Friendly staff. They also carry some of the more boutique performance oils that the big stores wont stock. The machine shop is also Great. Cut a pair of drilled and slotted rotors for me off the wifes car. Micd them when I got home and they were consistent across ea rotor. Very quick turnaround too. James the machine shop foreman is great to deal with & an accomplished machinist. Will definitely be back!

If I could give zero stars I would. The machine shop is the worst bunch I’ve ever dealt with. Lie, lie, lie & no work gets done. Can’t for the life of me figure out how they’re still in business. When I have three of my best mechanics say to me “oh yeah, I could have told you not to use them”, it’s confirmed my experience.

Everyones always been very helpful. One time i needed a 65 dollar belt for my dryer. Well they helped me match it up to a car belt and saved me 49 dollars on it.

Jennifer and the store staff were helpful. The machine shop is a joke and if you are using them be prepared to spend more than you were quoted (quoted $300 was $480) and take longer than expected (3 weeks to shorten a drive shaft instead of one quoted). After 3 weeks got it back and it was 9/16 too long. There was more machine shop bs that went on but Im tired of typing and you are probably tired of reading. If you need a driveshaft done take it to NW drivetrain. That is where they send all theirs. They fixed mine within 3 days and there is a dropoff right up the road.

Machine shop prices are way too damn high... $60 a cylinder for a little 1.3 4 cyl motor? Ill drive to houston and get it done for $90 for all four cylinders.... Just like everyone else, if they actually do some research. Needless to say with prices that high they wont br getting my money

Small town business, BIG Time Service! Needed some window cleaner for the vehicle and after trying two other auto parts stores, went down to Napa. Two friendly, good ol country boys with friendly personalities and Helpful attitudes made an emergency stop a Very Pleasant one! Planned to purchase some paper towels and an auxiliary plug for vehicle and they kindly offered some towels and even the extra plug that one of them purchased in a 2 pack! This went Way beyond my expectations. They do as they said, We take care of our customers. I HIGHLY recommend this Napa if you are in need while in/around Conroe, TX.

Took my short block and heads in the first time n they miss timed it so it broke some valves on one head. I got it back the second time pur less than 1500 miles, now my camshaft is broken in two b/c they didnt go through the other head and check the camshaft or crankshaft.

Do not use the Machine Shop. Guys installed my kingpins on my 1973 F100 wrong and when I brought it back there shop foreman was sick. Had to take it to new shop that charged 1/2 the price and did it right. NAPA would not refund me the shop labor. Go to Ted’s Machine shop a few miles down the road instead.
