This store has gone through some good changes in the past twelve months and is starting to look better inside for shopping. But the outside of the store looks terrible, messy and dirty.

Horrible service. Rude cashiers...NONE of my coupons came off and they are rud3rude,rude. Never will I shop here again.

We love our little Family Dollar in Conneaut. The folks there are always friendly and helpful. The quality is not the greatest, but the prices are always low, so thats to be expected. It just means you can splurge on some quirky items and not break the bank.

There were 2 shirts same size same style one for $1.60 and the other $4.00? Dont understand that.

Products on the shelves 6 to 6 1/2 feet off floor making it hard for some to reach. Very annoying clothing alarms at register. Went in on a Wednesday afternoon, all the employees were putting away stock. I was greeted as I came in. I could navigate the isles without any problems. Checkout was quick and easy with a friendly cashier. Bags of ice available.

I hadnt been in the store for awhile and I was impressed with the variety of merchandise and cost efficient.

It close to my house. Worker are very friendly. House hold supplies are reasonable.

Always can find something whether ya need it or not. Kind workers willing to help as much as they can pending how busy if one can walk away from register or not.

Good place to go when you want to pick something up without having to travel to Mentor or Erie.
