Hats off to MR Tom and his staff at Conroe boating center . He told me how this transaction would go I pick my boat he had it cleaned and serviced and ready for the test run on lake Conroe and told me it will take some time for paperwork transfer cause they where a month backed up so I let him do his job.now!!! Very excited to tell everyone reading this that one month today i received all my paperwork transferred into my name just like Mr Tom told me and Recommend this boating center to anyone who’s looking for a good boat or new to boating looking for info on owning or purchasing a boat Thank you Mr Tom and staff from the Hagans family

I have dealt with Tom at Conroe boating Center and his beloved salesman Patty and his wonderful son Sonny these are a trio of wonderful people Tom is very knowledgeable and has been in the business for quite some time this is the several boat I am buying from Tom he make sure everything was right with my boat and made it to my satisfaction and even put me on the water for an hour or so and let me drive it and see if I liked it we had bought a beautiful ski boat a bass boat a pontoon boat a tritoon And now Me and my wife are getting older and we decided to purchase a bass tracker he had Tom does not fail to exceed my expectations wonderful person to do business with and I will continue to do business Thank you Mr. Tom it was always a pleasure

Everybody told me how good this place was of doing business and I have to agree they are wonderful I bought my boat from them everything was explained to me thoroughly on what to do got my paperwork quick it was very happy with my purchase

I called the listed business line at 9:30 am, so 30 minutes after they opened to ask about a boat I had seen in their back lot a year prior. The man I talked to was instantly rude to the extent of telling me it was too early in the morning to be asking him stupid questions! If you would like to know the stupid questions were; do you still have it (he did), and if it still had the motor and jet drive. I would never do any business with these people, they pick up junk boats let them sit for years in the sun and think they are worth what a good running garage kept boat is worth. Save your time and your money, you probably have a 95% chance of ending up with a top dollar lemon.

The owner Tom is a liar and a thief. He is rude to customers. Nobody should give him business

Be very cautious with your deposit and bait and switch tactics.I placed a deposit of $500 for a 1997 sea doo challenger 1800 that had no stickers on it except for one. According to the owner Mark the interior was re-done by the previous owner. I looked at the pictures posted on craigslist and the only sticker that it had said ONYX. The location was on the passenger side rear end by the swim platform. Cool, I wanted the boat.I waited for 10 days after sending my deposit to him because he was getting the boat clean and serviced. I was tired of waiting because of the lack of communication.I called Mark to tell him about returning my deposit. No answer, I text him and sent him my information for him to send me my money. Withing a few minutes he called me asking me what I meant by getting my deposit back. After talking for a minute or two he said that the boat was ready for pickup.Just to inform you, I live about 3 hours away. I drove to pickup the boat on 07/03/2015.Remember the sticker ONYX. I get there and he tell me to take a look at the boat, that it is a great boat, blah blah blah, salesman pitch. I looked at the boat and noticed that it was not the same boat. The bimini top was missing, some tear on the passenger seat cover, no cup holders and a bunch of 1 inch round hoes on the back of the driver and passenger seat. No ONYX sticker any where. He told me that that was the same boat that we talked about and again with the sales man pitch. His mechanic and another guy and a woman arrived. When he saw them, he started making smart remarks. He looked at me in the eyes and said What! You think you getting a new boat.I ended up getting my deposit after the hassle and a return trip back home. I live 170 miles away and make that a round trip of 340 miles. Over six hours of my time wasted and money in fuel.This is the funny thing. He mentioned to me that a guy wanted to purchased the boat for $7500 and he said no because of the $500 deposit. When I left the shop, about a mile or two from the boating center I saw the ONYX boat with a for sale sign for $7500. The boat is like a green color with no sea doo stickers.He could have saved me a trip of over 6 hours if he would have just deposited my money the same way I sent him the money in the first place. Another thing, HONESTY AND TRUST goes a very long way when doing business. He will never again get my business.If you do business with Mr. Mark, BEWARE. There is nothing worst than a lier that cant remember his own lies.
