If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband and I are truck drivers and after driving all day we love seeing new faces in new cities. We went inside around 1am looking for food, the cashiers watched my husband and I like we was thieves, we spoke they did not speak at all. On top of that this place was dirty. Flies everywhere. Bad customer service the male cashier was very friendly to a lady but soon as we was up next he did not even speak he watched every aisle we was in. Our card decline due to us locking our cards the old lady cashier with the red hair that was with him behind the counter was mugging us as if she wanted to say something. If you don’t like your job please find a new one.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the lady working 11/5/21 7am in the ta store cashing people out, she was so nice to my wife and I and even told us to have a blessed day. Were gonna enjoy our coffee before we head out and thank you for setting us up for a wonderful day. Such a awesome person ❤️❤️❤️

Why does the mens room have a scale but the womens does not?Obviously under construction and therefore its a little messy but otherwise *shrugs shoulders* just another truck stop.But hey! Thanks for providing arrowhead 24 packs. Thats a nice touch. 🙂

NOT RV FRIENDLY, RV HATERS. I did not go in the place so I can’t comment cleanliness or staff service. HOWEVER, we are traveling in our RV and got to Denver to late due to road problems and didn’t have a place reserved. We parked at their almost empty lot at around 9:30pm. The security guard and another guy drove around several times. Nonetheless it was not until 12:30am that they decided to come over and kicked us out on the basis that we were too small for the trucks’ parking spots, and too big for their car spots, which as I mentioned was almost empty. I learned here that they charge $20 to truckers. I would have gladly paid a fee but they had no compassion and the security guy seemed to feel bad but blamed it on his supervisor. My RV was on empty and being there was also a convenience to fill up on our way out in the early morning, I guess they won’t care, but they did missed out on a minimum $140 gas sale at the price they have gas ($3.57). Not RV or people friendly at all. They could have said something at 9:30pm and saved us the hassle of finding a place on an unknown town after midnight. Low-life “humans” for sure.

I must say the management needs to figure something out. Been a few months sense Ive been back here. Appears theyve made enough money to redo the floor in the whole place. But sense TA has taken operation of the fast food. Pizza hut has a broken oven burger King has a broken boiler. Popeyes has no chicken. This TA has been going down hill for years. While they call themselves a travel store they provide nothing but overpriced junk food. Paid parking. I will take my business elsewhere as I will avise all of the other truckers to do aswell.

This is the worst managed shop I ever been to. 23 years in the business, 24 trucks,35 trailers, and I have never seen a train wreck like this place. We will never bring another piece of our equipment here.

All you drivers want to complain about reserve parking . Well if use would fuel up at the Ta and Petro on a fairly consistent basis youd never have a problem finding parking. So there basically catering to the drivers that actually spend money there. And the reason why they kick use out of reserve spaces probably around 3 pm Im betting is because a driver did reserve a space and this Ta always runs out of them early. So it saves everybody a headache later on in the day when the driver does shows up.

I would like to give two stars to the store ten stars for the only person to seem to work there I dont know her name but she is an older lady black hair and a accent she is always nice and ready to help every time I come in the middle of the night or early in the morning she is always willing to go up above and beyond about her job

HORRIBLEI booked roadside assistance at 2pm and was told a service tech would arrive in 2-3 hours. 4 hours went by so I called back and they said they were backed up and to give them another hour and a half. Called 2 hours later and they said I was next. Waited until 11pm for them to tell me they couldnt get in contact with the service tech and that theyre sorry. Complete garbage, dont waste your time.

Very big TA. Most of the lot is reserved and sold out by 5 or 6pm. If you know you are staying here plan on paying the $20 to park and yes, they enforce parking. If you are here are on your 34, there is a liquor store next door and a dispensary for you party animals. Its almost always busy and like I said, its nearly impossible to get a free spot.

Attention to Truck Driver who wants to do something with this TA shop.They dont have clear idea of waiting time for their service.They told me that waiiting time around 8 hours.....after 9 hours....I didnt receive any phone calls from them.I came in and checked with them....they told me another 3 or 4 hours more.Please be aware with your wasting time at this TA.God bless you!

Denver TA is the worst most lazy people ever. Had an important package sent here (license plate for truck) my name was written on it 2 different places I got usps confirmation saying it was delivered and managers say not here waited 3 days until finally a different manager checked again and there it was in the safe the whole time. I always have a bad experience with Denver. Worst paying freight leaving in the whole country rude people lazy etc..... not coming back

One of the better TA shops... They have 6 bays and 2 guys working each bay, making this one of the fastest to get into and out of shops! Staff for the most part are very friendly, and knowledgeable ...

This TA. Is a me first place. You will get Ran over here. Drivers only care about their needs. Security is a joke. Main store Employees are above and beyond great service!. Service desk employees I believe get trained at GFYS academy but thats 9 out of 10 TA service desk employees always has been always will be.

We were shopping in the area and stopped to eat here at the Popeyes.Totally disappointed from the whole start wished we would have just left to another location for food.First no one were really wearing masks including the convenience store.Food was COLD, SMALL PORTIONS & DRY.Staff was very rude and offered no remedy or refunds for the food.*THERES NO FREE WIFI! $1.99 to use an hour of wifi... we didnt try the BK or Pizza Hut but after our experience at Popeyes Id rather drive further out then stop here but hey if you need to stop here I hope you have a better experience!

Horrible layout for parking Mostly all paid And it’s $20, Come early if you want a spot!Verizon signal isn’t the best but doable! I’d say you can mostly watch videos or surf the web and occasionally have terrible load times and even say something is wrong with your internet connection.

Very bad customer service at the shop. I had the check engine light on, they told me that it will cost $114 just to diagnostic. As diagnostic means finding out what wrong with the engine trough codes. The connect their computer for about 2 to 3 minutes and then told me that they were unable to read anything because they computer is not being able to communicate with my system. So they have no code for me therefore unable to tell me what wrong with the truck, but I still have to pay the $114, otherwise my truck is not going nowhere. Pure extortion

One of the worst TA’s I’ve ever been to. I went in to have my airlines replaced. They put me into a bay because they were slow that day. Right in the middle of the repairs the mechanic left for the day. I went inside to see what the delay was, they apologised and said another mechanic would be in around 10 am the next day. Meanwhile SOMEONE wrote in the computer system that the work was finished and I was good to go. SO, when I went in the next morning they put me in a bay but I was completely ignored for about four hours. Finally a supervisor told me my work was finished the night before, so I showed him it was not. He said he didn’t know why SOMEONE would write that it was done. Then they replaced my hoses with some much cheaper ones and kept my more expensive ones. I left there 30 hrs later feeling ripped off. I’ll NEVER go back.

Went in at 7am. Cashier didn’t have any change and shamed 5 people in front of me for not having exact change. She chose to not give any of them their change.

This place deserves a good rating. First the parking lot in big and comfortable. It has a lot of diesel pump and a good amount of gas pump. Also on the inside you can find 3 different places to eat; a Pizza Hut, Popeyes chicken, Burger King and a Country Pride. Just with that you can get a great variety of things to eat. Inside the store you can fix your truck and even buy a design for you car or truck. Over all I recommend this TA for a long or short stop.

The staff is nice. Thanks for bringing my receipt to me! I was so tired. And the ice cold water was a real treat also. Good job!

Place is highly trafficked, almost all the parking spots are reserved parking so you need 2 carry cash if want 2 spend the night, dont be fooled if you see an empty spot on the reserved area & is already 4pm chances are that that spot is already reserved so before you attempt to back in call & ask if they still have spots available otherwise the security guard will kick you out the spot because someone reserved that spot ahead of time B4 U, modified reverse parking slots makes it difficult specially on the blind side, place gets full quickly on any day but specially on weekends or on bad weather, on food you have several choices (Popeyes, Taco Bell, Country pride restaurant) restrooms are surprisingly in decent shape 4 a high traffic truck stop, shop is easily accessible but is always busy so call in advance to secure a spot on the waiting list. Theres a blue beacon truck wash in this place & is always busy so expect a line.

Biggest scam they want your money. wasnt building air pressure, told me to replace air compressor bought it myself new from dealer. after installing it they told me this new air compressor is bad which it wasnt they just wanted to rack up labor hrs on me. after spending thousands of dollars went to a different mechanic down the street and was building air after a $50 air leak fix. be aware!

Typical terrible TA with terrible service and ugly facilities. I only came here because I have a flat and needed a tire. They certainly upheld the standard reputation for TA: avoid at all costs!

I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I went inside of the store to get a cup of ice and I went up to the register to ask the lady for zip lock baggies. She says with an attitude “No” then responds again with another attitude “They’re in the back” I ask her nicely if she is referring to the back isle. She then yells “IN THE BACK!” As I was already walking away she turns to another employee who wasn’t even on the clock and says “ppl act like they’re retarded” I asked her why she was being so disrespectful and rude and she was automatically so offended that I asked that she started threatening me and calling me a “faggot”. Another man stepped in thinking I was just arguing with a woman, he starts threatening me as well and we end up fighting. The employees were absolutely careless about what even happened. I called corporate the next day and they manager doesn’t even get back to me until 4 days later. And all he issues is an apology. After I was treated with the upmost disrespect. I bet the lady is still working there. Do not go here! They are ugly ppl!

Price of gas was $2.25. The showers cost $14 and that includes a bar of soup, towels, washcloths, and a cloth floor mat. The staff was nice and the food was good at the 24 hour restaurant. It was nice place to rest and refresh after several days on the road.

I am owner op. For ups. TForce. Came in here at 2 oclock n morning. Checked in to shop for a pm. Check all filters air dryer. Cab filter. And synthetic oil. Yes it is expensive. Good. At 09 oclock. Was told be 3 hrs. I said np. 3 hrs later no call so i waited till 11:30 went in then told it be around 3:00. Let you know i be driving all night. Well short story i waited till 6 oclock. Still no call i went in and cancled it. What bull. Cost was 511.98 before if anything else needed. I was told also they had to move me down. What the hell is that. Thought 1st come 1st serve. Loves going to get my service next day. All day pm what a joke.

Went there for a trailer inspection and one tire to replace took 6 hours. And they put wrong trailer number on inspection paper. Went tomorrow of that day to change the trailer number. They got my info and told me they would email me with correct paperwork and they didnt. Iam OTR and called them couple times then after couple days they told me they cant change the paperwork I should come back again to do a new inspection all over. Unprofessional employees, wasted my time. Never going to TA again.

Had two A/C lines replaced at the TA in Oak Grove, MO a few days earlier at the cost of $996, but thats another story. Freon and PAG oil leaked out at the compressor and no air at 36 hours and when I came here for warranty, after 3 hours in the shop the next day when I inquired what was taking so long, they first advised they were waiting for warranty approval from the 1st shop. Then they changed their story completely and gave me an estimate for $1100 starting there was a hole in my condensor. They assured me this was the source of the leak and theyd used soapy water to determine. Theyd spotted a stain on the 2yr old condensor that was always there. The fact that this was never brought to my attention for 2hours made me think that the TAs might have a quota, like Goodyear was caught doing back in the early 80s by 60 Minutes. But theyd also said they were waiting for Oak Grove to approve. I called Oak Grove before leaving the garage and they had a different story. They said they were called by TA Commerce City and advised them to do the exploratory and get back to them, which they never did. We then had it out on the phone about them ordering the lines for the Alliance compressor and not the Sanden, which inflated my labor charge as they had to change the hose connectors, and this was the source of the leak. At this point, I suggested Id make it easy : tighten the taps to proper torque and recharge it and Id sign off. Commerce City said they would, but cloudy recharge because of the hole in the condensor. Ironic that Oak Grove never found that, isnt it? I said fine, tighten the taps. Then I went to Walmart and spent $40 on 6 12oz cans of 134a, a 3oz can of PAG oil and a 3oz can of Stop Leak and seal conditioner. A/C back and running in 100° heat. 4 days later, still functioning at its peak. Im no longer going anywhere but truck dealerships. Enough of these student mechanics.

I wish i can give this establishment 0 stars.We come here for regular maintenance and oil changes. The estimated times for an oil change are wildly inaccurate and when you try to pay, you get your time wasted by incompetent and highly unprofessional employees. For one, the lady named Allison, failed to communicate the steps needed to complete the check out, instead she kept eating, and talking with her co-workers and walking around and doing anything else but to respect a paying customer’s time and check them out, promptly. The employees cuss like sailors and I don’t wish anyone to go through the nerve-racking experience, i had. Needless to say I’ll be taking my business somewhere else, that meets professional standards. These employees project their personal problems on you and give you a sub-par customer service instead of being respectful and professional.

I used to love stopping in this TA, but my last experience was very depressing. I parked in a reseved space .. i was changing to pay for the space when i get a knock on my door .. i let the white young guy know that i am on my way to for the space and he tells me that I cant because all the spaces were already occupied. I tell him there was no one in this space. He tells me that the driver went ti drop his trailer and he is coming back. I left and luckily i found a space in the street. But i drove back into the TA and the space that i was in was just blocked ..no one came back to park on that space. This young man lied to me ... made me move and refused to let me pay for the reserved space.. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS TA.

I was so impressed, this place is NASTY, is falling apart. I have been too to many TAs across the country and so far this one is the most disgusting. Pumps are broken, every single pump has Layers of oil and diesel on the concrete. There is only 25% of the parking lot for free. Is hard to get to it from any hwy there. Bathrooms are not clean. Okay I am going to stop or I will take all day to type all the things wrong on this place.

Paid a tech extra cash out of my pocket plus billed the company to fix my AC and 2 days later Im back in the shop with the same problem only to find out the punk didnt do what he said and just took my money.Dont shop at the Verizon store. The clueless female that works there will talk a good game about her products then when you call with an issue she will say oh I dont know about those, we just sell them.Its sad that this is the norm for this generation, no morals, no respect, and not a care in the world for anything but themselves.

Horrible work ethics here. Music was so loud I couldnt even here my company on the phone. 5 mechanic standing around doing nothing. Tried to charge me for a tire I didnt get. Just a horrible experience. They said Trish was in charge...if she is...she should be replaced .

They have a little more parking than wheatridge but no control over so dont be suprised if you het parked in.Lizards are better than they used to be but still an issue.Most of the parking will be a hike to the store, and thats going to be a safer walk than they stay fit trail (dont bother if your unarmed)

Truck Drivers..They have signs saying dropped trailers will be towed. First most of the lot is reserved parking. Then the rest is 30% dropped trailers. I was there 3 days and nobody ever picked theres up. So long story short parking for unreserved parkers is TERRIBLE.

Popeyes always out of something. The 2 employes when they work together they always out of something. Waist of time stopping by to eat here.

No regular parking spaces. All spaces are reserved with the exception of about 12 spaces that were located about a quarter of a mile away from the store. Nothing to eat after 10 p.m. accept snacks off the shelves and the soda machine was out of order. My daughter also said that the womens restroom stalls doesnt have locks. This is NOT A TRUCKER FRIENDLY TRUCK STOP!!!!!!!!!

I had a Great experience at this TA location in Denver. I went in for a P.M And i want to send my gratitude to my Tech Trevor he was awesome His Caliber of person & Tech is apprecitated im Glad Good people still exist in this world. And all the other techs there seem to be lively and happy also it felt like a great work enviroment which is gives a good vibe to be in. Everyone at counter was nice and polite as well. Thank you TA for Great Customer service i will certainly be back for future business... God Bless to All.

I stopped in for emergency steer tire replacement & balance.... very busy and loooooonnnnnnggggg wait. Overall the service people were at least friendly and patient dealing w/all the in-a-hurry drivers.....There is a Verizon store in here too.. Every time I go in there the bathroom is very clean which is hard to keep up with Im sure...

This is the 2nd time I got there to get an oil change, this time I got there around 4 pm, they give 5 hrs frame time, they said they gonna call me to let me know, I wake up 6 am walk to front desk, to check if they still going to do it, he said probably around 9:30 -10:00 am, I understand if they are busy but let me know, so I can plan something else!

I stopped in for the restrooms and left with coffee and snacks. Some items are a little pricey, but I expect that at a truck stop. The staff was friendly, out was clean, and the coffee was delicious. Ive eaten at the restaurant there before and the service was amazing, so was the food. I definitely plan on thong back.

The bathroom was a mess as usual. I got a PM on my truck. There was no wait time. Fast and efficient.

Very busy and congested. Not enough bobtail parking, and the country pride doesnt have a buffet. But other than that they have everything you need to keep you rolling.

We stop for fuel here 3-4 times/mo. 95% of the time the place is filthy. The floor is always sticky and dirty. Ive only seen the bathroom clean once. Last time we fueled, I bought a fountain coke and it smelled/tasted like mold! Gross! Needless to say, I will never make that mistake again.The only thing that keeps us stopping there instead of somewhere else is the price of fuel. Sad, I remember a time when this place was kept clean.

Pulled in at 8:30am for an oil change, 9 hours later the truck is STILL NOT DONE. An oil change that takes 10 to 11 hours is HORRIBLE. I wont be back.

Really slow service at the trucker fuel Island desk today. Waited about 15 minutes just to get a copy of my fuel receipt.

Mechanics know how to rob customers they dont fix equipment when it comes to general maintenance they charged customer for fixing vehicle but they did not fix the vehicle and they did not honor their work poor mechanics and Pooler management

Came in for a shower, four people at the cash register, three of them scattered like roaches, one person just sat 5 feet away from me on their phone didnt even look up, somebody was beating on the shower door 3 times, one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a truck stop, people totally rude and would not help oh, dont waste your time, the place is disgusting as in unsanitary.

Got about 10 trucks in line for blue beacon so I decided to wait a second and park so I can give my dog a walk before. This black man with a golf cart parked next to me without saying a word and just started writing something down. When I ask whats wrong he says I have to pay to park here. Ive been here for two minutes why would I have to pay to walk my dog. Also, why are you so rude about it? This is him just sitting around smoking and talking to his buddy not working. Fire this guy

Three stars for convenient location, enough space for maneuvering and competitive fuel pricing! But the parking lot is dirty and almost always 100% full. Major number off spaces are paid, $20/24 hour.People are nice, not bad store and dining area, with Pizza Hut, Burger King and Popeyes franchise. Long line for shower in the morning, so I didnt make it. Fortunately had no chance to check their truck service center, so cant say nothing about that...

Went to get a PM and lube and it took hours to get me cashed out. The problem was on their end due to the incompetent staff. I also parked at a spot that was not marked reserved, but at night the security guard told me I had to pay to park. TA, if you read this review, you need to jerk some chains and get this location organized.

My driver arrived at TA 10/29/19 at 2pm with a punctured tire on the trailer. We asked TA to repair the tire. They wanted to sell us a new tire to which we told them that the tire is 80% new and the nail is right in the middle of the tread and it’s repairable by any standards. Both us and the driver were very courteous with the staff. They told my driver that they won’t work on the trailer and that he needs to leave with no explanation. We took our business down the street at LesSchabb where they fixed the tire in no time. Very bad experience. We use TA for most of our OTR tire needs. I guess TA has too much business to go around.

People inside are lazy..all coffee out of order they even didnt fill up cappiccino machine with water...its a truck stop...everyone wants coffee...outsude workers are cool though

Checked in about 9pm for a service on the truck. Was told it would be a couple hours, said no problem Ill wait. Here it is almost 11:30pm and nobody has driven by to go into the shop bays (Im parked waiting right next to the bays on the entrance side). Just walked in to see how long b4 they will be getting me in, guys turns around looks says ... oh your on the bottom theres 2 ahead of you. Heres my question then why arent they in getting their trucks done then? Last time I came here they said the same thing and I kid you not when I went back and checked again at 4am that time, their response was oh sorry forgot about you we were a little backed up. Well honestly I can see why they get backed up nobody wants to work. Wouldnt even come here had I not currently been working in the area.

Well first of all no mechanics on site. Just two techs. TA truckstops have really gone downhill the last ten years which I quite surprising considering they charge for almost every parking space on the property. Seems like they would have plenty of money for some upgrades. Highway robbery at its finest.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. EVERY TIME YOU CALL YOU GET PUT ON HOLD BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN RESPOND AND SIT ON HOLD UNTIL YOU FINALLY JUST HAVE TO HANG UP TO REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN. ALREADY ON HOLD FOR 5:04...AGAIN!ON TOP OF THAT NO ONE HAS A CLUE WHATS GOING ON IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTI WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLEUPDATE - AT 8 MINUTES

Terrible service, long time just to do PM service 🙄, they forget to replace fuel filter, they cheat on greasing the truck by just greasing the top of the fifthwheel. Even when they grease they do poor job

I wouldnt recommend. Theres no real microwave for customers to use. Must be some kind of covid thing.

Been here over 30 minutes trying to get through parking lot to leave. Big mess

TA has completely lost their minds!! Over 3/4 of the parking lot here is reserved parking and they charge $20 to park. Fuel is high. EVERYTHING in the store is extremely high priced. $10.69 for a whopper in the BK inside. I will NEVER visit or give business to a TA again! The 1 star is only because you have to give at least 1.....
