Took vehicle in day after 1 1/2 in crack happened. Had repair done and it didnt look any better. The next day the crack spread to 3 inches. Called and inquire what a total replacement would cost, their price was $300 more than other companies in town. I will never use them again. Their commercials are so misleading, their repairs are worthless. Also had windshield wipers replaced as recommended, charged me $60 for what appear to be cheap $10 wiper blades.

1pm appt. Arrival 1:14. (Jul 28th Delayed to traffic/road closure @ College&Donaghey)I get out of my vehicle (fans blowing loud inside 2 empty bays) and hear.....Fu€king late.. A guy (later known as Ashley) walks towards me. I said, what did he just say, Fn late?? Excuse me?Ashley assured me that he defines who is late, who isnt. I was willing to reschedule. I asked the name of the guy that responded with that. Jonathan he said, was the fella that yelled such in the bay.Im going to give the brevity version here, as Ive already left the long version in the survey.However, I would recommend Ashley for anything that you need done.I couldn never recommend this place. Go to LR, or have some of the other companies available to you.

They do decent work but the glass I received was defective and makes cars look like theyre warped. They will replace it but the tech also scratched up my car a bit at the bumper with all the excess glass.

Safelite made a very stressful situation completely painless! They had my windshield replaced under 2 hours. With insurance coverage, it only cost $100 😃

Always heard Good things, made the call to get an estimate and schedule an appt. Well, its all online now. Why even have a number or location listed? Just like Walmart wanting customer to go online and do all the job of a scheduler and estimator so th Installer can come make their quick buck and be done. Discount auto glass will get my business.

Ashley was so nice. He called to let me know that I could come in early cause his other appointment had canceled. Then when I got there he explained step by step what he was going to do and how long it should take. It was so refreshing to have some be so kind. He did a great job .

They had to reschedule my appt due to rain, and when it was raining that day as well, they offered to take me car to the shop so I could stay at work and get my new windshield as well. They tech was very friendly, and my car was back in an hour. Great job!!

Went this week to get my windshield fixed, showed up a little early, these guys were so professional and let me know theyd be right with me. I was out of there in less than an hour and was very pleased with the service. I would highly reccomend this business.

First, let me say that my family has ALWAYS used Safelite for our windshield repairs and replacements. However, its been a while since we have had to use the company, and now their customer service and products are terrible! Please do yourself a favor and pick another company. Ill detail my experience below.I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced. I was given an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The technician arrived as scheduled, but he did not have the correct mould. I was understanding and rescheduled for them to return with the correct product and fix it. The next technician arrives, and he also did not have the correct molding. However, I caught him trying to cut the moulding he did have to fit my windshield. I told him that was acceptable because I had already waited for them to order the correct one, and I did not trust that it would not leak or mess up.Another appointment was made, and I had my windshield fixed at the local shop because it was supposed to rain. The moulding was already on the window when I arrived for the appointment.After getting the window replaced, within 3 days, the window was already messed up. The plastic plate thats behind the rearview mirror to cover all of the electrical wires is coming off. When I returned back to the shop to ask about it, the technician said it was a default in the windshield. A new windshield has to be ordered and a warranty claim filed. Now I have to wait another 10 days to get my windshield fixed.As a side note, the technician that installed my windshield said my windshield came with the moulding on it. The next technician that ordered my replacement said none of their windshields come with the moulding attached. These people give you a different story ever time you talk to someone! Save yourself the hassle and take your business somewhere else!!!

I waited an extra day before going on vacation to have my windshield replaced so I could see better since its in my view.Safelite showed up and technician was very courteous.Then we find out that safelite ordered the wrong glass.They had all vehicle info and vin number.This is Very poor and inadequate.Thanks for holding me up.

Windshield no problem, they did a great job, however they also replaced a rear door window motor, brought the wrong part, excuse after excuse, after being paid for the job, took almost another month to actually get the job done. Will not use this Safelite branch again!!
