Very convenient! This mall has Sears and Kmart. There is also a parking lot! The Kmart there is very sanitary and queit/calm. The Sears there is also very organized and many selections of items.

The manager George was very nasty to my mother and I when she went to do a return. She had her receipt and was within the return policy date. He asked her why she waited so long to come in and since she was so close to the date of being outside the policy that he could refuse her?!? Does that sound legal? First of all I don’t have to give you a reason as to why I’m making a return. If I dnt want that product anymore then I dnt have to keep it. And that’s all their is to it. You need to emplore a more competent staff. I work in customer service and I would not expect a manager to deal with a simple situation in that careless manner. Raising his voice in front of other customers and trying to make my mom feel guilty for returning a faulty product that she purchased. You now have one less customer!

Good place to shop but short collections.
