I have been calling everyday for when the graduation cords come in and today I was told they were sold out ALTHOUGH I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE EXTRA TO BUY WHEN THEY GET HERE. IT IS SO DISAPPOINTING NOT TO BE ABLE TO SHOW YOUR HARD WORK AT GRADUATION. I was reassured three different times that there would be cords available for purchase when they got here. Stick to your word people. And then I was referred to buy one off Amazon and that that’s what “they’ve been telling other customers”. You’d think they would order enough graduation supplies for everyone right? Since it’s their job?

I came here for textbook pickup and the girls at the service desk were really nice and helpful!

Friendly employees and great customer service

Since covid things are a little different. Please update the actual hours the bookstore is open. I work for my gas money and don’t have the time to waist it to drive up to the book store to retrieve a book (I was to receive a call once it arrived), to learn the hours don’t match what’s on the website .

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The store is well organized and they price match on items. I got all the items and books I needed for my classes but they offer so much more to prepare you for a great semester.
