Being a former mechanic I have looked for a place that fixes vehicles not just repairs them. There is a big difference. I found Hines a few years ago and now only do business with them. Last job was a diagnostic of a starting problem with a 2004 Impala. They found it. They fix the problem. Seems like all they know how to do is fix problems. Well worth your time to investigate Hines.

These guys are amazing! I had to bring not one but two cars in for brake repairs within a week of each other. Not only did they provide excellent service, but also did so at a fair price. They’re my new go-to mechanics for just about everything!

This was the first time I had brought my car anywhere to get serviced, and I was very pleased with the work done, and the price. I had an oil change done as well which turned out to be a lot cheaper than than what I was expecting. The people there seem to know what theyre doing and were very helpful and informative. I have a 2500 mile road trip coming up and I feel a lot better about it now

They charged me an excess of nearly $900 to fix the radiator hoses on my car. I looked up the costs of parts and labor and this is around $330 over what it should be at. They also tried to charge me $700 to change the oil pan on my car.

New Years Eve 1:45 pm, one of companys trucks developed a pretty significant exhaust leak. Was told if I could get it to them within the hour, they would get it looked at for me. If it was something that could be fixed quickly, even if it took working a little New Years Day, they would. Got it to them within the hour. Before I could make it to the Dave Ward exit in Conway, they had my truck fixed.

Been doing business with Hines Service Center for 16 years, back with Pete Hines himself operated the business. Both Pete and the current owners have always done good work for me regarding repairs on our three vehicles. Also, Hines has always treated me fairly. If a problem has surfaced after the repair work is completed and paid for the guys at Hines have always made it right with me. Problems with the completed repair work has not occurred often over those 16 years. No one likes vehicle repairs (means downtime & money), but if youre gonna own one, repairs happen, and Hines would be a good shop to choose.

Rick was amazing at working so hard despite the many problems and run around by the company of the device being installed on my Jeep. After many phone calls lasting up to an hour at a time he never gave up and after 5 hours of wait time to complete the job he even wanted to be sure the company made it right by me for the hours long delay. I can not stress enough how much I appreciate his dedication to customer service and the ease of working with him and the staff to ensure we walked away happy with the end result. I now have a place I will go for all my auto work!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve come here for regular car maintenance for a little while now. Last week I came in to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and also do an overall check to make sure everything is in good shape. I was sure to communicate with Brett at the front that I was going to be traveling on a 3500 mile trip and I wanted to be sure that everything would be in good condition and nothing would go wrong.Before I even left Arkansas, I had to put more oil in my car because there wasn’t enough. When I got to Oklahoma there is a hole in my tire. We repaired that and kept going along. We also notice my license place light is out. Fast forward to a few days later when I take my car to a tire shop in Utah to get one replaced. Next thing I’m being told is that I should replace all my tires because it’s not safe to drive on them anymore with how bald they are. As soon as she said that I told her that the people at Hines Auto assured me that everything was working perfectly.For a place that tries to pride themselves on how well they “take care of and watch out for their customers” is doing a pretty poor job of that. I’m just thankful that the people at the shop in Utah told me how unsafe the tires were that I was driving on.I definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this shop to anyone.

I have used Hines automotive for 21 years on 6 different rigs, they are my GOTO auto service company and perform quality work at a fair price. With their warranted repairs as long as I am in the Conway area I will use them. Your most economical ride is one that is reliable and Hines service can meet your needs.

Car hasn’t ran this well for a while. Needed a lot done on it. 100% Accurate with projected completion dates and estimated prices. Will definitely be the first place I look for any future work.

I was a first time customer couple months ago and the job was nice, I was comfortable in the waiting area and the stuff was welcoming. The price was really reasonable for the oil change service. Took my vehicle in this morning after it started acting up in a few different ways. While I’m less than thrilled that I was sold the vehicle under false pretenses and I’m far from happy that the repair will cost so much, I’m glad the guys here were able to get the car in and looked at. I value their thoroughness and their honesty. Parts are expensive and they’re professionals so I’m not down rating them for the cost, but I’ll be sure to have them check out the next vehicle I buy off a family friend.

I loved this place they sent a professional fast and polite man to tow my car. Plus, they repaired my starter and had my car back to me before the weekend. They even called me this morning just to make sure we were satisfied. We are beyond satisfied. Their mechanics stayed late to guarantee my car was fixed on time. I stopped in for a basic rotate and balance. IT was 5:15 in the afternoon, right before closing time. I was attended o very promptly and received very fast service. I also, want to thank the mechanic that balanced and rotated the tires for informing me that I would need to replace my struts soon. First time I have used Hines but definitely will be a long term customer.

From oil changes to engine trouble I can always trust that my car is in good hands with Hines Service Center. They are honest, trustworthy and friendly!

We have used Choice for several problems. So have other members of our family. We always have had great results. They even recommended I take my truck to the dealership and try to get GM to cover some of the costs of the repairs of any issue that they knew to be common. They could have easily just taken my money. These guys are knowledgeable and honest. You cant ask for much more in a mechanic. I recommend them to anyone I can.

Had an error code that showed most common problem was EGR valve. Typical replacement is over $400 including labor on my vehicle due to its location. Asked for them to check and get me an estimate. They found a vacuum line off on the EGR. Perfect chance for them to rip me off and I would never have known. Instead charged for about an hour of labor (very fair!) and Im off. Will definitely be back. PS I like how you fight back on bogus reviews.

I have been here so much, they know me by name when they see me, and know me by my car (lol). This place is so helpful! I have never had any problems out of their service. The receptionist is always so kind, nice, and helpful! Im a college student and my dad told me anytime I have problems to take it to them. They always get it done at a reasonable price and very timely! I will not take my car anywhere else! THEY ARE THE BEST!

Very bad experience. I went to get a diagnostic ran on my transmission and come to get my truck and I have no brake fluid but I had a nice amount before hand. After addressing it to them he proceeded to tell me I was wrong and needed to learn what I was doing. Would not recommend them at all take your business else where.

My husband had our tires replaced and oil changed here a couple of times but this is my first experience getting an oil change and I must say they all seem very kind and welcoming. I love how they come in to show you your air filter rather than just telling you it needs to be replaced. They offer free tire rotation, free air freshener, and a preferred card (buy 5 oil changes get 6th free) with an oil change. I had my four year old and 18month old with me, the fact that they have cars and books to entertain little ones is perfect! It’s the little things that mean the most! I highly recommend!

I had a problem with my car not starting over the weekend, and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning. They diagnosed the problem, called to let me know what was going on, fixed it, and I had my car back by 10:30 the same morning. They also took me to work and came to pick me up. I have never had a bad experience with Hines Service Center. They are honest people who do quality work at a great price. Best place to take your car in Conway!

I appreciate having a local, family run auto shop. I have had nothing but good experiences with Hines. There have been times when I have have an urgency, certainly not an emergency to them, yet, they worked me in and got be back on the road on time. I trust their suggestions and believe that they strive to help me take care of my car.

My daughter at Hendrix College called home concerned about fluid leaking from the bottom of her old mini-van and wanted to know what to do. I found Hines Service Center online and had her take the vehicle there since it is less than a mile from campus. Hines called me the same day to let me know that it was just a bad hose clamp on the power steering hose and made the repair at a very reasonable price. They also gave my daughter a ride back to campus and then picked her up from campus to get the vehicle at no additional cost. These folks are very trustworthy and have great customer service.

Since Tasha left, this is not the same place it use to be. I wish Pete had not allowed them to keep his name on the business. They are ruining his legacy and reputation that he built there. They have/ had two excellent technicians that really knew their stuff but I am not sure that they are even there anymore.

I absolutely love Hines service center. I won’t go anywhere else. I’m a single mom and sometimes it’s hard to get by, any time I’ve had issues with my car they always work with me the best they can so I can afford to get my vehicle up and back to 100%! There was even a time that I came back from Fayetteville just for an oil change because the shop in Fayetteville broke my oil cap & tried to blame someone else. It’s an expensive part on my car and Hines replaced it for me for free because they knew i Couldn’t drive without one & that I was struggling to afford one, just had to pay for the oil change. I will never go anywhere else for my car needs!
