Extremely busy the day we visited. Had excellent deals but did not have my shoe size in the shoes I wanted to buy.

Love this store I always find what Im looking for either in the store or online.

They are super helpful & always have some sale going. The only downside is that they do not have the sizes you need all the time. However, they do try to compensate and order them for you. If you are looking for something now, just go in and check. However, use their online shopping to make sure you will get the size you need. They will also try to get you to come back and they talk a lot. Kind of like best buy when you walk into the door.

Ken is a great guy, I always come out of that store buying something.

Everyone at this store is so kind and caring. I came in with my autistic son and they were all so nice to him and me. I will always come back here. Thank you!!!

Shoe Carnival does have good prices on the shoes that they happen to have. Just dont go looking for anything specificly. Shop to see what they have. Something might tickle your fancy. I have found shoes I like there but never in my size.

We were greeted with a Good Morning as we entered. Teo different sales people asked if we needed assistance while we were looking and the shoes we picked happened yo be on sale!!.......Great prices and large variety to choose from!!....Love this place!!

I think it was a couple of weeks ago A handsome young man that whent by “DaeDae” made my day and my kids day. The way he carried himself from the moment we walked in to when we walked out might be the best experience ive had shoe shopping for my children ever. It’s like he has an understanding Of everything and from the second he met my kids it’s like they could talk to him like he was an older brother just trying to help out the boys with looking good. I don’t meet a lot of people or have this good of an experience anywhere enough to remember it after I walked out LET ALONE make me leave a review but that youngman is gonna leave his mark on the lives of many.

The staff were extremely helpful and super nice. My daughter left her phone and they called me to let me know it was at the store. I cant remember the guys name but thanks so much! We shopped on 2-27.

I came in with my son and was immediately greater by a really nice young man at the counter who helped me find what I needed. It feels rare these days to have excellent customer service and I will definitely positively be back because of the assistance and care I received today. The shoes I got were perfect for my son.

I didnt even know I was needing better shoes! You know, if youre not taking care of your feet, you will feel it throughout the day. Great staff here. I dont know how they encourage these folks, but everyone here is helpful and friendly. Weve always been treated respectfully and offered great help. This is my GO-TO place for several name brands of shoes and work boots.

Customer service was great. Prices were fair. The problem I had was they didnt have my size. I needed a size 15 wide but they were out of stock in the store. I had to have the shoes special ordered since they were out of stock.

Wonderful place to shop for clothes! The person helping us, Ken I believe (whichever one has super awesome long hair and rides a motorcycle), was so nice and incredibly helpful! My fiance and I were looking for work boots for his new job, and Ken was so awesome helping us find him a good pair that will be comfortable and sturdy down the line! Great place, all around!

The people at this location are absolutely awful! They kicked my autistic nephew out because he was playing! His mother and grandmother got yelled at because he needed a spanking. I will never step foot in this store again. People like that shouldnt be running a store front.

I was with an elderly woman whom clearly had difficulties maneuvering around. There wasnt any place for her to sit down while trying on a pair of shoes. She was wearing a very slick bottomed heeled shoe. The associate whom felt like she was helping us rudely grabbed at the box and insisted she take the shoes off and put in box... I politely told the young lady that my companion would be wearing them out of the store since they were clearly a more appropriate choice of shoes for the evening. After a few rounds of back n forth I went thro the hassle of AGAIN getting my friend shoed !! The sales associate could have politely offered to help us to the counter to ring up the purchase. She could have even physically escorted us to the register so she knew the shoes were not going to be taken out of the store. Its not like either one if us ladies could have sprinted away..

I usually find something here that fits but never many options. The reason for 2 stars is NONE of the employees had masks on today. The governor has made it mandatory. If I have to have one on to shop here they should definitely have one on as well.

The store is clean and well organized. They are always having some sort of in store special. Today we were offered some real help. My husband was shopping for work boots in a specific size and the man grabbed all he could fit me in his size. Very helpful.

I recommend this store, to anyone looking for shoes, in the Conway area. Customer service is the best! I wanted to buy a pair of shoes but my size wasnt in stock. I informed a sales associate, she told me she would have a pair ordered for me. A few days later, I went back to Shoe Carnival, and the shoes I had requested, had been put on the shelf for me!.

I came back to add stars and update this review. I returned to the store with the product. I was taken care of by all employees there one employee really stood out. Ken made sure I didnt leave uncomfortable about their store. They made everything right and explained how their system operates and how this was actually a common mistake. If I had stayed around the evening I originally made my purchase. A much more capable employee would have assisted me. So, the attitude of that 1 employee that evening is why I give only 4.

I always buy shoes here. Just gotta watch what you buy. Not really discounted prices but their sales make up for it. As for quality of the product, these are definitely the cheaper renditions that you hear about. Frayed string edges, non precise cutting of materials. I was in recently and a whole fleet of a certain shoe were burned down one side.

The selection is great, the shoes are good quality, and we found some great sales, but the customer service was a huge issue. The clerk who rang up our purchases was downright rude! I asked the price on shoes that were marked one price, but had been on a sales rack for less, to make sure it was accurate, she just grunted at me. I politely asked a second time and she rudely said the price, never smiled or greeted us, just acted as if we were putting her out. I had my 5 year old with me, and she was trying to talk to her, telling her she had pretty jewelry, but she (Keeva) just completely ignored her as well. We purchased over 100.00 worth of shoes, and usually buy most of our shoes for the whole family here, but I wont be back if the service is ever like this again. Thankfully this is the ONLY time we have ever had bad service here, so we will give them another shot, but I sincerely hope they have this situation fixed when we come back!

Nice store, clean and well stocked. They had my size in my width in several styles.

Love shoe carnival. I wear a 13 wide and they carry more styles in my size than anyone. Love the BOGO. I always go in with intensions to buy 2 pairs whether both for me or one for me and one for the wife. The part I really like though is if they have a pair i like not in my size they will mail it to me free of charge and the shoes literally are at my house usually in less than 2 days. They will also do the BOGO that way if one pair needs to be ordered its no issue.
