The absolute worst place to buy a battery from. The corporate office and the employees only goal is to sell products. They are not there to honor any warranties or take ownership of thier faulty products. Not customer friendly and not willing to help those who do not look like them.

Well, I didnt know about this place but, while helping someone else found out that the batteries you buy here are not brand new. You can only purchase reccondition batteries here. But if you like to buy an inexpensive battery for your vehicle this is the place, however, I liked the customer service here.

I had to pick up my car (that had been towed) across the street, costing me $$$. My car still wasnt running so I went across the street to see if they, Interstate Battery System, could help. Keith came over to the tow lot with his jumper equipment and got my car running. I pulled into their bay area and Rodney came out and replaced my battery with a used one of theirs. And he fixed my battery connector. You may think ~ not a big deal. Well to tow from my apartment to another car shop (2 miles) would have cost me $91 plus a ballpark quote of $175 to replace my battery and connectors. Interstate Battery did this for me for no charge. Keith and Rodney were friendly, patient and understanding. They literally turned my awful & expensive day into one happy one. I cant leave out the receptionist. The whole staff must be awesome there because there was such a good vibe.

I purchased 2 -6 volt batteries their best ones they sell. I had for 1 year and 1 month, the batteries had a bad cell and would not hold a charge. I took them in and for their case the warranty is 12 months. I had these batteries for 13 months, and they would not do anything customer service wise, to keep me as a customer. The 230$+ I spent in batteries is gone they wouldnt prorate or try and help me out with any new batteries. The customer service and products are terrible. I would recommend Somewhere else to buy your batteries if their only going to last a year and save yourself some money.

We used this interstate battery store to purchase several batteries for our fleet of commercial vehicles. We had problem with some of the batteries being defective after 2-3 months, there advertising says 2-year replacement when we took them back we were informed that is not the case and they can only pro rate a small discount for me to buy new ones and they wanted to take my batteries i just had paid for or charge me a additional $100.00 per battery the manager Keith Holley refused to give us a break so I wanted to keep my batteries to try to charge them again he would not agree to waive the core fee so we had to leave and grab 2-other cores we had and brought them in. Now Keith Holley was saying since the batteries dont match the ones we are buying he will take both batteries and charge us a $100.00 fee what a rip off after several minutes of pleading with him I gave up and left No Good Warranty and there service is unbelievably terrible! Go somewhere that honors there warranties

Get your batteries here Interstate batteries are the best they last the longest most every single mechanic shop thats reputable carries and Interstate Battery if they dont its because they dont want to pay that much for them theyre worth the money they have a very long lasting life this particular Interstate Battery Place has every single battery you could possibly imagine and then some literally thousands of batteries in stock and they give you a $15 core charge return with your old battery you cant ask for more than that they also do testing of batteries and you can buy Triple AAA all kinds of batteries and if they dont have it you can order it and theyll have it basically the next day
