As the name implies, Wild West is a western boot and clothing store. Youll find quality jeans, button up shirts, hats, belts and whatever other western style apparel you might want. They have an absolutely massive selection of boots. Most are western boots, but they have a bit of everything else too. After searching all over town for a good dress work boot, I finally found a pair at Wild West.The customer service was great. A nice gal helped me find what I was looking for even though I didnt know how to describe them well. If I were a country western guy this would be my go to store, but even if youre not this place is still worth checking out for hard to find boots and full grain belts.I should mention they also have a lot of tack, but Im not a horse guy so I didnt have a look around that section of the store.

I bought a Martin Saddle here last week. For those of you who know, they’re a pretty penny. I was apprehensive of spending so much money without knowing for sure if it would fit my horse, but Cris, who works in the saddle department, put my mind at ease. She showed me where to get saddle fitting tools and how to measure my horse appropriately. She went above and beyond for me and her help was unmatched. I went to this store while on vacation (in conway), I was trying to get my very first pair of western boots. I was getting frustrated trying to find a pair that fit but thanks to the lovely staff, my stress was taken away and I was able to find the perfect pair ! Bought a pair of Ariat work boots back im august of 2020 here it is january 2 defects in the boots and Wild west saya oh ariat says thats not a factory defect! Well called ariat international personally there replacing my boots for the defects with a nicer pair of boots hands diwn ariat customer service is absolutely great will never purchase from wild west again

Then I found I could but the boots online cheaper so I decided to return the boots the same day. I decided to return them to the Wild West store in Conway, SC. When I walked in I was stared by all the employees just standing around. I went to the counter to return the boots and that was that. I decided to walk around the store and look around. My mother walked in the store 5 minutes after I did and she noticed the employees pointing at me while Following (to ask if I need help) me and laughing and saying very rude things about me.NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK.Now I understand what they say about people in Conway..
