They were great. Came out to my house to replace my son windshield. A big buzzard flew into his windshield. Couldnt drive it to a place. Very affordable.

They did an absolutely amazing job at a fair & reasonable price that I could afford as a low-wage average person who had a little bad luck! They were fast, courteous, & very professional. Without me even discussing it with them they even fixed my rear view mirror. Its the small details that set them apart from everyone else. I hope I do not need to have my window replaced again but if I do I will go back to them no question & I will recommend them to any & all I come across.

Discounted Auto Glass at a Discounted Service rate.We took two windshields in to be replaced. One stress cracked automatically after placing it. The VW Windshield we had replaced has antenna in it, and the man who installed the new windshield doesn’t know how to hook that part up, so now the Bluetooth and radio are both out.The place is dirty, dark and humid. We sat there for two unpleasant hours, the service was horrible. Out of service bathroom also.The woman, Mandy who is supposed to work the front desk left several calls unanswered, and when she did answer she was rude and placed them on hold for long periods of time.She was also very loud towards customers.$250 dollars spent today, and more problems now than just a cracked windshield.Save yourself the hassle, time, and money.Go somewhere with people who know how to be professional and provide good customer service. And also fix your problem!

I called because my windshield was broken, I have already had a windshield replaced once not even 6 months ago. The lady acted if they didnt keep any record on file and did not give me the time to give her my VIN # so she could look the car up. She hung up on me and would not answer when I called back.

We had heard some good things about this establishment and we always strive to shop local. We made an appointment and were on our way and were on track to arrive about 5 minutes early. Our Lexus GS 350 had a crack creeping across the windshield from a rock hitting it. Our son was following him in one of our old extra vehicles and it died (not our lucky day)on the way so he coasted and pulled into the side of someone’s driveway (not blocking it.) My husband turned around, as he was about to call Discount Auto Glass the home owner came out enraged that the car was partially in their yard. So the phone call ending up going to a tow all the while, the homeowner was losing their marbles over the location of the vehicle. They pushed the car 5 more feet off their property but they were still ranting cussing and threatening. Finally after the tow arrived my husband arrived at discount auto glass about 40 minutes late for his appt. the woman was incredibly rude and didn’t give my husband a chance to explain the series of unfortunate events, already knowing he would likely have to reschedule. Her repulsive attitude has completely turned us off of giving them our business and money. Perhaps she too, was having a bad day... but her position at this establishment is critical to be able to work with the public to make their experience a positive one as she represents the entire staff as customers walk through the door.

Unless you want your door panel clips broken and your whole entire door panel falling off everytime you open your door i wouldnt go here I figured I would be able to just pop my panel back on so when I finally did call them about fixing it after realizing it wont just pop on because there are no longer any clips on my door they will not fix it also my window wont roll up now RUDE unprofessional office you would think when someone breaks every clip on your door panel they would fix it

Front desk staff rude and unprofessional. Installation of new glass was mishandled and left gaps between the outside trim. Inside, a gap was left in the adhesive which created a whistling sound as I drove down the road. Please consider this, you get what you pay for and good work is not cheap. Look elsewhere for better quality.

I had great service getting my windshield replaced under an hour. The price was the cheapest in the area and they cleaned up all the mess. I have had windshields replaced in the past at a different company and they left a mess all over my truck and didnt clean it. Very happy

Do not go here. They will replace your windshield but not without causing another issue. Our rear view mirror rattles as we drive and use the wipers. We have taken it back twice and they tell is there is nothing they can do but they can put another windshield for a higher price and we will have to pay the difference. The repair guy had a nasty attitude and dont care about our issue. Do not go here.

Had a chip in my windshield fixed. I pulled up and they came out and fixed it. Took about 15 minutes total. They even billed my insurance company for me.

I broke my back windshield and my INS deductible was $250, they called me and let me know not to file it with my INS. The total was only $175. They saved me $75.
