Got cameras for a good deal of 5 dollars a month for each camera on top of my bill. Lucky me though the company messed up on shipping me the cameras so I had to agree on paying the installation fee so I could finally get them. I was told it was 70 dollars which sucked but I agreed to only to find out its also 115 dollars to have a technician plug in a power chord into a wall jack for each camera on top of the 70. Normal monthly bill of 103 is now a one time payment of a mere 448 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not impressed. Went to discuss getting mobil phones. Online it said for 2 lines there was no soft credit check. But they did one. Even being a customer for 5 years, never not paying still was denied a phone unless I paid in full for the phone. And my already less than 1 year old phone they say is not compatible for their service. So stupid.

Was excellent. I didnt have to wait outside since there werent many people but they have a designated worker that literally sprays and disinfects the whole window area between each person so even tho it was a little damp still, I was very happy to see they are taking no chances with covid-19 and their customers. Thank you Comcast!!

Matt was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me switch my mobile service. Very nice and professional these are the employees that everyone wishes they had! Would have given more stars if I could have. If I was a manager in this store I would give him a nice raise to make sure he would be working there for a long time to ensure everyone that he helps is getting the best services needed!

1 hour on the phone 3 to 4 days for service call in a 4 hour window . easy to upgrade. very hard to cancle.good luck on there web site unless you upgradeing.bill gose up every 4 or 5 months so not long term customer freindly.

Comcast introducing data caps during a pandemic is disgraceful. I have three children remote learning and adults working from home. 1.2 terabytes gone by 15th of month. I pay 230 dollars a month. Service is spotty at best and I frequently get lags and delays on internet. Need to reboot modem everyday. I cannot wait until internet becomes deregulated so we can choose providers.

After I told her what i needed to do. I was told to call number and ask for tech. When I ask for her name to relay to person I was calling, she said that doesnt matter. Benefit of a doubt. Maybe she was having a bad day.

My experience was positive - no line on a Thursday at 10 am. Switching over from Verizon phone to Xfinity saves a lot of money. Unfortunately FedX manged the package and lost the new SIM cards. Xfininity would resend but I couldnt wait so had to drive an hour each way to the office in Concord. Online help sent me the local office which wasnt really equipped to deal with the issue but eventually figured it out and I was on my way with new SIM cards. Staff was pleasant.

The woman, Christine, was very pleasant in helping us to choose the right cable PKG for our needs + budget...we appreciated that due to not getting as good results from dealing on the phone to Comcast....we kept getting passed from person to person + was on phone for an hour + 9 minutes! Plus they told us we couldnt get a particular PKG we wanted for the price quoted!! But in the end, Christine helped us as stated above.

The customer service was extremely poor both the two ladies there on July 1, 2020 when I got there for service were extremely rude, and they act as if there we’re forced to work. Very mean and disgusting. Several friends and relatives said so about the Comcast office in Concord, NH but I doubted until I personally experienced that yesterday. They were very horrible and if that is what Comcast stands. No wonder several people are looking for alternatives to switch. It’s extremely appalling I will never recommend Comcast to anyone if other alternatives are available.

Can I select a 1/2 star? Does anyone believe Comcast is a customer-oriented or reliable company? It was a great day cutting the cord and have never looked back from YoutubeTV. The company has no chance now that it’ not a necessity, reminds me how the ”Landline” just became obsolete.As a final note, I know it’s not the customer service people’s fault, but it WILL be a beautiful day when that management team finally realizes how much they totally suck. I am a brand new customer. My cable box was shipped to me unexpectedly, which eliminated having to go to the Service Center. But during the setup process with a Tech she determined I had the wrong coax cable shipped in the box so I had to go to the local Comcast center after all. After waiting. the clerk said the cable was correct, it just was not hooked up correctly after following the instructions of the technician. I returned home and completed hooking it up. Result: no picture. After several attempts I called Tech Support. I was on the phone for one complete hour. No resolution, no picture. So, an appointment was scheduled for a technician to come to my apartment. I found out when he arrived the new TV needed to be on Channel 3 after an hour on the phone. He set everything up. Success, or so I thought! Watched a couple of HGTV episodes and then I turned off my television. A few hours later I turned it on and now I cannot adjust the volume. I called Tech Support and after spending another 42 minutes on the phone, I have to go back to the Service Center on Monday. Apparently, the remote is defective. Needless to say, my confidence level in Comcast Tech Support is at a low. But we’ll see what happens on Monday.

This place is fine. Staff is friendly, office is quiet..short on parking though.Comcast as a whole however is deplorable. They jack up their prices to provide less than quality service. They manipulate you into adding things on (such as phone and cable) even when you’re adamant about not needing it just to “save you money” but you pay in the long run. Service technicians are hit or miss. Recently after coming to Comcast and having a technician here for 2 hours he didn’t connect my modem correctly and I had to spend over an hour on the phone fixing his mistakes. Modems are on a leasing program, which is fine and convenient, until they “malfunction” and you have to upgrade/swap out to fix what should be a brand new up to date piece of equipment.Signing up for service I did an extensive amount of research and over projected my internet use to ensure there would be no issues, but was “misinformed” by a “specialist” about the right equipment to purchase so now I have to spend MORE MONEY and time on fixing their mistakes.Overall. I wish I could give them a quarter of a star because one star is an exaggeration of service quality.

Xfinity is terrible. Moved from Sutton NH to Manchester NH in December. The four (4) boxes and DVR and internet were all set up professionally. It goes in and out daily, boxes always need to be reset and dropped internet still occurs. Oh and I was missing a remote during setup and there is no possible way to speak to someone to get a new one. Its 100% automated or prepare to spend hours on wait. TERRIBLE ! DO NOT BUY.

I cannot believe how fast the service was. I went in simply to return equipment. I was next in line which took only a few minutes when I was next being served. Compared to other locations Id expected as much as 15 to 20 minutes but only a couple of minutes more I was out the door. And the Comcast representative had a smile that went from ear-to-ear. Amazing!

I was having problems with the on the phone people being useless so one of the online techs suggested that I go to a local center. Needless to say I was dreading it but the ladies inside were friendly, quick and helpful.Okay, I believe I have found the reasons for the negative reviews. If you go on Saturday expect long waits, the line was almost out the door. The staff is still moving efficiently and being polite but Comcast has decided that only 2 people are enough, its not!Please pay for a 3rd staffer on Saturdays it will be good for customer service.

The price of there cable packages are too high. And you dont get much of what you like, for the amount you pay: for example, if you dont like to watch sports, or newer sitcoms, they dont offer the older shows, like me tv, or lifetime, or hallmark channel- in place of those other ones. What they offer for $160 month..maybe youd get some of those, but less channels, even when paying $130, or $100 a month. Weve decided to check out other options. Especially, in this day and age, of trying to cut back financially, and trying to save for the future.

Do NOT buy Xfinity mobile for the purpose of using it as internet in your home or for live streaming if you intend on canceling your Comcast (home) service. They will not tell you this even if you are up front with them and ask directly, but terminating the Comcast account will result in increased fees on your Xfinity Mobile account. It’s a classic bait and switch to keep you on the wire.These games are from early 2000 when cell phone providers offered 24 month phone pay off plans. Xfinity Mobile is a bait to rescue their fleeing broadcast customs.BTW, they will literally hang up on you while they put you on hold! Just happened to me today. This company is terrible and needs to know it. We are not using a Walmart pay card and have Atlantic Broadband in NH.

They upped my monthly bundle by $10.00 without notice and while removing HBO (cut it off with no warning on a Friday night) from my bundle, yet my current bill still lists HBO as part of my bundle. Each time I speak with someone on the phone, or via chat, or in person I get different answers - all to no avail because the price is still increased and the bundle is decreased. This is the worst internet/cable company Ive ever dealt with in several decades.

Lack of options and pushy wife is only reason why I have comcast. Made a new bundle order, was just delivered and they forgot to ship my cable boxes. Called and took over 20 mins, just to have a callback tomorrow. They are kind enough to send out another shipment within 1 - 2 days tomorrow and wont charge me for it. Sh!tty service with a Sh!tty company. Local store is only a service center, previous times they werent that much help. I moved into a condo and had to leave DirectTV behind. Comcast is the only option for where I am. When I called for an install, I had the option of waiting 2 weeks for a person to come and install everything or going and pick up the equipment and install myself. I choose to pick up and install myself. They gave me the wrong equipment and I had to go back THREE time to finally be given the proper equipment.I have had numerous issues with my service. Every time I call, they hang up on me repeatedly (or my phone keeps loosing connect, but that only seems to happen when I call Comcast). I always end up doing an email or chat option. They never apologize for the inconvenience.And, most annoyingly, the bill keeps mysteriously increasing every few months. If you call them out on it, they try to offer you a promo package with increased service that after the promo you will be paying even more than you do now.I dont understand why they dont have competition. Oh wait, if they did, they wont have any customers. They probably block all their competition for this very reason.

I had to return our X1 DVR box because it was making horrible noises. The customer service rep who I chatted with online at Comcast wanted to send someone out to check on the noise and charge me for the call if they found the problem to be the box and not the wiring outside. I knew it was the box and did not want to pay to have it fixed. So, I returned the box to the Comcast Service Center in Concord to swap it out for a new one. It was a painless process. The office was quiet, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes with my new box. I had my new box up and running in just a couple of minutes. I highly recommend the service center in Concord.

I sometimes think that the world has become too negative with everyone looking for something to complain about. I went into the Concord, NH Comcast office last week with a broken cable box and they were as nice as can be. They explained the options for what boxes I got for free and what would include an upgrade fee. I was in and out in 3 minutes with a new box and a receipt for the old one.While I was there an older gentleman came in and was speaking with the other customer service rep. The customer was not very knowledgeable and it seemed to me that the rep was being helpful, patient,and understanding.Give people a chance and be nice to everyone and your customer service experiences will be as good as mine are.

Just yesterday we upgraded to a new modem, hoping to replace the shoddy internet connection from the last one. This one is great for my laptop and smart devices. Terrible for the desk tops. Which sucks for me, because as a graphic design major, my laptop is not supporting any of the programs I need, and without internet on the desk top, its a major hassle. Comcast is just a major pain.

We have had nothing but issues for the last two years. Our Internet is slow and our xfinity router is absolute junk. Our WiFi connection fades in and out all day everyday!! We call twice a month and have had them reset the router, go in and change settings but nothing has worked. I am bringing my router back tomorrow and exchanging it. Not to mention the service is overpriced and underpowered!!

Hahaha, my experience.....horrible, ordered service on-line that was fine, got it installed that was fine, got the bill that was not fine $50 more for the service than was advertised, called they said they couldnt even find the package i ordered, guy started giving me a hard time so i called back and got another CS employee who was more helpful and had to put in a ticket because he could find the package either even though i had a confirmation email with the package....anyway weeks later no one called me back but i guess they think they fixed the problem but 60 channels less and no $100 visa card??? long story short canceled the TV service, had to keep the internet because basically they are the only provider around, 3 mbps for $40. then i saw on their website they were offering 25 mbps for 34.99, called, nope i cant have it because it was only offered on-line, blah, blah, blah. So anyway here i sit with lousy 3 mbps for $40, got sling TV for $20 and netflix for 8. I think even if i had a couple of hundred bucks for TV every month i would say screw you to comcast/xfinity, bunch of ripoffs. i dont understand how they can control the market and force you to have some kind of their service. i work at home so i need some kind of internet. by the way this isnt the whole story either, i also called this morning because i saw a package for $50 for 10 mbps for existing customers if they wanted to upgrade, nope cant get it, blah, blah, blah, CS gave me a number to call that is supposed to be to fix price points or something, phone rang, rang, rang and then hung up on its own 3 times.

I finally got tired of comcast charging me unreasonable prices & gettting no service & not much for all that cash Ive been handing to them for the past 19 years . So I switched to dish.When I went to the Concord NH office to return my equipment I got MORE of the rude service comcast is famous for.First I had to wait in line for ages then when I finally had my turn my box wouldnt fit through the opening. So I asked the woman behind the counter if I could pass it through at the window that had the larger opening. She got all indignant and told me she would come out & take the box. She had to get up & walk all of 5 steps to reach me. Im sure she was exhausted after that. She took the box, scanned in the equipment then tried to get me to blindly sign a receipt that had only numbers on it but didnt identify any of the boxes clearly so I could read it. Not wanting to sign something that I wasnt sure what it said I asked if she could tell me which numbers went to which box. She was clearly irritated when she replied she had scanned all the boxes and that I should just sign it. So I asked again. She looked at the receipt as if she were telling herself what I needed to know pointing to god knows what cause I couldnt see it she says thats the main box & thats its serial number Great, that helps... not. So I took the receipt & drew brackets on it on what I thought might be the 3 smaller boxes . And asked a 3rd time if those were the 3 little ones & the one above was the main one. Well this CLEARLY infuriated her as she went into a rage . She ripped the receipt out of my hand & then tried to take back the 2nd receipt as well. ( the one intended for the customer) And demanded that I leave NOW because I was THROUGH as she put it. So I asked to talk to the manager. She told me he was not there. I told her I needed his information then. Thats when a man from out back came out and inquired what was going on. So I told him she refused to explain the receipt to me then tried to take my receipt away from me & she refused to allow me to sign off on the equipment . I then proceeded to tell him that I wanted to speak with the manager. Thats when he told me HE was the manager & gave me a card with the name Eric McFarland on it. I told him how she lied & said he wasnt there which didnt seem to shock him any ( regular practice perhaps?) Anyway after I was given the receipt to sign & things seems somewhat settled I told him that part of the reason I was leaving after 19 years of being a loyal customer was because of the poor service. ( this woman was the epitome of poor service) But over the years Ive experience other service issues that were close. Including but not limited to one service worker that came to my home, broke a picture frame & then proceeded to kick it under the sofa to hide it)I left that afternoon with the assurance that Mr. McFarland would call me the next day to discuss further what had happened. Well Mr Mcfarland didnt tell the truth either ( no call .. out of sight out of mind)I still have their high speed internet but Ill be shopping around for a friendlier company

Like others found out, the phone number is not local. I recently switched from a basic cable box to DVR-HD. I did some research to see what was the best DVR for me. I went to the Concord, NH office and was offered a DVR that was pretty old. I said that I would prefer another model and refused the DVR offered. They took my name and phone number and said they would call when they got one in. I got a call five days later that they had the DVR I wanted.Excellent customer service.What I dont understand is why Comcast is giving out old DVRs. The one I took was not new.
