Purchase Green has been great. Even my picky gardener who wanted more nails in the turf got what he wanted. At first I had some problems with spilled gravel in my front yard, but the guys came and took care of it and made sure I was happy. I am very glad that I chose them over the many other artificial turf companies that are currently out there.

We were nervous about having artificial grass but after a year with it cant imagine why we waited so long! I love looking at it every day, and not having to mow it. I rake the leaves on it once in awhile. Its fantastic, much better looking than we expected, and we love having a flat yard, without all the bumps that our old dog would trip over!!

We wanted to get some artificial grass for our puppy so that he can play outside without getting dirty . The staff was super helpful and friendly . We got it delivered to our place . Trevor the employee who delivered our lawn was nice and helpful as well . All in all it was a great experience.

I dont usually write yelp reviews. I dont usually call the manager to complain or ask for my money back, but the customer service that I have received is worthy of me speaking up, especially since its been almost 2 months since I first called to request some compensation for damaged astro turf that I purchased and the damage that was done to my truck when loading there workers loaded astro turf onto the rack. I spent over $6,000 on my order and Im actually a returning customer.After going back and forth with their HR person Veer, and still not receiving any compensation for my damaged truck or the damaged product that I purchased from them, just this past Friday I received an email from Veer saying I have a check for $380. I need to write something up as an agreement ... I have no idea where they got that number from. The damage that was done to my truck is well over $1500 worth of damage and the astro I purchased was over $5000. I dont need a full refund but it would be great to get my truck bed fixed and get the damage product replaced. Instead Ive been exchanging emails for almost 2 months now and have been dismissed over and over again.The worst part about this is that I intentionally reached out to them since I had such a good experience 2 years ago when I opened my first gym. This was a terrible experience and I hope no one else has to go through it. We had to scrap a good chunk of the astroturf and were also hoping to have them come pick it up or at least bring extra turf and instead we have a missing chunk of our astroturf area and even had to do dispose of the garbage ourselvesEDIT: Its been 3 weeks since Ive sent this review. I also have reached out to Rob and he told me Veer was going to contact me, but only after telling me it was my fault that the truck is broken and that he doesnt know what can be done with the damaged astro truf I think its really unprofessional that I still have not been compensated and that your response on here is the most conversation Ive had with anyone from your company. Will someone from your company please take care of this?

Were very happy with the final result - our grass looks great! Staff was friendly, professional, and really cared about doing a thorough job and making sure we were happy with the end result. Turned out better than expected.

Words can not express how pleased I am with the job they completed on my backyard. From start to finish, they were professional, detail oriented and efficient. The price was excellent. It only took three days to complete. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great job

I highly recommend using Victor and the purchase green crew to install the grass.I originally hired an independent contractor to install turf. He installed the California Pro Turf from Purchase green. My family loved the turf, but the contractor did a very poor job installing it. The seams were obvious, the edges were bunched up, and he turned the turf different directions. Overall, the grass looked completely fake. The contractor told me he gave me a really good price and I got a good product so he wouldnt come out to fix it.I ended up calling Michael with Customer service and he was extremely helpful. Veer from the Concord office called me and he sent Victor to come look at the grass. I found out that Purchase Green would have done the entire project for cheaper than the contractor I had install it.Victor was extremely professional and knowledgeable and him and his crew ended up repairing the turf. I couldnt believe what a transformation it was. I can no longer see seams, the grass is smooth through the yard, and there is no obvious squares due to turf being turned in different direction.My only regret is that I didnt use Purchase Green to install in the first time.If you are looking to install Turf, Purchase green has the best turf out there. Definitely use them, or a contractor they recommend, to install it. They do the work at a competitive rate and they are true professionals.Big thanks to Michael with Customer Service and Victor and Veer in the Concord office for saving my backyard.

First, everyone at the store has been great, I have used this concord store many times and have been very happy with the service.Here is the reason for the one star rating.Two weeks ago I installed about 1400 SF in Benicia.After installation we realized the turf had a flaw in one 3x3 area. I thought it just needed to be power brushed however turns out the turf was damaged or flawed. In any case I felt the company would want to know so I emailed and informed them.A few days later they said they wanted to come take a look. I thought that was great. Now here is my issue. A lady came out, I am not sure iof her name because she did not tell me she only said she was the owner. She looked and said the turf looked burned, she said it may be from a 2nd story window or a car window reflection. I reminded her it was this way on the day of installation however she did not believe me.I tried to explain to her that the sun has not been out since this install and that I have no reason to be untruthful about this.She said she was willing to give me a 4x4 piece to make the repair. I explained to her that I have plenty of turf for the repair and I do not want anything from her, I just wanted to show her the flawed turf.I was proplexed at her inability to take responsibility for the damaged turf.I told her to think about what she was saying, if the turf could be damaged by a car window in the winter with no sun what the heck is going to happen this summer and what about areas like Sacramento were it gets real hot?I am a contractor and would have loved to see this company take ownership here.
