I ordered a picture cake and it came out perfect! The picture was exactly what I requested. The ice cream was very fresh and creamy with a generous amount of crunchies in the middle of the cake. The store is also bright, clean, and friendly every time I visit it.

The Dark green icing cream colour of the cake was so strong that all ten guests and ourselves had Dark green lips; mouth ; fingers and nails. It was so bad that, Inspite of washing with soap, it didn’t go away. Bummer -Everyone had dark green stools for continuously 3 days & some guests faced upset stomach including me . After informing Ms.May, all I got was an unapologetic sorry.Definitely never ordering from here again. Not recommended!!!!

I loved this Carvel, very well taken care of establishment with signs of great management. My cake order was taken by an incredibly kind and understanding employee who helped my family and I to a satisfying meal.

Every time I’ve visited this Carvel, it is always well kept and clean. Of course the ice cream is delicious and the cones are always fresh. The staff members at this Carvel are continuously friendly and efficient. Finally, the owner, May, is so sweet and polite she makes everyone feel welcome in her shop.

The store is so clean, absolutely amazing, it exceeded our cake vision. I had cake for my daughter’s party, she even got to write the word on the cake herself, everyone in the party is more than satisfied. I been told it is under new management and brand new machines just made ice scream so delicious. We went back 3 times, not only is the ice scream delicious, the service was very friendly and great. Will keep coming back!

It is always a pleasure to see a young individual with excellent customer service skills and that is why I am writing this review. I stopped in last Sunday to pick up a few items for my niece and nephew and I was very pleased with the service I received.There was a young man behind the counter and I must say that he was helpful, kind, and looking to make sure that my needs were met. You should be very proud of yourself, young man.

Great service and ice cream

I just came from the Carvel on Commack RD and if they had more stars to give it I would the people that work there are so kind theyve always made beautiful cakes for me and even when I needed something done on short notice they came through they even remember my name when I walk in the door how nice is that I would totally recommend this Carvel to anybody in the area

Their ice cream cakes are just ice cream that has been shaped like a cake and then frosted. There is a bit of fudge and chocolate crunchy bits between the two layers of ice cream, but I prefer the type that has one layer of ice cream over one later of cake. My family loves these cakes, though, so we get them for all kinds of occasions.

Clean, had what I was looking for. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. No long wait.

Love this Carvel. Soooooo much better than the Carvel I USED to go to on Larkfield road. Love that I found this one. Im closer to the one on Larkfield but rather take the drive to this location due to its service, fresh ice cream and great selection.
