Our experience buying our first and not being knowledgeable was made super easy by our sales rep Kyle Robert’s! Not only did he get all the answers we needed when we were there but he took our calls off the clock as well! He took us out for our demo and having our 4yr old with us he made sure we had everything we needed before we got there for all our safety! If you need a boat and you want a great experience go and ask for Kyle, he is awesome! Other staff there was amazing too, from the parts, service and sales side they were very nice and not pushy at all!

I was looking at a used boat to compliment an extended stay in Galveston. After seeing the Nauticstar 211, I was sold on it. I worked with Brett and Bob from the Conroe location. The boat I wanted was in Beaumont and shuttled to Conroe for the additions; trolling motor, navigation, and tow bar. As a novice boat owner, I requested a lake tutorial at the time of delivery which Bob was eager to do. Timing was crucial because we had a week long family gathering scheduled beginning the day after. Lake Conroe was nice that day, unfortunately the boat would not get over 5 miles an hour. Spun propeller was suspected. We headed back to Texas Marine, dejected and disappointed. I left the store and asked to be called when the boat was ready, unsure of when that would be. Miraculously, I got a text from Bob and Brett 45 minutes later. Knowing how disappointed I was, they had diagnosed the problem, headed back out to Lake Conroe for a test drive and confirmed the boat was ready. Wrong prop installed by Nauticstar. I took delivery and headed to Galveston. The family week saved!!!!!!Needless to say, this kind of customer service is rare these days. Brett and Bob cared about me and my family. They promised the boat on time and were as disappointed as I was. They took the time to fix the problem, sacrificing time on the sales floor. They continue to answer questions that pop up.These guys rock and I will continue to do business with them.

Texas Marine is first class all the way. I tried to buy a used boat with Kyle, but it didn’t work out. I was told a new boat might be the best option. In came Chris Hebert! After some pretty short conversations, he told me about a Chaparral 21SSI that was on order and I quickly put a deposit on it. Then the waiting game started with the boat being built and delivered. Chris was always quick to respond to my MANY inquiries. Once the boat came in, Chris was first class with getting me out on the water and showing me everything about my new boat. I left the lake with all of the knowledge to take great care of my boat once I was on my own. Chris and the whole team at Texas Marine offer best in class service! Poor communication. Purchase boat since April no registration tag and still no word make me drive to their place so many times with mistakes they make. I myself did not wanted to purchase but made the decision to buy from them due to my husband that wanted a boat that his been looking for months. Had all paperwork situated to buy a used boat. Because if you dont finance the boat with them it goes up! Was told they did a thorough inspection even lifted the boat off the trailer and personally made sure it was okay. One scratch on side perfect shape. Even sent a video saying one little spot right here. It was an aluminum boat it barley even had paint on the bottom. The trailer that was told was in perfect condition had a smashed passenger side and broken leapspring. Dont trust what your told from this dealership! Drove almost 5hrs one way to pickup a boat that was suppose to be in great shape to drive home with nothing. Very dishonest people!

They only sell broker boats that are of there choosing and not over 5 years old. Sell it yourself. They dont even talk to you.

First of all I would like to share I have been boating all my life and am 67 years old. I have owned all types boats from 8 to 42. I have visited and purchased from many different Dealerships both on land and water. Texas Marine Conroe is a far superior place to do business. When it comes to Sales, finance, service, they are second to none. These employees lead by Jonathan Whitmire are all great folks. They aim to please and satisfy in all situations. I do know you cannot satisfy everyone but they will do there very best to please there customer. I highly recommend this Dealer ship for all your boating needs even if they dont handle the brand you are looking for its worth your time to stop in and meet this team. You may change your mind!

Now that all of you have new boats good luck with the rest of the service they provide. Unless under warranty I would recommend you try another dealer/boat repair shop. I had been going to Texas Marine for over 10 yrs with my boat maintenance and repairs with no issues other than the price was high but rather be safe than sorry and I new they were high compared to others. My last experience with these guys has been frustrating to say the least. Polite yes, honor the labor yep, very close to the quoted price yep, honor the parts that did nothing to fix the problem no way, diagnose the problem properly no way. I dropped over $1,400 dollars in repairs with 3 visits in less than 2 months for the same issue. Came in for a 4th time with the same issue and was told you need a entire new hydraulic assembly. Was quoted an outrageous price of over 4,000. When asked what about the other $1400 I have already spent on repairs i was told they cant do anything about that, i would have to eat the cost. I said to myself well done with these folks. I went to a little place in Spring and had the problem fixed for less than $800 bucks which tells me one of 2 things. Either Texas Marine has people that dont know what they are doing or they just wanted me gone since they were dealing with yall new boats. Funny part is my boat was purchased there in 2007 but things and people have changed since then. In my particular case 5 months later and $2,200, $1400 of which Texas Marine still has for zero results, the problem was fixed.

Worked with Conner Kilgo, initially remotely, to look at several options. Living 4 hours from the Conroe dealership, he sent multiple videos of several boats and even lake tested the one O was most interested in and sent videos of the boat on the water. Before purchasing, I reserved the boat with a small deposit, planned all the delivery paperwork including very competitive financing, with Rick the business leader (5 stars for Rick, who is also a Cool musician with some Awesome Rock n Roll legend stories) and was ready to pull the trigger, if I liked the boat after test drive. Conner met me at the lake, for a water test and I took delivery in a NO HASSLE process. With pre delivery prep by Rick, lake test with Conner and addition of a few small add on by Trea with help of Parts leader Chad, I was hooked up and pulling my 2020 Sportsman in 2 hours...Very pleased with the process, the team and would definitely recommend Texas Marine Conroe Texas !

Recently bought a used boat and everything was straight forward no BS. Conner made sure everything was right with the boat and that I was ready to be on the water.

The issue I have is the the price they charged for the YamaLube when you bring your own container. Most places, like Premier Yamaha down in Houston charge a discounted rate for the oil IF you bring in your own container. It is almost half as cheap as buying the official Yamaha Gallon container. Texas Marine in Conroe, charges the same price regardless. ....My son brought a gallon container and had it filled. He was charged roughly $50.... other than that, great service and nice people.

Dave was great at giving us advice on the selections we needed to make. We feel we were treated fairly with our trade in and on the purchase of the new boat. Would highly recommend Texas Marine.

I was thinking about changing to another service provider for the maintenance on my boat as I wasnt happy with past experiences dealing with the Parts department and Service. I decided to call to set up a service appointment and see if anything has improved. Diana Ramey took my call and we went over the service that would be required and approximate cost. I let Diana know that I would by bringing the boat by in a week or two. Diana was pleasant and informative unlike past service writers she took the time to answer all my questions. I called back a few weeks later and once again spoke to Diana to schedule an appointment and she was upfront about the approximate time frame it would take to service my boat and cost as well as answered all of my other questions. I arrived later in the morning with my boat and Diana checked in the information on my boat as well as filling out a Condition Report Diana pointed out a few stress cracks in the hull and said possibly they may be covered under warranty and that she would get back with me in a few days with an update. Diana sent me an update this morning via text as she promised to do. In short, Diana has kept my wife and I as customers with TEXAS MARINEThanks Diana!

Bought my first big boy boat from Texas Marine. I was out of state, clueless, and my Lender did me and Texas Marine in Conroe no favors. Rick Lanier tactfully managed the Finance End and kept me informed at every junction. Mark who I deemed Navy Mark went out of his way to take video footage from land and by sea to help me understand where the boat had flaws and also where it was flawless. The transaction took nearly 2 months due to buffoonery of my Financing. They are consummate professionals and I recommend you buy your next boat through them.

There is nothing that gets me upset more than when a business doesn’t update their website. I hate calling about a product and then the sales staff says that it’s been sold already. Total waste of time for the customer. The marketing manager should update the website daily to accurately portray items in stock or describe the item as sold.

So Texas marine for parts it either has very bad agents working or they truly only sell new complete parts, the gentleman said that and i quote U CANT REBUILD A FUEL PUMP ON AN OUTBOARD ENGINE absurdest thing ive ever heard from someone working that field! The kits are all over the internet and for Texas Marine to be loosing on that business is absolutely crazy! They need more experienced people or people more willing to help!

Absolutely, hands down, the best large purchase experience I’ve had. Texas Marine personnel are all very knowledgeable and patiently answered any questions I had. I left Texas Marine smiling from ear to ear. The no pressure buying experience is tops. I had no real commitment to the boat until I was able to demo it and see how i liked it.I am extremely happy with my new Yamaha, so it may be a while before I need to buy again. But when that time comes, I will head straight to Texas Marine again.

Their website is pretty annoying. Their idea is to not remove or update the listing until the boat is delivered. No sale pending, nothing, boat still appears to be for sale. We found multiple boats we were interested in, called, told the boat was sold but was still listed on their site because it hadnt been delivered.Seriously. If a boat has been sold, at least mark it as pending on your website. Thats very annoying.

I found a used pontoon boat that i wanted but at first thought i would be out of my mind trying to buy a used boat in Texas while Im in CT. Over the next two weeks Rick Lanier and crew were absolutely amazing! They acted as if I was their largest sale of the year when in fact, I am probably on the opposite end. I was given prompt returns on every single phone call, e-mail or text. Videos and pictures were sent on numerous occasions .They were extremely helpful to the marine surveyor i hired to look at the boat. I had a great buying experience with Texas Marine in Conroe. I worked with Brian to purchase our Yamaha jet boat. He was very knowledgeable, professional and never pressured us into making a purchase. He was very patient in answering my questions and making himself available anytime my wife or I wanted to stop in and look at boats. We worked with Brian for several months and he was always friendly, honest and willing to accommodate our needs.Brian even arranged to bring the boat to our home and make sure it fit into our barn before we purchased it. This relieved a lot of stress not knowing if we could fit the boat we wanted (it fit, but with only inches to spare!)This was a big purchase for our family and Texas Marine demonstrated a level of personalized customer service that is not common in any sales area. We love our boat and are looking forward to a continued relationship with Texas Marine for years to come!

First time boat buyer. Simply just found this place driving out to conroe one day from Spring, so we decided to stop in to checkout boats. We originally were interested in a used boat, but I saw this beautiful, Blue, Yamaha AR210 I fell immediately inlove with! Chris our sales guy was so great, he answered every question we had and constantly kept us in the loop. Austin in finance was great as well, Chris and Austin made this experience less stressful and a breeze. We’re currently headed to the lake to take our new boat out, thanks to Texas Marine. 😊

Horrible experience with the parts department here. I was told 1k- 1100 dollars for a 4 atlas hydraulic jackplate but needed to bring my boat in so service could give me a price on labor. well I get here and wait around for 20 minutes while they figure out whats wrong with their system to find out they want 1500 for the jackplate taxes not included.

Great place. Worked out the deal over the phone and they even picked up my trade to do the evaluation on it. Showed up on a Saturday to test drive and sign paperwork and out the door by noon.
