Have custom Tires and Rims with spacers, took my Tacoma in for oil change and tire rotation at dealer, lugs were cross threaded so some snapped. Long story short, went all over Conway to find lug nuts that matched with no luck till McKinney’s . Excellent!!! Had some in back perfect match. 6 to be exact, used but so are mine and best part.... at no charge! Go here first, if they cannot help then try someone else!

I went in because a break light was on and I also needed an oil change. They quoted me around $980 because they said my brakes and rotors were shot and I needed to replace the front and back pads and rotors. I decided to only get oil change that day which cost $90 and I sat there waiting for over an hour and a half. I got a second opinion on the brakes from a trusted family shop and they took one look at the back brakes and said they were perfectly fine and the front brake pads had moderate wear but were not bad, and they said I definitely don’t need new rotors. I used to always use and trust McKinney, but it seems to have new staff and I will not be going back.

Top notch service. Bought a used RV and drove straight to McKinney Tire Pros after speaking with Michael Standridge, Shop Manager. Upon our arrival, they had a spot for us to pull our travel trailer and took no time in getting us back on the road. They went above and beyond fixing an adjuster that had come loose before the tire install. I HIGHLY recommend this place; the guys couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

Can’t say enough about this shop. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always provide great communication. And I have a high mileage vehicle and lately have been there more than I would like. Numerous times they have proven to be the cheapest in town not just on tires but on service and maintenance work, provide free diagnosis and often I get my car back in the same day, granted I bring it in early enough. I won’t ever take any of my vehicles to another shop if I can help it.

Went in to get four new tires. Was there less than half an hour. Personnel at the desk (Ms. Amanda) was courteous and informative.

Every time Ive been there theyve been slammed busy and Ive thought This is going to take forever, but i have always been incredibly surprised at how quickly they get the job done. The gentlemen at the desk are some of the friendliest staff and extremely helpful. Much more so than Firestone or any other car shop Ive ever worked with. Took my 2016 isuzu bread truck here to replace the inside 2 tires of the 4 rear. I took way too long. I was there for almost 3 hours when they had jacked my truck up within 30 mins. bc they kept doing other fast jobs as they came in. for my time, not worth my money, but they did give good service!

Always a great experiance! Been using them for over 10 years. They do tire and lite mechanical (did a/c condenser and recharge). They stand behind all of there work and can get you in fast if you are in a hurry! Also they fix tractor tires!

Great customer service and great prices

I got my wheels and tires balanced and my vehicle aligned. When they were done with my vehicle some of my lug nuts were loose. The alignment seemed to be okay. Over 70mph my vehicle still shook though. CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS B4 YOU LEAVE!

Put new tires on my Tahoe and told me they could not do an alignment on it because my front end was shot and needed to be fixed. They said I had broken suspension parts and quoted me around 1800 to fix. I took it too two other shops I trust for a second opinion and looked myself. To my surprise the only thing myself and luyet automotive found that needed replacing was the lower ball joints. I repaired this myself for around 100 bucks. Don’t trust this company anymore. I use to use them every time I got tires. Never again.

They give it to you straight, and sell you only what you need.

Scraped finish off multiple rims & refused to acknowledge they did the damage or fix the issue. Then told me “You tried to get us for $150 today!” My quote was for $820 & when I was told $955 I asked.. “what happened to my quote of like $820?” Then a guy comes around a corner with some scribble on paper telling me “ I quoted you $900..” (not true in the slightest) I said.. “Ok.” & paid the bill.. (I’m not sure how I was trying to get you for $150, you just got me for $150, & scraped the finish off 3 wheels of the 4 wheels.) Also after looking at the bill & seeing the $80 tax I understood how it jumped from $800 to $900... I will not use this company again, I suggest you do the same before you find yourself in my position. With more in rim damages than your tires are worth!

This shop lost 3 wheel covers off of the premium wheels on my Miata, and at approx 100 dollars a piece this shop put me out a few hundred bucks. While I understand that these things happen, I expect professionalism in the way of making things right with the customer. Its been over a month since the incident, and after several calls and visits to the shop attempting to have a discussion with their owner, I have yet to hear the owners voice, much less an apology or an attempt to compensate me. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with their service.

Since merging with Conway Tire and Battery its been nothing but a headache. Every time we go in to get our tires rotated, its a 1-2 hour WAIT MINIMUM! this is absolutely ridiculous. They are only open Monday-Friday, not Saturday. It should not take 2 hours to rotate 4 times......

Took my 03 suburban in for front end work, shocks, both inner and outer tie rod ends and mount and balance new tires that I had previously purchased.I asked them to check my steering because there was a shaking at 45mph+ 70mph was unbearable. I told them I was going on a family vacation with my wife and two kids soon and I wanted to make sure we were safe.I dropped it off early am and they called me back in the afternoon and said it was ready. I asked if the tie rod ends took care of the shaking and they said, Yes Mr Kling, we had it up to 70mph and no problemsOK great! I go pick it up and the shaking is even worse! So not only did you take $700+ of my hard earned money but you blatantly lied to my face. I called back and said that the shaking was worse and they said bring it back in and we will have a look. They asked how fast I was going and told them I was only doing 50 in a 60mph zone. I asked again how fast they had it up to and the same guy said 35mph! We go the speed limit here he said. Well take it to the damn interstate 3 miles away and test it liar! Im not bringing anything back to you... I specifically asked for you to check out my steering and you obviously didnt. I took it to another mechanic and he found out quickly that it was an idler arm and if that broke on my trip I would have ended up in a wreck!. Cost me another $600 but my familys life is worth so much more.Also come to find out whoever mounted my tires cross threaded 3 of my lug nuts on the rear. They had to be drilled and replaced. Thank god I never had a flat because I would have never been able to get them off!They were nice, I give them that.Never again!

Being young and being a woman, Im always intimidated to go in autoshops because I dont want to get walked on or pressured into getting something fixed that doesnt absolutely need fixing/repairing, especially when Im on a budget.Every time Ive gone in here, Ive had an idea of what is wrong, and every time theyve inspected it, theyve told me exactly what I thought and what needs to be done to fix it, without being pushy or suggesting anything unnecessary.Ive always gotten assistance from Jack and Tim-they have never let me down and every time I leave I feel confident in the work that has beendone to my car.As long as Im in Conway, I will keep going here and recommending this business to others.

They made a mistake on their price quote so they came to the waiting area and asked if I would pay $20 more per tire. I said you do what ever you thinks is right! So they charged me more than they quoted. My old tires had white letters out and they put white letters in on the new ones. I told them I wanted my old tires because they still had tread them. When I left I was so p.o. I didnt realize they kept my old tires. I will not be back
