I have a huge problem with dishonesty, their reviews are bogus.. it said 45 to 65 dollars online for units, the guy in the store quoted 90 dollars a month! When I showed him the online price he said oh thats because you get a deal on the internet. HOW ABOUT HELP SOMEONE GET THE SAME PRICE IN THE STORE?!! Not clean not maintained. Not worth it not customer service friendly.

Compared to other storage this place (Life Storage on 1488) is definitely 5 stars! Great staff and very informative to customers needs. Place is very clean and the staff always willing to help out their customers or potential customers! They have air conditioning units and easy access in and out of facilities. The van rental is also very useful to its customers and easy to drive. Same high standards applied to the van vehicle and staff willing to answer questions immediately. Highly recommended storage units. Staff are hard working people and always helpful. :)

Every time we walk into Life Storage we are welcomed by a friendly smile. The facility is clean and well cared for. On several occasions we have been greeted by a very nice young lady checking the isles and cleaning. We have used several other storage facilities, and have never seen an employee with such a great work ethic. I’ve been using a storage unit at this location for almost a year. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and cleanliness. Daniel and Allison are so great and so accommodating! I always have packages being shipped to my storage unit and it’s always placed in my unit before I get there. This storage unit makes my life and business run that much smoother. From the time we rented a unit at the Life Storage facility on FM 1488, the whole experience has been positive. Rental of our first large unit was smooth and seamless because of Daniel’s knowledge and expertise. Since that time, we have rented an additional smaller unit, and we’ve never had a single problem. Even our automatic billing has never had a glitch - a small miracle in itself. We’ve had to be in and out of the unit a lot, and the entire facility is always clean and comfortable. Daniel and Allyson have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and available. Even when an auction company we worked with was somewhat troublesome, Daniel and Allyson were gracious and accommodating. The facility’s hours - both for the office and for our after-office-hours access - have been very convenient. Its location is central to The Woodlands, Conroe, and Magnolia, and it’s accessible from the freeway. Thank you Life Storage, Daniel, and Allyson for making this part of our lives so easy and stress-free.

This place is awesome!!! This location is very clean, very secure, and the staff members Ive encountered are awesome!!!!!! Allyson, in particular, has been a blessing to work with! I am in a bit if a pickle currently and in a rush to move my stuff out of storage due to my financial situation. I was only able to come to the office today (12/31/18) and showed up at 12:30 due to work (they close at 1 PM today). She was more than happy to help me and she even helped 2 other people that walked in after closing hour. She didnt give anyone attitude or made them feel like she w they s mad about staying late. She was able to help me get a cheaper unit and minimized my stress tremendously. She saved me about $50 and next month is free! FABULOUS PLACE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

This Life Storage has been completely helpful and accommodating to my needs. The prices were very fair, with a special that saved me money on a unit I would pay more for in a less ideal location. My friends and I pulled off an extremely difficult move and we were only able to do this with the cooperation of this particular store. The service was fast, with no hassle whatsoever. We accidentally forgot our keys to the storage but Shelley was more than happy to help us resolve our problem. I would highly recommend this Life Storage location for all storage needs.

Idk who wrote all of the 5 star reviews but this place is a dump! It looks nothing like it does online. The lady in the office was helpful but that’s about it. Go somewhere else.

Used their 1488 location. Jason was extremely helpful as we needed a storage unit today. He explained options and offered a special for a larger unit with a lower rate (using the special). Reminded us that we needed a lock (they sell them) and renter insurance (had option to use our home insurance or theirs - they sell it 33 cents a day). He answered all my questions before I asked them plus other things I hadnt anticipated. Also, sent an email with reservation # & information. Mentioned his manager, Daniel, would be helping us. Daniel called us as well. Both very nice and helpful.

The Life Storage on 1488 is always clean and serviceable. They have several carts to help you move items in and out and the elevator is always operational. Allyson is always around to help you and is very customer service oriented.

Daniel checked us in when we first got our storage unit and was so kind and helpful. Daniel & Serena gave us the same great service today when we cleared out our unit and checked out. The facility is clean, well-lit, and always felt safe. We will definitely recommend this place to others!

This storage facility has great service and competent staff. I had a very bad situation with Public Storage in Conroe and Uncle Bobs helped me out immensely so I made my deadline. I am an attorney who is helping a client who lives out of the country and have a power of attorney. The other storage facility strung me along and did not call me back, wasted a ton of my time telling me they had to get approval from their legal staff etc. With Uncle Bobs and Daniel, the manager, it was very easy, there was no delay, everything got done in a quick and easy manner. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you.

I gave it a four from a delivery guy’s perspective because if anyone but Daniel is manning the desk you have to put the packages in yourself and that just chews up time as you have to dolly them in and can’t drive up to them. There are units that you can drive up to but it seems that people who order stuff all have units inside on the third floor in the back 😖. From a potential customer’s perspective I’d give it a 5.
