Really really poor costumer service. Theres always a rush of costumers at the same time every day and they still only have 3 lanes open at the most. U can never be in and out. Auto care is also some of the worst service. I dont even think they ever changed my oil or filter so till I did it my self I found out my car had the same oil filter for months of taking it in. Its a wal mart and I really enjoy shopping at Walmart but this one seems to enjoy having costumers wait around in lines. True shame I hope you guys pay attention to this reviews. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

They don’t know how to do oil changes and if they break something they don’t want to be responsible they want you to buy the part that they broke and they tell you one thing and next thing they tell you another thing never going to this place again really bad service ! Manager was also rude !!

My only problem was that I was told one price but I ended up paying more I luckily had the money to pay for it but the employees did their best to try and lower the price I had an oil filter problem which I didnt expect to have to pay for it was just a bummer 😣 no hard feelings though.... The staff did a great and quick job 😊

I recently took my Jeep in to install new tires I bought from a private party. All ran smooth until the job was complete and I saw the status of the new tires on the vehicle itself.The tires walls were bulging from side to side, clearly not where the air should be. Sure enough, my icon pops up on stating that the tires are low.I walk back inside talk to the manager, which I may add was extremely rude. She says to pull the Jeep around so we can look at the tire pressure. I complete the task, sitting in my vehicle at the bay door for about 5 minutes and the manager was no where to be seen and told NO ONE that I would be at the door.So I walk back inside AGAIN then a tech asks me what they can help me with. I explain the situation AGAIN and they tell me, Oh, youre tires are at 35 pounds, the air will go up in time.I knew this was a load of crap and expressed myself about that, it was clear. They didnt even check the air pressure, all they did was lie to my face, expecting me to BELIEVE them because Im a female that doesnt know any better.I left unhappy with the service I received, checked the tire pressure MYSELF and sure enough, they werent where they said they were at.Next time, instead of trying to cover something up with a lie, maybe try and take pride in your work. People pay you a service and my vehicles tires were unsafe to drive out of your bay like that. Learn some customer service skills.I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY MY BUSINESS AGAIN. I had my doubts about Walmart in general, but decided to give them another chance. No thank you, Id rather give my top dollar to someone that will have common courtesy and customer service skills.Ridiculous service, ridiculous corporation.

Come to their auto center four hours before they closed for Marcus to tell me they are not accepting anymore cars.** Update**I returned for an oil change and the morning employees were very kind and efficient.

This is the worst place to take your car. I had the worst experience ever taking my car here for an oil change. It took 3 hours for a regular oil change and there were only 3 customers there. The guys working there were just sitting around and looked liked they were deliberately taking their time and didnt want to work there. I am not even sure if they changed the oil on my car. I will never come back here again.

Got here at 07:15am on a Wednesday, not busy, got right in for tires and an oil change. Friendly people too!The auto service center is located on the Northeast side of the store.

Dont believe everything you read everyone was friendly polite and outgoing my car was ready at the time they said it would be I got it back with my windows washed and vacuumed it looks better than when I took it in Walmart Auto Care staff youre amazing!!

Go somewhere else. Mean front desk agents is the least of my concern. They broke a tire sensor while changing my tires and gave me so much grief when I called them out. Once I finally got the managers approval, Sagrario proceeded to tell me that it was my fault. She cursed at me under her breath in Spanish, too bad for her I speak her language. Theres a lot of other options near by, go somewhere else! For the manager, please have some more oversight over this operation. I talked to a lady who had waited 3 hours for her oil change... what are you guys doing?
