I would shop here with an overwhelming abundance of caution. I purchased a mattress on 9/5/20, and all seemed well at first. However, I became involved in one of the largest debacles that Ive ever encountered with a store. To spare excessive detail, my purchase was paid for, picked up by an unknown individual using my credentials, and I was never notified. Only after investigating the issue on my own, getting the district and corporate management involved, and working with a different mattress firm location did I finally receive a mattress, nearly a month later mind you. I provided an additional star for the assistance of Scott, who did work with me to eventually resolve my issues.

This was my first trip to Mattress Firm and it was a great experience. I was surprised by the many quality mattress brands and options on display. I ended up purchasing a Beautyrest Black Ice memory foam bed, it was just too amazing to not splurge a little. I was helped Neil Koenig, who treated me like I was the only one in the store, no pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated, had me practically take a nap and he even dimmed the lights so I can really get the full effect of the mattress. Highly recommend asking for him. Can’t wait to finally start getting a good night’s sleep.

My wife and I went to this SLEEPYs to look for a new mattress. I had my reservations due to a less than optimal experience at a SLEEPYs location several years ago but I thought we would give it another shot. We were greeted by Sam, the store manager. He was professional, pleasant and asked us a lot of questions to gain information to assist him in showing us mattresses he thought we may like. We had tried several beds, all the while Sam was there for questions and NO sales pressure. When we finally chose the bed we liked, then came the negotiation. We got what we thought was a fair price and closed the deal. My wife and I walked out of the store happy that we just had a terrific experience.The one caveat is...doing you homework with prices of SIMILAR mattresses before you shop. I found out that I could have gotten a SIMILAR mattress elsewhere for a few hundred less. Dont bother with the price guarantee they offer, it is not realistic. You have to find the SAME IDENTICAL mattress elsewhere for cheaper. When I called Sterns and Foster, I was told that the model that is sold at SLEEPY’s is EXCLUSIVE to them and NOT SOLD ANYWHERE ELSE. Needless to say there was not price adjustment.None the less, the shopping and delivery experience was excellent and I have little regret that I made my purchase at this SLEEPY’s. Just be price savvy before you go…
