Kids love it here. Usually fast service. Always courteous. Free Glazed Donuts Tuesdays. This is a two time weekly visit for our family. The smoothie drinks are also yummy.

The crew were very nice and the donuts and coffee are great.

Very good cinnamon rolls and the coffee was Awesome. I had drunk over half of it before I realized I hadnt added cream or sugar. So smooth and delicious. Customer Service Not so much but the product is worth a return

Horrible service! The lady at the window today didn’t listen to a word I was saying so I had to repeat myself three times. Just to come home to (6) sausage and cheese kolaches instead of boudin. Therefore, I called up there and asked to speak to a manager and the same lady answered the phone stating she didn’t make a mistake and stated she will argue nonstop verses just fixing the mistake as we have cheese allergies! She keeps hanging up on me and won’t give me the owners information as this definitely needs his/her attention as she is NOT fit to manage a thing if she can’t fix an order. You have two ears and one mouth… so listen twice as much as you speak!

Don’t order from this store. 12 kolaches here are $27 🤯 I tried to order a dozen kolaches and a dozen glazed donuts total was $40. Price gouging is at its finest. They aren’t fresh either

Ordered a smoothie for my daughter and the employee had no gloves on. Too much ice in the smoothie and did not taste good. Will not be going g back to that location again

Good food but the prices are going up and up.

So this place opens & closes whenever they want. One day I’ll come their closes the other their open. & unfortunately this is the closes to me. They never have anything when I asked. I don’t know if they low on products but everything I ask for an ice coffee they don’t have or ask for a certain smoothie they don’t have. Or their out of something. My thing is be consistent & know & cater to the customer. It’s extremely frustrating when you have intentions of getting something here and then they keep saying they don’t have it

Prices jumped .30 per donut from last sunday to today. ridiculous gouging. who inflates their prices 33 percent overnight??

Milk was cold but it was 730a on a Friday and our donuts were all stale

Everything is good except the cherry iced donuts have zero cherry flavor. They just taste like glazed donuts with red flavorless icing.

So what does a couple mean to you all? I was always taught in school a couple meant two. When you see two people together they are known as a couple. So when my dad went to shipleys on 105 and bought a dozen donuts and a dozen kolaches. He said I have two grand kids can you make a couple of those donuts sprinkled. They gave him 8 sprinkled out of 12. He called to explain the situation and he was told he needed to better communicate what he wanted. Well needless to say we have two happy toddlers. These are the same people who want $15 an hour.

This Shipley do-nuts had the best powdered cake donuts I have ever had. The store is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

The service at the drive through window was terrible. I spent over $40.00 dollars on donuts and sausage kolaches. I told the lady that I wanted a dozen assorted doughnuts but to make sure a couple of them had sprinkles (for my granddaughter) I get home open the box and 8 out of twelve had sprinkles so that only 4 donuts were for adults. When I called them and explained what happened figuring I could drive back and they would correct the issue with what I ordered I didnt expect anything free mind you because accidents happen. They proceeded to blame me for not being exact enough with them they said a couple doesnt always mean the same thing. Im sorry thats the exact definition of a couple 2 two. Never again will I go to that store again there are too many other donut places that understand customer service and loyalty

Great breakfast

Waited 15 minutes behind only two cars in the morning. Was served what seemed like two day old donuts that were stale. They were not fresh donuts at all. I would not waste your time and money at this location. Serving last day donuts at peak morning hours. Terrible.

Always get the kolaches. They are always fresh. I can tell they take pride in what they do. Staff is great always welcoming and friendly.

Ill never go back to this facility when they help their sad I was cheap because they put the wrong price on a coupon and said I was crying about 50 cents
