Big O got me in when no one else could, I’m from out of town and desperately needed a tire. The guys at big o understood my situation and helped me get a great deal. They weren’t pushy and were very courteous. Wish I had this Big o tires in my town. Would definitely recommend!!

I filled out an appointment request on their website on Wednesday. Even got a confirmation email from them the next day. Showed up at my appointed time on Friday. They tell me they don’t have the brand I asked for and was quoted for in the reservation. They claim they called me, to tell me this. I didn’t have a missed call or a missed voicemail telling me this information. They could have emailed me this. Instead they try and up sale me to higher-cost brand and move my appointment from 8 am to 3 pm. Luckily, I found another place at much lower price. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Had a great experience with the new Big O tires in Cabot Arkansas...came in with a Toyota Tundra that had a steering shake if you went over 50mph...and over worn tires...we were told by another murchent that we would need 10 thousand dollars worth of work. The great staff at Big O made it a point to tell us they werent going to do any work that wasnt needed....turned out it just needed an alignment...We did decide to get a new set of Big O t/As and some preventive maintenance with brakes all around...and now our truck drives like a dream. You never know how bad it was until the problem is corrected. Great price and staff GREAT JOB!!!

One guy, I believe it was Troy, helped me get my popped tire off after someone else failed to while I was stranded at a Mayflower gas station (I had given up at that point and was waiting for a tow truck). I was happy to give them by business a few days later. They were able to replace one of my tires and repair another in a timely manner. Turns out I accidently handed him an extra 100 dollar bill when I was paying. He came running out the building as I was about to drive off to give me my extra Benjamin Franklin back. I definitely trust this business and appreciate the extra help. Will come back if I have any more related problems with my vehicle.

Had 4 new tires put on my 35ft camper they done an excellent job..at a fair price ..those guys were quick and courteous. Could I have gotten it done for a couple bucks cheaper somewhere else ?...maybe ..but Id rather pay a few bucks more and know things are done right.

W-a-y too expensive and the in-store cost in no way reflected the online/website info!! I went somewhere else and saved $250 on 4 new tires!!

Was recommended to use this business by another business I use and trust. Guys all seem nice, but always seem in a hurry to get off the phone or get you out the door. I had work done on my vehicle as it was in need of a few repairs and spent about $2,600.00 on it. They were fast to get the work done which is a positive. They had parts seemingly in hand, Id specifically asked for a certain type of part and was told it was that. Id either called back or they called back and told me that actually wasnt the case, so I went with the part they had on hand due to needing the vehicle back. A day or so later I was told it was ready and went to pick it up. I was handed the bill and paid it and told thanks. I stayed near the desk looking over the itemized bill as I wanted to know more about what was done and what theyd seen while working on it, as the vehicle was new to me. I had to ask for that info as no one was offering it when I was paying the bill (if you go to the doctor you kinda like to hear details ya know?) Drove it home all seemed well. About a week later or so I noticed I had an oil leak on the drivers side as well the AC was no longer blowing cold. I called and they said bring it in and theyd look at. When I dropped it off and handed them my keys they were like Thank you and I was a little taken back by that as I wasnt asked for any contact info and I asked Dont you want my contact info?. Another gentleman behind the counter said my name and I was like yes thats it and he was like we gotcha no worries which is good but just didnt give me warm and fuzzies. Some point later they called and said it was fixed and ready for pick up. When I arrived I was told that a part that was replaced previously had a bad gasket on it and it was replaced as well as they added 5lbs of refrigerant to the AC system, meaning it was completely out. Jump ahead a few weeks later I was changing the $45-ish oil filter as Big O had put in a aftermarket oil filter thats not recommended to be used on my vehicle and noticed I had another oil leak in the same spot as the last repair. So I called another local, very reputable automotive repair place and took it to them to have it looked at. They found that the leaking part that had been repaired previously by Big O was cracked/broken and silicon had been used to seal up the initial leaking but was leaking again as well as some missing O rings and one my computers wasnt bolted in. Which at this point Im questioning everything that was done plus some of the stuff that they allegedly found while looking over the vehicle. Was my AC really out of refrigerant or did they just miss hooking something back up properly the 1st time they had the vehicle in as well as any of the other work done. Initially didnt have a good feeling about this business when I originally took it to Big O as the whole rushing me on the phone every time I called and when dropping it off, it just felt off. Again, the guys were nice enough and all, but I should have listened to my gut. I didnt call or take it back to Big O to make it right this time as the time I did take it to them to make it right, they apparently didnt do that. I have ZERO trust in this business and wont be back to do business or contacting to speak to anyone about making anything right. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Unfortunately I have to chalk this up to an expensive lesson learned.

We were on a long trip and discovered a nail in our tire. I called Big O Tires in Conway and they were so helpful. They told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. I took my vehicle in and they checked to see if they could repair it but it was on the side and not possible. They put on a new tire right away and the price was very reasonable. Alex and Mike were awesome! I definitely recommend them to anyone!

I hardly ever give reviews but our service was so great, I had to give Big O Tires some kudos.My husband came in for an oil change and tire rotation. We ended up needing new tires so we went ahead and bought some.After everything was done, we left to go to the store. On the way to the store, we ran over something and our brand new tire went flat.Luckily, we had just enough air to get back to the shop. The owner, Kyle meet us in the parking lot, patched us up, checked everything out, and will have a new tire for us on Monday.Kyle and his staff provided excellent service!!!!We will definitely be repeat customers!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! On our way home pulling a large camper and gator and had a blow out. Pulled into Big O and they took excellent care of us. Their customer service is top notch and Kyle and his crew went above and beyond to help us. Ended up replacing all 6 tires on our truck with American made Big O tires. We plan to use them for all our future tire needs .. even though they are over 2 hrs from us .. it will be worth the time to use them. On our way through Arkansas to visit family in Tulsa, OK we lost a tire to an impact from a road hazard on I-40. Big O in Conway, AR had the right size tire for our vehicle and at a reasonable price. They installed the tire quickly so we could be back on the road. Thanks Big O

Great group of guys!I appreciate how respectful they were to me and every one of the customers I saw them interact with on my recent visits.They put tires all around on one of our trucks during my first visit there and have now changed the oil both of them.I am pleased with the service.Its important to have a place we can trust with our vehicles.

My visit started out as a $700 buy-new-tires day and ended up a $2700 get-everything-fixed day but, in the end, my old work truck now drives like a dream and will probably last another 10 years so it was worth it. Good job, guys! Well done - even if I am broke now.

Kyle and the guys went above and beyond in helping me with my tire and service needs. They knew that I couldn’t leave work so they came and picked my car up and brought it back to me. This is the second time that I have purchased tiers there and both times everyone has been outstanding!

My family and I have been Big O customers in Indiana for years, so when I finally saw a Big O in Conway I was relieved!! My first visit to Big O was a couple months after they opened and I was making a trip to Indiana. I went in and spoke with Kyle and after inspection found out I needed tires. Because of my history with Big O, he called the Indiana store to get my history(because I wasnt sure what the exacts were on the tires), spoke with the store manager, and then worked out a deal and what to be done. Since then, I have been a repeat customer to Kyle and his team. I appreciate all they do and the respect they give to me. They have always thoroughly explained all issues, broken down the costs, and worked out reasonable deals with me. Im confident with the team, but I generally ask for Kyle or Gabe because they are familiar with my Jeep. I feel genuine care and concern from Kyle and his team as in they want you to be and feel safe when leaving their lot. I know we all depend on our vehicles running safe and dependable. I urge you to give Big O your customer service and in return you have the experience that I do. Safe, secure, and good under the hood for miles!!

I called to make an appointment they said that wasnt necessary so when I got there for an alignment because my trucks so bad my tires are getting eat up so bad every mile driven. They tell me that Ill have to get about 12 items fixed before theyll do it. Well my problem is they said my inner tie rod was bad thats not true I had all new inner and outer put on days before I went, when I ask how one can tell that the pitman arm and idler arm are going bad? (Since they claimed they were) He couldnt tell me so I dont think they honestly know whats going on. I feel like they just didnt wanna mess with me

Always very friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about your needs. Will not do work that doesnt need done to try and make a buck, they will only recommend what needs to be done. Never leave there feeling like somebody tried to get to you. GREAT folks.

Went in with the car pulling to the right. They went over everything but couldnt find a problem. Much to out surprise, they didnt charge us anything and the car drive fine after we left. Great family owned business with a great staff!!

Very friendly staff from beginning to end and explained everything up front. Very honest. Left with four new tires a front end alignment and new upper A arms. Durango drives so much better. Will definitely go back and recommend to others. I was quoted 1200 for tires at two other tire places today. I paid just over 700 for four new tires with 50,000 mile guarantee. Had all the work done for just under 1100. I was in and out in under two hours and they changed my oil for free. Definitely have my business.

The management team and crew are awesome. Went in to see how much brakes would be and the were very competitive with other shops but the icing on the cake was they offered me interest free financing for 100 days! I was waiting to build up some cash but got the work done that day! They have gained a loyal customer. Thank you guys!

Had to get my tire plugged. Reasonably priced and quick. Great customer service. They called me later than night seeing if I left a pair of sun glasses in the lobby. Even though they werent mine, not many places would call before they closed to see if you left something. A+++ Highly recommend.

Kyle and staff are very accommodating and willing to do that extra little bit, whatever that may be, to make sure you are well taken care of and have a great experience. The pricing is competitive and the facility is very nice and organized, which I feel is indicative of the level of service they provide. We have a fleet of trucks on the road, and have peace of mind knowing we have a trusted resource to turn to any time we have a need.

Traveling through in a truck towing a 5th wheel - when we got a low tire pressure light come on - pulled over and found a bolt in the tire. GPS found a local Big O less than a mile away - so were able to get there before tire went completely flat. The Conway Big O staff were amazing in getting us all fixed up with new tires - didnt have to unhook 5th wheel - and they had us all done and on our way in less than an hour!!! THANKS!!

When we first moved here my husband ran over a nail and needed advice on tires. Big O was open so he popped in. I’m so glad he did. Kyle and his crew were honest, kind and helpful. We have been to them for every oil change since. I recommend them to everyone I know. There’s something to be said for someone who is upfront and honest as opposed to someone just trying to sell something you don’t necessarily need. That’s what keeps customers coming back! Highly recommend, they went above and beyond customer service. We were traveling for our Anniversary and had an accident and had to be towed. We were taken to Big O Tires. Bought a new battery from them a couple months ago. I was surprised it went bad so quick. I took it in to them to see about getting another battery since it was still under warranty. They replaced it, no questions asked. They said it was definitely a bad cell in the battery. Good folks there that treat you right. Definitely will continue using them. Thanks for the great service.

It was very obvious that customer satisfaction is number one at this store. After I verified the service to be done during my visit, I was continually updated with the progress of replacing tires, front shocks, and rear brakes. I received detailed updates from Kyle and it was obvious that he had a high level of expertise in automotive products. I was very pleased with the time to completion as well as the services that were provided. I especially appreciated that the brake dust was cleaned off all four rims during tire replacement. This is something that was not expected and just shows the level of service delivery by Kyle and his staff of mechanics. Thank you Kyle. We have another auto that will pay a visit to your store as needed.

Had a wheel that came loose on a boat trailer on the way to the lake on Memorial Day weekend. Managed to ruin all the studs on the hub. Thought for sure that was going to be the end of the lake trip. I was able to limp it over to Big O Tires fully expecting to have to leave it and come back after the long weekend. Kyle came out to look at the trailer. Told me to give him 15 minutes to see what all had broken and see what they could do. 10 minutes later, they were on their way to the parts store for new studs. 1 hour later they had my trailer fixed and I was on my way to the lake. Kyle even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any other issues on the way. I dont live in Conway, but if I did I would be a customer for life! Very impressed with “Big O Tires”, we always go to Walmart for our oil changes but the day we went to get one it was going to be an hour and a half wait so we decided to go across the street to Big O Tires. The guy working the front counter was very friendly! He told me he could have our oil changed in about 30 minutes and that about how long it took. The oil change was $57 which is more than we normally spend but we didn’t care as long as we got a good oil change and it got it done that day. They have a play area with quit a few toys. My kids had a blast in there, so much so they cried when we left.We left and the car was driving fine as we drove to a restaurant, after we left the restaurant we went to Walmart, our car then was acting up and randomly shaking and turning off/dying while we were parked in Walmart or driving slow. If we picked up speed and went fast if would drive but the second you stop or tried to drive slow it would die. Mind you our car had zero issues before we got the oil change. We somehow managed to keep up speed and drive home.The next morning I called Big O Tires since they were closed at the time the car started acting up. The person that answered the phone did not question me at all and sent someone to our house immediately within 10-15 minutes a guy was at our house. The guy checked the car out and it had trouble starting but he got it to start and took it back to the shop to have a better look at it. A couple hours later they returned the car and said it was driving fine and they had left it on for an hour or so to make sure it wouldn’t die. They also told us if we had any more issues to give a call. Not sure if too much oil was put in the car or if something was accidentally knocked loose while changing the oil filter and oil or what but the fact that they fixed the problem and picked up our car for us made this experience like any other we have had. Customer service at its finest! I will gladly spend more money on an oil change at a place that actually cares about the service you get and ensures that you leave a happy customer. Very very satisfied with the way we were treated! 👍🏼👍🏼
