We unfortunately were on our way out of Denver back home to South Dakota when our car started overheating. Luckily we were close to this place. We stopped in, told them the situation, & they took us in immediately. They did an assessment & were able to fix our car in the same day. We thought we might be stranded there for a few days or even a week, but we were out of there within several hours. Efren was our contact all day & he provided such amazing customer service. Offering us coffee/snacks or a ride to take us to breakfast/a hotel/etc if we needed. & he constantly updated us with where they were at with fixing the car. We pray that this will never happen again, but if we are back in the area and need an issue fixed, we will 100% come here.

I loved that fact that Vanessa squeezed me in without an appointment. I had a burning front brake issue, and was afraid to drive it. Your automated estimate system, complete with photos, was amazing. Plus Vanessa picked me up in your courtesy car, so I could pay the bill. Outstanding service, without a bunch of unnecessary add on’s was first rate. The first thing I want with a automotive repair shop is honesty. Second is the quality of your work. You’ve more than succeeded. 

The staff at 104th and Tower Road, Commerce City, CO were amazing. I was quoted prices considerably less than what the Mini Dealership had provided. Explanations were clear, the work was accomplished timely, and my car is running great. Ill be coming back. Thank you!

I wanted to give business to local place but boy o boy not the experience i wanted first told me they would charge me $139.00 for diagnostic no matter what. I would understand if someone would get the diagnostic and go fix it somewhere els but if I am giving you Business… they also charge me $37.18 other fees when I asked what is other fees I was told just the stuff we use in the shop!!!And I personally think they are very overpriced.After all set and done I paid $530.13 just to replace a single ignition coil for 1999 Lexus! Why would I ever go back there?!!!!!

They were good and gave me a printout of my alignment but I believe they didnt do it because my car does not have a camber adjustment without a kit or adjustable arms

We had an emergency oil leak while traveling across country. The folks at Christian Brothers were so kind to us and found the leak and fixed us up within a couple of hours. They checked over everything else and sent pictures of the oil filter that had been punctured by the people that had done the last oil change. Highly recommend them!

My truck broke down on the highway and I had it towed to CBA. They were able to get the repairs done the next day! I definitely thought it was going to take longer. Great service!!

This was my first time using CBA. The front desk (Vanessa) was so friendly and helpful. They were busy but they got my scheduled car maintenance done in time and even picked me up. I love their online service approval and cost breakdown. There were no surprises when I went to pay.

This was my first time visiting Christian Brothers Automotive and they have earned a new customer. From the moment I parked the car to the moment I pulled out of the parking lot, I felt looked after. Even though we chose not to have the recommended service done on our car (decided to sell rather than pour more money into our 13 year old car), Christian Brothers earned our respect and business due to the polite and courteous treatment by the staff. We are new to the area and were skeptical of being able to find an automotive repair that would come close to our automotive repair in Virginia, so we were pleasantly surprised when Christian Brothers surpassed our expectations. I am handicapped, so when I got out to my car and could not find my phone, it meant a lot to me when the man helping me inside saw me struggling and came out and helped me retrieve my phone caught between the seats. Little things like that go a long way!

I tried to give this local shop a try. Not impressed with the communication or the service. I had to bring my vehicle back after a strut replacement and they wanted an additional $350.00 to replace a strut top which they missed prior to releasing the vehicle to me. I was contacted about an additional part being needed and approved it right away, but apparently nobody noticed the noise when turning the wheel until I brought it back complaining. I expected a bit more professional service. I gave them a few days to reach out to me and correct my concern prior to this review and not one call from them even inquiring on the service they performed or the service I declined.The service manager did make things right after my initial review.I do believe that they dropped the ball and I appreciate the fact that they owned the shortcoming so I amended my review. Mistakes can happen. And I can honestly say they deserve the chance for your business.

The staff is friendly and seem very honest with their assessment of my vehicle. That’s hard to find. The Courtesy Vehicle is definitely a plus when your car is going to be there for awhile.

Used the one in Englewood and had a fantastic experience, commerce city one did not communicate well the day of the appointment as I had to call them to find out estimate which was the only real concern I had. Once we got to repairs and cost they were great, friendly and courteous. Overall very pleased.

They did not correctly fix my problem the first time and left me stranded in danger in a torrential downpour just a few miles up the road. They removed my other review detailing this. They did nothing about it except charge for a repair they should have checked up on the first time.If youre going to remove reviews, Ill make sure your corporate owners see the first one I posted, thanks. I had an appointment scheduled at 2:30, dropped it off at 10:30, and it was done by 12! Their lot was completely full, with cars double-parked, so I wasnt optimistic it was going to be finished on time, but boy was I wrong. I received text notifications of the progress, with photos, and when all was said and done, it was cheaper than their competitors despite having additional services completed. HIGHLY recommended.

They were awesome! Everyone so friendly! They sent pictures of exactly what was wrong when they did the free inspection of my vehicle. Recieved quotes for what needed done and was able to chose what I accepted to have done at that time. For the remaining items... they gave me a printout of the quotes and said they would stand behind those quotes for whenever Im ready to have the work did l done. Definately my new place to take my vehicle.

They we’re supposed to fix the alignment on my car but it took me taking it in 3 times and each time it was there it took about 3-4 hours, just for it to still be off. This place is a joke and I would seriously recommend going to a more professional place of business.

We had to take in our Mercedes to have our anti-theft ignition replaced. Christian Brothers wasnt set up to work on my type of vehicle in terms of being able to get parts on hand and they went above and beyond to ensure that they could in fact get the part and complete the work. They were very patient with me after I called several times for updates. They did a fantastic job. Mercedes would have cost us a lot more and I am grateful for Christian Brothers hard work.

Did an insurance claim with them. It took 17 days to get my car back. Keeping in mind time for the insurance company and holidays/weekends. Wasnt a fast process by no means but they were extremely pleasant to work with. They showed they cared and kept me informed along the way. So far Id definitely recommend them for any of your auto needs.

CAME IN WHEN BUSINESS OPENED FOR ENGINE NOISE when I accelerated to 2000rpm. LEFT CAR AND PROMISED A CALL same day. DIDNT KEEP PROMISE and I had to called back twice for car status. Finally, near closing time I was TOLD NOISE COULDNT BE REPLICATED and asked to come in to ride with Tech. NOISE REPLICATED IMMEDIATELY AS SOON AS TECH ACCELERATED. TECH SAID TRANSMISSION FLUSH. FRONT DESK man SAID NEW TRANSMISSION NEEDED. KEPT MY CAR FOR 4 DAYS WITH NO UPDATE. I popped up with my car still sitting. Man at the front said they didn’t have time and asked for an additional 2 hrs. I said no! Got my car done ASAP (Transmission Drained and filled). Quoted me $90.00 but charged me nearly $200.00. I PAID AND REALIZED HE STOLE MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION and DID NOT DISCLOSE CHARGES and CHARGED ME FOR MORE FLUID THAN MY CAR ALLOWS! SPOKE TO MANAGER! REFUND GIVEN! APOLOGY GIVEN! PAPERWORK EVEN HAD THE WRONG CAR MODEL, NO VIN OR PLATE, ETC. NOISE STILL PRESENT WHEN I LEFT. SECOND OPINION SAID ALL I NEEDED WAS AN OIL CHANGE. OIL WAS NOT READING ON STICK! NOISE FIXED.CBrothers at this located earn 0 Stars. DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST PRACTICES.

The staff was friendly, honest, quick, and very thorough. My Ford Escape was scheduled for a diagnostic on a check engine light which turned off on its own the day before but I still had them do an oil change. I received a detailed inspection report of the oil change and other potential issues with the car. I was never pressured into a sale or having any “extra” work done. I greatly appreciate that!! Thank you so much CBA! I will definitely be returning.

Repair estimate was accurate, work completed on time and done right, my car runs great once again. Mechanic also inspected my car and listed future needed maintenance. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant to talk to. I suppose you could find a cheaper price for car repair elsewhere but you get what you pay for. I depend on my car and need to depend on the shop that repairs it. Christian Brothers is that shop.

This was my first visit to CBA, and I can tell you that they exceeded my expectations. I took my Fisker Karma here for a scheduled maintenance Oil/Filter change. The folks at CBA, Commerce City did a great job. Fisker Karma is not a very common car you see on the road everyday and most auto shops wont even touch it. So I was pleasantly surprised when the Manager told me they can perform the maintenance (Oil/Filter) change on the car. The price was great and they performed a wonderful job. They saved me a lot of money by me not taking my Karma to the Dealership in Highlands Ranch, CO. I told my wife that all 3 of our vehicles (Fisker Karma, Porsche Cayenne and Fiat 500e) will now be serviced by the folks at CBA.I should also mention that theres WiFi available for you to use while your car is being worked on. I was able to do some work there while they worked on my car.The Management knows how to treat a customer. I will definitely recommend CBA for all your automotive work.

Untrustworthy mechanic. Check engine light on my vehicle came back on with the same error code I went in to get fixed. They did not have any record of me having things replaced initially to fix that despite 1k spent with them to resolve my check engine lights.Went to get my wifes car AC fixed aswell. Wasnt working again with a week. I ended up just going to auto zone to fix it myself after paying them 200 to fix itI hope to God there will be a trustworthy mechanic in town soon.

Called to place an appointment for a simple diagnostics. Over the phone they are very kind and quick to get you booked. Once my truck was looked at they gave me a very clear explanation of what exactly was wrong. I personally like to work on my own cars, but didn’t have the time to try and pinpoint my issue. There was no pressure or sales gimmicks when I stated I would like to fix it myself. Awesome shop. No pressure. Would definitely recommend for both testing and repairs.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my call. The checkin process was quick and thorough. The results of the technicians inspection was sent to me via text where I could review the detail and estimate for recommended work. The work was completed that day and the checkout process was also quick and informative. The vehicle is now running great and I am very pleased. I will use Christian Brothers for all of my automotive needs in the future and will recommend to anyone in the area.

Their customer service was really good. They explained everything well and didnt get annoyed with all the questions I asked. I picked up my car on a Saturday(only open because it was national service day) and we were served hot dogs and hamburgers. Nice people!

I called for advice about my car and spoke with Chris. He gave great advice to pinpoint the problem and was then able to get my car in for service quickly after that. Christian Brothers performed the repair for $100 cheaper than the Subaru dealer, even using Subaru parts - not after-market. The whole experience felt comfortable and small town-y. I loved it! Highly recommend!

Christian Brothers is a blessing to this area! We showed up needing assistance with a headlight issue and were back on the road within 15 minutes. In addition to the speedy bulb replacement, the tech that helped us was late to lunch that was provided by the shop. I felt awful finding this out after the fact but this is another example of how truly wonderful this shop is! The staff is incredibly welcoming, helpful, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I can honestly say we have located our new auto repair shop! 🚙

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. I was given a quote on the services I was needing from John before I even brought my car in and he recommended some services for me to consider as well. Chris helped me even further when I actually brought my car in and told me he would call me if any of the prices increased while they were working on it. My car was done in a decent amount of time and Chris called me to walk me through the inspection report on it and provided me some recommendations on what I could fix for next time. I didn’t feel pressured at all for them to do anything on my vehicle and they didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee like other places just for having them look at it. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers for anyone needing to get work done on their vehicle.

I liked the Inspection Jake performed on my truck. Transparent shop. I look forward to building a relationship with them into the future. My family and I just moved out here. Lobby was immaculate and they pulled my truck up to the door for me while I waited. Efrem was great to deal with as well.

Best auto place! I stopped by to get my battery repaired - didn’t call ahead because I was in a hurry and even though they were busy and had sent a mechanic home they helped me out! Chris changed my battery in the parking lot so I could go about my day. Extremely grateful for the excellent customer service. I have found my new mechanic!

Very respectful. But expensive. Wanted a lot for a water pump. All together $530.00 So i took it to a friend referral. And they told me it was just the hose. The water pump was fine. So saved me 430 bucks. Always get e second opinion.

1st experience was not great. I made an appointment for 1PM a few days ago for today. When I dropped it off I was very detailed as to a leak and another issue I wanted them to try to diagnose. The gentlemen that I dropped the car off with was friendly and assured me they would have it looked at within a couple of hours at the most.I got a call at 5:30PM and they advised that they were not able to look at the car before 5PM. They appeared to have rushed the job since they did not consider any of the notes that were written by the individual that took the car when I dropped it off. When I asked if they even looked at the notes, the person on the phone just read it back to me and asked if they could keep it longer to do some of the things in the notes. I refused and grabbed my car.Not sure if it was a bad day for these guys but they will never have my business.

The most professionals Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. I was in sheer panic and although they were clearly busy they were able to squeeze me in to make sure that my vehicle was road worthy. Since this is a Christian establishment, I was pleased to see Christian, books displayed on tables. I was offered a ride home while the car was in the shop and when the car was ready I received a call and they returned to pick me up at the house. The customer service is AMAZING! I took my 2 year old to get my oil changed and it went smoothly. The atmosphere is so family friendly and they even gave my son a small toy to play with and keep.

I want to give these guys 5 stars because they do awesome work and are super trustable, unfortunately, they are too good! Often times when I need a car repair its a 3-4 days wait for a repair and Im forced to go elsewhere. Definitely recommend them however and they are honest and fair.

I am visiting my aunt for the week, I went to pick my little cousin up from school on Tuesday and something from under my car fell and was dragging, I drove to Christian brothers immediately and before I even went in an employee came out to tell me something was 1. Wrong with my car and 2. I should get it looked at before driving it for safety reasons. I left it there to be looked at the next day since I went right before closing they were so honest with me so helpful and considerate. It was so nice being a young woman in a mechanic shop and not feel like I was being taken advantage of! They didn’t overcharge me at all if anything i wish i could have tipped them! I’m seriously considering driving 45 minutes anytime I need my car serviced! GREAT GREAT GREAT SERVICE!!! Thank you guys!!

We brought our car in for an electrical issue. Rather than doing work and charging us, the manager Ryan let us know that our used vehicle still had part of the warranty valid. He then called the dealership to confirm this and then let me know I could bring my vehicle there and get the repair done under warranty. I believe manager Ryan and this business has the highest ethical standards and will plan on bringing my vehicles there in the future for service. Thanks for your honesty!

They were very willing and able to listen to my description of the issues and went out of their way to make sure they were resolved. Their staff seems very knowledgeable and honest. Honesty is very important to me and, unfortunately, is not always the case. They were also very generous in their pricing and did not nickle and dime me for repairs.

The service is great. I like the fact you can wait for your car, but if you’d prefer not to and don’t have a ride home, they offer a shuttle service for the area. They’re very good about explaining what problems they might find and show you the pictures they’ve taken of the problematic issues and email them to you. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well. Christian Bros is a great place for your car needs.

I have always had quality work in the past from other Christian Brothers franchises. Commerce City is the worst. Do not take your vehicle there.My first visit, A simple tune up took 4 days. They left the battery cables loose and the sparking caused a small fire under the hood. Forgive and forget. Decided after apologies to return. Bad idea. Made an alignment appointment at 7am. At 3pm, my car had not moved. Just a poorly run operation.

Even though they were swamped and wouldnt have been able to get my car in for almost week, Christian Brothers heard I needed to travel back to college soon and were able to get my car in, repaired and back out to me within 24 hours of my calling them. I had some suspension problems with my car. It was rattling and making loud noises when driving over the slightest bumps, and as an Uber driver that is quite embarrassing. I took it to Christian Brothers where I was greeted with friendly smiles and given a courtesy ride home while they diagnosed and repaired my car. When I received my car back after the work, I found that it is the smoothest and quietest ride since Ive owned the car. No more embarrassing Uber trips for me! I had a mixed experience with Christian Brothers Automotive.John, sales rep, was greatly informative, kind and welcoming. He provided me with trouble shooting options over the phone and scheduled my appointment to make sure everything else was good.There was maintenance to be done which I had expected and the price was fair. One of the items was a new battery. I picked my vehicle up a day or two later and cashed out my ticket, again great service all around.Upon leaving I decided to see what kind of battery the put in. I popped my hood and in my car was the same battery that I had in there (interstate). I double checked the receipt and sure enough it said that I paid for a new battery and even had a part description of platinum.I walked back inside and informed John that I paid for a battery and my vehicle still had the original battery in it.John confirmed my findings and notified the technician and they fixed the oversight. While I understood that oversights occur I couldnt help but feel angry at the thought of what if I drove off and never realized they didnt do the work I paid for? And did they even do all the work I paid for? This only increased as I seen more customers come in and out never once checking the work they had paid for.I voiced my frustrations with John and he was very sympathetic and expressed his apologies thoroughly. The manager came out and gave me a free oil change voucher to further make up for the incident. I truly appreciated there honesty and acknowledgment of the mistake and there willingness to compensate me for my troubles.In short, I will be using there service again and I hope that with time I can regain trust in there business.

These guys are honest, fair and true. I was a mechanic for 16 years, I dont have any desire to wrench on vehicles anymore. So I gave these guys a shot and Im impressed. Got my oil changed on my GMC 2500 there, they are cheaper than the dealership and your cookie cutter oil change shacks. They do a free multi point inspection with oil changes. Prior to the oil changes done they did some A/C recharging for me for a fair price. Im glad theyre in the area, I definitely recommend them.

Our battery harness required replacement and the manager was able to repair it for 1/100th of the cost. NOT JOKING! they were amazing...helpful and friendly. I am really excited that a good car service company has moved into the area! Thank you!

I didnt think there were any auto shops that still operated with honesty and integrity until I brought both of our family vehicles in to our local Christian Brothers. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and knowledgeable staff who explained what the service techs discovered when servicing my vehicles. I was even supplied with some recommendations about future preventative maintenance that I need to consider and a complete quote for each of those items. This shop is busy for a reason. If your are tired of rude service, getting the run around and overpaying, then just call Christian Brothers for your automotive needs.

I usually take my cars to AAMCO for service/repair, but figured I’d give Christian Bros a chance since they were brand new and closer to home. Big mistake. I was having no start/dying out issues with my Camry. After about 5 hrs from the time I dropped it off, I received a call saying that it was a battery issue and that they had already completed the work, without my consent!? Although I wasn’t too happy about this, I figured it wasn’t that big of a deal because, after all, it was just a battery. This was until I received the bill. They ended up charging me a $65 diagnostic test fee (these are free at the majority of shops if they perform the work, or any auto parts store) and an additional $15 install fee (Also free at most shops). After completing their survey, they did offer to refund me the $15 install fee, but insisted that the $65 test was a necessary charge. I declined their offer for the $15 refund. Figured they must need it more than I do. Besides, a $15 is a small price to pay to know where NOT to take my car next time.

We are a family with 3 kids living off of my husband’s teaching salary and my small in home daycare salary. We didn’t even have money to cover all of our bills last month and my car broke down. I happened to post on Facebook that I needed to tow my car home so my dad could help me work on it. Marcia the owner, just happened to see my post. She offered to tow my car to her shop for free. On top of that, she was doing a day of service the following day and was going to cover all the costs for me. Her mechanics donated their time as well so we received probably $2000 worth of repairs including 4 brand new tires at now cost to us! I was literally in tears when Marcia offered all of this to us. What an incredible blessing to us!!

Awesome communication and honest pricing!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I would not trust this place. Brought my truck in they said I had a broken tie rod and needed a whole rack and pinion assembly. I just had my tie rods done a year ago so when I brought them in to another ASE certified mechanic to get it warrantied I was told no issues only rubber boot was broke. Also was told by Christian bros that my front axel seals needed replaced. I had a second opinion done with another ASE certified tech and there is no leak and does not need replaced.So by not using Christian bros I’ve saved 2000$ on things not wrong with my truck.I did unfortunately let Christian bros replace a water pump and a transmission filter and gasket.(overpriced but needed it done ASAP). Estimated me at 1295$. Was told when it was done it was 1600$. They didn’t know why “ oh sorry we shouldn’t have charged for that”.“We replaced the thermostat” never asked never told me it was bad. And still none of this totaled 1600$. Went to go pick up my truck. They did get it down to the 1295 plus tax. But then I get in my truck drive home(1.5miles) and realize I now have coolant leaking from truck. After 6pm now, closed on Good Friday. (Can’t drive truck all weekend) bring in on Monday am to have them inform me the put a hole in my radiator. WTF. Needless to say. Be very careful when going to this shop you may be getting things replaced when the don’t need to. Please if you use this shop get a second opinion.
