Commack office NEVER answer the phone, 25 minutes or more on hold every time. The last 2 years the billing is sporadic. Getting service and supplies is just as difficult can not wait until the contracts are over!
This is one of the most frustrating companies I have ever worked with. We have leased equipment that needs to be returned early. I have several questions and it is absolutely impossible to get a person to talk with. Ive left message after message and no one calls back. Stay away if you want any help from them.
WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SERVICE SUPPORT BUT ALL I GET IS VOICE MAIL AND A MESSAGE LOOP THEY ARE ALL BUSY. ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE.
We have been using Carr Business Systems for many years. We find that they are very knowledgeable with all the products past, present and up and coming. James Mayor, our contact, is great. He calls to touch base with us on a daily. Their online supply order form is easy and the material comes within a day or two. Any time, we have placed a service call, the guys are always here quickly. They are courteous and professional. We have never had a problem with Carr Business Systems. We think they are an outstanding company which is why we continue to use them for all our business needs.
I received an email saying I haven’t paid my service contract (which is on auto pay for over a year) and have been calling for weeks NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME EVEN THE GIY WHO EMAILED ME. THEY are the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
We recently switched over to CARR Business Systems and have been with them for about a year now and we are so happy with the change. We notice such a difference in service upon meeting our sales representative, Douglas Erath who is great, friendly and always willing to help and find a solution. Doug and his team are always there and response is quick and their IT Specialist has a lot of patience and is always helpful.
Weve been a customer of Carr now for a number of years. They have met our needs every step of the way. Both their customer service and technical support have been consistent and reliable. We look forward to further establishing our relationship as our needs continue to evolve.
My business has been with Carr since 2011 to service our desktop printers and have been happy with their service. Due to Covid we are no longer in the office and do not need thier services. I tried to put our service on hold and was denied. After that I have been trying to cancel service with these people since August 18th, 2020 and it is now 9/30/2020. My rep is not returing my messages. I have emailed contract department and they are not returing my messages. Online chat joins teh chat and then they ignore me too. They are basically ignoring me. I know this is a difficult time but you have to at least call your clients back.I am posting this mainly to try to get them to call me back.
Weve been with Carr for quite a few years now and they really try to make things simple. Anytime I need service, they are pretty quick, usually within 24 hours. Ran out of ink? Usually ships and we get it by next morning UPS. Props to our contact Avital Kushilevich, she is awesome, always helps me when I have an odd question and gets me the information I need in a timely manner. They also work with us on the leases and only sell us on what we really need. Thanks Carr for being awesome!
Horrible supplier... Terrible customer service.. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Attempting for (6) months to return a fax machine from our company. Now in the middle of a tug of war with their business partner U.S. Bank. As a long time procurement professional I recommend you stay clear of Carr Business Systems.06-18-2019LETTER TO U.S. BANKTo reiterate our position, our company has done everything in its power to try and resolve this issue with Carr Business Systems going back to 2018. The attachments emailed to you yesterday show extensive communications with your business partner, Carr Business Systems regarding the disposal of this equipment. Their failure to properly respond to these numerous requests has resulted in unnecessary costs incurred by our company.The letter from U.S. Bank Equipment Finance DTD: 07-16-18, clearly directs us to “contact your Carr Business Systems account representative for all of your financing options”. As previously noted, both Anthony and Robert have been contacted regarding this machine on countless occasions. We cannot adequately express our frustration that these communications have been repeatedly ignored and this equipment has remained unused, sitting in our facility for longer than (6) months.Our decision stands, and the fax machine in question will be disposed of on 06-28-19 if prior arrangements to pick it up are not made. Our company already lost money citing this agreement, and no additional monies will be forthcoming.
Bill and the rest of the Carr team have been great for 3 years now. Always available and quick service whenever we need it.
My business has been trying to cancel service with these people since Feb 4, 2020 and it is now 6/29/2020 and they are still billing us. I have spoken to multiple people there regarding this, through phone and email, and I just got another bill today. We also were a few days late for one month once and they tried putting us into collections. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE Customer Service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been calling for weeks to update their auto supply service and nobody calls back! The toners they supply are garbage and incompatible with certain printers. They attempt to supply a new printer but the ones they bring are extremely low volume that I wouldnt even use in my own home let alone a large business. They took the printers back and made NO attempt to correct the situation. Hands down THE WORST!!

HORRENDOUS customer service. If you question the contracts or what youre paying for, they make false promises of answers, and than cease communication. They lock you into contracts and dont return calls or emails. My company has been asking questions and trying to get contract details for over a year to no avail. I have been though 4 different higher ups all with the same reaction. Apologies, promises, excuses and then silence.We have a fax machine off lease, that we have asked to have removed for over 6 months. Its been off awaiting pickup, yet the bill still rolls in every month, for a machine we dont want or use!Do yourself a favor, find ANYONE else. You will regret signing onto any plans with them.
We had moved locations from one state to another, and a year later we needed service. We requested parts, and they shipped the parts to the old address despite having given them a new address. We then called, and they said that parts would be here in 3 business days. Four business days goes by, and we call again to get the tracking number. They said they would email it to us. Never received an email. Called again the next day, and they said that three days was not an issue if it was in the state, but it would take longer than three days out of state via UPS. What, is the package being delivered by caravan? I look up the tracking number that they finally gave me, and the part hadnt even shipped until hours after I had called the day before. They hadnt even shipped it until days after they said they would, and then not for hours until I reminded them that they needed to ship it. So now, 10 days after we started this, we will be getting the parts we need.
Mail/print shop thats been with Carr for almost a year now. Definitely a little chaotic to deal with, but ALWAYS accommodating. Dont listen to the other 2 reviews.. Anyone with half a brain could do great business with this company. As long as you stay on top of them, theyre a pleasure to do business with. Its the lazy, butthurt mooks that want everything done for them that leave 1 star reviews. Trust Carr... STAY CLEAR if youre like either of the other 2 reviewers who clearly have a less than average IQ. =)
We have a a service contract with Carr for many years and decided to cancel it as it was over $2000.00 and the copier was not worth that much. We needed to order a drum and was told we would have to send them $1500.00 for a drum that we would have to pay for anyway. Our contract expires at the end of July. They said we could wait till then and then they will ship. This is EXTORTION in every form. Will never deal with Carr again. I found the part on EBAY and we will install. They also did not tell us this until 2 weeks went by and we didnt have the part.
The customer service is terrible, they never answer the phone, and if they do, they put you in hold for a long time. They dont call you back when they suppose to call back whenever you have an issue with the merchandise... Its the worst company i have ever seen.
Worst experience of any Vendor I have ever used. Service has been terrible. Gave me the excuse that the person on my account is on vacation.
