Staples is a necessary evil sometimes.Today was a minor copy center purchase.Concord NH was more willing to help than Somersworth, but it depends on volume. I had a 5-10 minute job that needed a reps help. I was glad to get it done in Concord, NH.

So my friend Dan and I went to staples to find some cool paper and colored pens and pencils. Dan was was very overwhelmed with the vast selection of products. He almost crouched in a corner to regain his composer. All in all great selection good prices and the employees even will try to comfort you. Dan thanks you.

Worst experience ever would give them half a star if I’d could put in order to be picked up and had a emergency. Needed for that night. Called to pay and they wouldn’t take my money. I told them I needed it had the order number and person picking it up did not have that much. It was for printing for a presentation. Nope sorry so now I have nothing

Very typical Staples selling office supply and associated type products and featuring services such as shipping and printing. Locate in a strip mall which gives it ample parking. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Pretty standard Staples all around.

I visited Staples this morning. Jared was .most helpful. Assisting .me in my purchases.Yesterday it was Alex. Staff member.Its always nice when ur 85 yrs old to have young men be kind a helpful.Thank U Staples.

Needed to use the self service area and the staff was incredibly helpful and all the printers and computers worked seamlessly. I also needed to get a couple printouts bound and although they had gotten busy they were able to complete the job in half the time they promised. Will totally use them again.

Printing center is always fast and professional.

From managers to cashiers I usually have a great experience in this store.

What a strange experience.... I went in to purchase a laptop and the sales person kept trying to sell me virus and accidental protection. He was not listening to me and literally talked himself out of $700 in store revenue. No wonder Staples is struggling to stay relevant in the marketplace. Ill give them 3 to 5 years before they go BK.

Friendly staff. Willing to give hands on help with my copying needs. I liked the fact that they have art supplies as well.

I dont think people here understand speed and accuracy. First rule of thumb, blame the manager! A good manager treats employees well and trains them on how to keep the customer flow pace moving along.

I recently purchased a Lenovo laptop computer at this store. I want to give a shout out to Technical Support Supervisor, Dan. I explained my needs and pointed out the device I was interested in and he assured me it would be adequate. He got it all set up for me including downloading my existing QuickBooks. Upon pickup he went over everything with me in a way I could understand (I’m not technically savvy). Thank you Dan and the rest of the Technical Support staff. 👍👍

I go to this store just now do drop off a pretty paid UPS package. We wait 20 minutes in line, and I ask the clerk if she had packaging tape and could put one strip across the package. Her response to me, sure thats 3.00 or you can buy tape behind you. Last time I ever go to a Staples. A true UPS store will never charge you 3.00 for one strip of packaging tape.

Have a good variety of office supplies computers and all in one printer scanners copiers sometimes you have to chase around the sales people because like any other company they trying to cut back the ones that are there seem very knowledgeable. This particular Staples has plenty of free parking off road

Dan was so helpful, he stayed with me until I had everything I needed.

My laptop died and I went back to get another one, They have a lot of them on display and there was one just like the one I had. They of course did not have it in stock. I had asked about a desk top but he did not even bother to check. One asked if I would like to purchase the model one, I said yes then the other one came back and said that I could not purchase the model. They should take the ones they are out of stock off the shelf or put a sign that says out of stock. I could not afford the more expensive ones and really needed a computer. I ended up going to Best Buy and will continue to go there and get my things I need for my business.

Great business center to get your copies and faxing done. Along with everything you could need thats business or school related!

I use their copy and fax machines on a regular basis. I love the fact that they are so easy to use and if I need help there is always someone to help me.

They dont answer the phone. Listened to music for five minutes and then was finally transferred to copy department that never picked up the phone. They finally just disconnected me. They lost a huge print job - Ill never try them again.

They are not able to process Amazon returns. Long wait times. Feel like you walk into a store designed in 1970. Copy and Print Staff just standing around while Shipping lines grow.

Needed a short cat-5 cable and the prices were outrageous! Checked out the clearance area and nothing was really at a clearance price. Ill order at Amazon or go to BestBuy if I need it ASAP. Only good to see a product up close then order it elsewhere. This store and Staples in general have gone nowhere but down.

I have NEVER written a bad review before in my life. I had the worst experience at this Staples in Concord and realized that I have to inform others. To my surprise, there are others that have had a bad experience with the same manager. This is almost comical how many people this rude manager (Kim) has offended. My advise is Staples fires her. Period. Im sure there are many unemployed people that are willing to replace her.

The shipping/copy center employees are very helpful and have the best customer service skills. If you need something copied or shipped, go see them .

The copy/print staff leave a little to be desired in their customer service skills. But overall, a good experience.

In general, rude salespeople. I also had to wait too long for my call to be answered. I am forever getting ads for things I dont need or want.A store like this is why I do most of my business via the internet, on Amazon and Ebay.

Sales people selling the wrong products and providing information that is not true. I spent over $300. It is all going back and I wont shop there for computer memory again.

After dealing with kim earlier this year I started searching for an office depot or office max, lol. Seriously, if youre just going to be miserable and unhelpful, get a job in accounting, not customer service.

Did not print my papers at promised time...when i called the kept me on hold for 15 min untill store closed

So I flew to staples in Concord, NH Fort Eddy Rd. to get my mobile printer replace before they closed. Showed up at 8:58... kid opened the doors then looked at the manager and said, manager says were closed!...your kidding me right!?! NEVER...EVER will I set foot in that store again...told him what I needed and told him I was working all night!...sorry, manager says were closed!....boooo!

They charge you a dollar for a piece of tape to seal up a ups box....are you kidding me?

Went in to fax multiple pages found first employee was not helpful at all basically could care less busy with personal conversation will avoid this place from now on

They are going to put local post office workers out of a job. DONT BUY AT STAPLES!!!!!! Put up a fight for your YOUR post office!!!
