in just a few days. And we are currently waiting for the mattress now. So I can’t speak to the delivery side of this purchase.The only negative was that I wanted to pay in cash and was informed that the store could not, because there was no cash drawer. From a consumer standpoint, I strongly suggest the store reconsider this policy.

I went to this branch because it had good reviews, and I was not disappointed. The salesperson guided me through my options, gave me a good deal, and let me know what to expect at the delivery. The delivery team was prompt, professional, and helpful. I was called so I knew when the truck was on its way. The mattress I bought for myself is very comfortable. I am very happy with this purchase and this vendor.

The manager there, Neil Koenig, was wonderful. So helpful and patient. Helped me find the perfect mattress last year. And he just helped my mom find the mattress that was just right for her. My dad died 3 years ago and my mom was nervous about getting a new bed on her own. My dad always made all the buying decisions for them and so she was worried about doing this. She was married for 57 years, so this was a big event for her. But Neil was so kind and caring and he spent hours helping my mom pick out a bed that she really liked. She was impressed that they delivered the bed exactly when they said they would (the following day!) and she loves sleeping in it. Thanks Neil and thanks Mattress Firm! We will be back!

Two years ago we bought 3 beds for our daughters and had an excellent experience. This week we decided to get a new bed for us, so we returned to the store. There was a different sales staff, but they were just as nice, patient and accommodating. We decided to go with a bed and it was delivered promptly. After 2 days we realized that the bed was not for us. So we returned and met with the manager who worked hard to,make everything right, and get us a quick swap. The manager Joe, did everything he had to do to make everything a smooth transition from the first bed to the replacement. He is a true gentleman and understands customer service. We also met with Neil, and Mike and they were great. 3 sleepys in the immediate vicinity. I will be a customer of this store because of Joe.

This was my first experience ever purchasing a mattress and it couldnt have been any easier thanks to Neil Keonig. Deal with Neal K. - he delivered above and beyond customer service! My wife and I spent a significant amount of time researching beds, visiting stores, and spending hours laying down before purchasing a mattress. We both have injuries, so selecting the right bed for us was critical. We chose a bed, had it delivered, slept on it, and tried to make it work. Unfortunately the next couple of weeks involved restless nights and discomfort. We chose the wrong bed for our bodies. We let Neal know our issue and he reassured us that our comfort was of the utmost importance. Even though there wasnt a bed that week that met our needs, more were coming in soon. Neal went above and beyond to recommend the new lines of beds that were coming out, had us wait, then worked to get our bed effortlessly replaced. Neal - thank you for your service. Initially came here with the Wife to buy a new Mattress. When we got there we were greeted by Neil K. and I explained that we were looking for a new Mattress to replace our 7 year old Tempurpedic that was no longer comfortable and had two noticeable dips in either side. Once I explained this to Neil, he immediately suggested that we NOT purchase a new mattress from him but that we try to put a warranty claim in with Tempurpedic and have ours replaced at no or little cost to us.While my wife was disappointed that we did not come home with a new mattress, I was very happy that we did not unnecessarily shell out $5K.We submitted a claim with Tempurpedic and we were approved for a replacement mattress.Unbeknownst to us, we would now be dealing direct with Tempurpedic and the store would not be involved at all.With this information, I went back into Neils store and informed him of the warranty situation. Still, knowing he was not making a sale and that we would be dealing direct with Tempurpedic, he was still more than helpful and informative in guiding me in my choice for a replacement mattress.If youre in the market for a new mattress, I would definitely give this place a shot and ask for Neil. Good guy and an honest businessman.
