I came into the store and received high customer service. Was very impressed with her ability to answer all my questions and provide me with all that I needed. I also heard her take such great care of someone on the phone. Great service is a key for me and for that reason. I recommend this convenient and clean location.

PRICE GOUGING AND RENTAL INCREASES ON AVERAGE EVERY 6MOS!Only use this facility if you dont plan on staying for more than 5-6mos. Ive had my unit for a little over a year and a half and every 6mos or so they increase the rent 10-13% with no regard to your situation. This last time was 5mos. Another warning sign is Ive talked to at least 3 different property managers in that time so the turnover in staff must be pretty high.BEWARE - If you have an afterhours emergency or situation, youre out of luck.As a matter of fact, when I moved my things from CA, I had a truck coming after hours the next day, and the person who signed my lease forgot to give me the code to the exterior door to get into the building where my unit was located. I called the office frantic for help and no one called me back. Luckily there was a woman leaving so I flagged her down and she was able to give me the code. If she hadnt been there the truck drivers were going to have to come back the next day and charge me $600 for having to stay overnight.When I returned the next day, I was told by the then manager they arent allowed to and dont have access to the voice mail to return after hours calls. She was very apologetic and sincere but also unhappy with how the place was being run. Haven’t seen her since.Shortly after I was laid off from my job due to COVID, I received an increase letter so I called to see if they could help out by delaying the increase. I spoke to Ashley Stubbs who was very sympathetic, but said it would be up to her manager, Brandon McBride, who she would send an email to asking for a pause on my increase. Of course, I never heard back. Ashley even suggested some customers pay a few months in advance which seems to delay the increases. So, I just got laid off and I’m asking to stop my increases, and you suggest I pay more and in advance of when the payments are due? What kind of company does this to its loyal paying customers during a pandemic? Not a good one.I have been a customer who pays every month on time and to get an increase every 4-8 mo for an area, well its not The Woodlands, is absolutely price gouging. I started out at $109, 7 mos later it went to $119, 8mos later it was $131 and yesterday got an increase letter from yet another property manager Gigi Pastor, moving me to $151, a 13% increase 5 MONTHS since the last increase. I cant imagine the price of the property, operating costs and running this facility requires such an increase especially when theres nothing special about their supposed customer service. Public Storage at least signs a 1yr lease and this appears to be a month to month with random increases whenever they decide, from computer generated form letters stating they need to make a “modest” increase. Seems like I’m on a countdown to an increase every 3-4 mos after the latest one goes into effect 8/1.Choose wisely. I wish I had gone with one of the bigger companies so I wouldnt be randomly nickeled and dimed every 6mos or so for nothing but sheer greed.

Nothing fancy just basic storage. For some reason the moving cart disappeared out of my unit so nothing to help move. Started at really good storage fee but then suddenly DOUBLED in price! No good! I’m going somewhere else!

Clean and locked up very tight.... This is a newer facility and all the climate controlled units are spotless.

I cant even get online to pay my bill and now they want 177 dollars for 5x10 come on what happened to my online account that I could pay every month on

I have had the best experience ever with Ashley. She is so sweet, kind and very helpful. She has implemented a monthly garage sale for all residents at Storage Plus. The first one was last Saturday and it was a blast. Got to get rid of some unwanted stuff, met some nice people and made some extra cash!! Thanks Ashley.

If the office isnt ever going to be open (it seems) why have an office. I drive by a lot and prefer to pay on site once a month and it never happens to be open. Like today, THE FIRST, its 3pm during open hours and the sign says closed till 4:30 ugh. Thats my luck.

Although this property is currently under renovations, the staff are still so patient and polite. I am so indecisive and couldnt tell if I wanted the smaller unit or the larger unit (Maloree recommended that larger unit that way I can organize my things better). Very informative staff! I am excited to see what this property is going to look like.

Professional and polite. Have had this unit almost 4 years. Had only one slight issue during Harvey and mgmt. called me during the rain to let me know there MIGHT be an issue. I checked it out and my unit was dry. Their concern for my unit shows me i can trust they are looking out for my best interests. Rare to find these days. Thank you SB.

I am very pleased with the storage facilities and customer service of Preferred Mini Storage. I recommend my clients to this facility due to the security, fair pricing, and customer service provided by Sara Leflore. I have a 10x10 unit and was able to get my one bedroom apartment worth of belongings in there. Other storages I have seen install wire at the top of the unit cheating you out of valuable space. However Preferred Mini does not install these giving twice the space vertically.

We happened to be in Las Vegas when Kristen, kristi, crystal had called, can’t quite remember her name! But she had called to let me know my unit was not locked! I explained the sition of where we were & she said, “no worries! I’ll take care of it!” When we returned a week later she had added multiple locks to our unit to lock it up! These guys are amazing!

Our storage unit along with others was broken into between the hours of 5 and 9 when the office is closed. We were notified about it a month later. Not only did they fail to immediately notify us, but one of the ladies there LIED to my face about how often they do walk throughs.. she said they do it everyday ....yet why was I notified about almost exactly a month later to the day? Clearly walk throughs arent everyday .. and no one watches the surveillance videos between the hours of 5-9 once the office is closed.
