Every time and I mean EVERYTIME I go here I am greated like I am the only customer. No matter how busy they are there always in good moods and fully devoted to helping me with my visit. I do enjoy going to this location no matter how hard my issue is for the visit or how simple.it is like making a payment.!

I cant give any stars, had to give at least one to post. Ive been a T-mobile customer since 2003 and this store was the worst Ive ever! They provided my personal account information without asking for any sort of identification and then started to process a purchase without authorization. I received a text that a purchase was being made on my account. Who does that? when I spoke to the customer service agent, she stated she had asked the individual to go outside to get my ID, however the person never came back with my ID, just stated that I was outside and Customer Service rep proceeded with transaction. Management only tried to defend reps actions. I know were suppose to be practicing social distancing and things, but youre still suppose to confirm who youre doing business with. I am so livid, im considering finding another service provider. WOW!

Honestly I do not like the customer service here...they say hello and thats it. They dont care if your sitting there Waiting 20-30 min. All I want to do is pay my bill...why do I have to wait all this time to do so. And they act as if they do not care. How quick is it to make a payment. Ugh so annoyed.

I previously rated this store a 5.. but now I wish I can rate a zero.. Honestly they should give the same well service when purchasing a phone then returning them due to bad manufacture.. they refuse to exchange my device since I pre-order it there.. and when I spoke to customer service they told me I had the rights to exchange it in store and just pay the $5 fee.. the guy was so rude, I believe he was the store leader since he helped every of his colleagues, as soon as i approached the door to show them my online receipt, he gave me my box and said *We cannot return your phone since you ordered it online* I said okay ? I purchased or here.. He said he cant help me and walked away.. never felt so offended.. EVER!! Very unprofessional service..

Good location but the service could be better. Workers dont seem to be in a great mood whenever I go and they have tried to sneak service charges for things that dont require that like a device purchase.

Horrible experience, very poor customer service. Ashley assisted me on returning my note7 all she did was complain the whole time stating the return takes about an hour and shes not sure if her manager will allow her to all because she was rushing to leave. She was rude and responded with an attitude my mother who simply stated i had been receiving multiple texts to return exchange felt she was being attacked by her. When i asked her about returning my accessories she stated you need to come back tomorrow i dont know how to do that exchange and it will take longer since there are separate transactions. I asked her who do i ask for tomorrow for that return she then said oh anyone can help you with that so i asked can someone else help me with that now then she said i had to go to the store i purchased the accessories from.... But thankfully another employee heard and said you can look up the recipt which she didnt want to because it would take even longer but finally i got my money back for that then she starts arguing with me because i asked her about the money i paid for my sims card she said it was included on the return from phone i told her it is impossible since i purchased the sims card with a different debt card she started calculating the amouth that was returned to me and i kept insisting i didnt pay for it with the phone i pre ordered nor with the same card she then called customer care and said i had to call them to get my money back for it. So whatever we left and she storms out behind us. She should not be allowed to work with customers.

When I went in there they offered me phone offers and when I received the first bill It was much more than what they said I was going to pay. They lie too much.

I have the worst experience ever in the store I went in to pick up my new phone they kept me in there for 4 hours with no results at the end of it all they sent me home with my phone still not working this was on Saturday was without my phone all day Sunday when it finally came on I called on Monday to get my contacts downloaded they tell me they cant do it this so unprofessional

I have almost 7 months that has been failing my daughter is still paying the line a phone my son has not used for 6 months and now that is the second time he came back for the iPhone 6 did not work again and having guarantee they think thats fine. These services do not work

The service is disgusting is slower than my grandmother driving. Workers stopped idiots walking from side to side without doing anything. I feel insulted, they insult my intelligence.
