Books are still expensive, but the prices are much better compared to the on-campus bookstore. If you have to get physical books and you just want to rent them, I highly recommend using this location for your materials. Service has also been nice and friendly. Theyve never messed up any of my orders but I had to come in one time because I ordered books for the wrong class and they were quick to help me to get the right book.Also, I will add that they gave me free candy with my textbook order which was an excellent bonus surprise.

I really hope freshmen know this isn’t the only way to get books. It’s not that it’s a bad store and the staff are nice, but they are a part of the “college companies” that are gonna work to make your time here as expensive as possible. It’s nice to use their site to see the ISBN numbers of your books, but ALWAYS take those and plug them into CHEGG or Amazon or other online stores. Everything marketed directly at students is going to be more expensive so please just get your books at general stores, not college book stores.Better yet, take the ISBN to a forum on social media or Reddit. Lots of college students who have already taken classes are happy to give away or exchange their old books. I’ve been here two years and I’ve spend a grand total of $35 on all my books. Buying them from this store or even renting would have been upwards of $800. Stay safe out there college students. Don’t let universities and university affiliated stores over charge you.

Not an ethical or rational group of people. Will not do business with them ever again. Just rent books from Amazon, its usually cheaper anyways. And dont forget this is a case of false competition, the illusion of choice - owned by the same people as the campus bookstore.

They had a book for $40-ish then the next day - they made it more expensive than amazon :/Of all four years of using their services - that never happened to me. I actually had to go somewhere else for the book because it was kind of ridiculous. Especially when they gave the reason to me.

I was able to get all my books with no problems at all. They knew the different books Professors and Instructors were using. My only gripe is when a professor submits a course pack, I wish it would be turned around quickly because I did not get it until after the course started.

Textbook Brokers is the best place around to buy textbooks! Theyre the cheapest place to buy your books if you go to UCA! They get you rung up and checked out in a very timely manner plus theyre all really friendly people!

They are cheaper than the campus book store but they are more of a hastle. They have gotten my books wrong two semesters now. When you question them they get rude, since they cannot keep employees they cannot answer any questions so everything has to be escalated to the manager.

They are very helpful and they dont try to get you to buy things when you could rent them for cheaper. They help you get the books you need on time and pay later.

Always accurate with what I need, and I have never had a problem doing their deferred payment process.

Friendly staff. Prices arent that much cheaper than bookstore on campus but any savings are good savings. Forgot to give me a receipt. Hope that doesnt make it hard to return the rented books at the end of the year.
