I’ve been a loyal customer for years. On my recent visit I bought a new set of trimmers that was a new product period. I asked if there had been any reviews on it. There had not, I asked if I tried it and it didn’t do the job I needed would I be aloud to return it. The staff member(s) assured me that with the receipt and everything I could as long as I brought it back in the allotted time. I used it twice. It was not a good fit for my job. 57.00 dollars and now 3 days later they tell me that ALL SALES FINAL and I’m SOL. All I wanted to do was exchange for a more expensive part. They would have made money. But no. So now... I will NEVER return back to this store or any other. I’ll take me business and the clients I send to them else where. Thank you

Great but no perm papers!!

This has been an ongoing problem with the elsinger ave store. I go in with a list of up to 10 items and if Im lucky I walk out with 2 or 3 of these items. There was a manager, Angela, several years ago, when she left this is when the problems started. If your warehouse management cant or wont ship products,replace them, unless of course the end goal is to shut this store down. Its always the same story when we go in that its been ordered, yet for literally months some products just arent there. Discontinuation of products is another problem. If I wanted to deal with that Id still be shopping at Walmart. Im not driving all over two counties to other stores to see if they have what I need.

I went into Sally’s on Sunday and I had a great experience with Kim! She knew exactly what she was talking about and as a licensed cometologist myself I really appreciated that. She was very kind and helped with any questions I had! For sure will be going more often!
